The staff were lovely and the accommodations pretty good. Our sheets kept coming off the bed which was annoying and the pool was absolutely disgusting and so no swimming.

The lobby floor was wet, dirty, and slippery from snow that guests had tracked in from the poorly cleared parking lot. In the breakfast room, one coffee machine was broken, the other was only partly functional, and the food selection was very sparse.

This hotel has gone downhill. It is really getting run down. The entire facility smelled strange. It had snowed 6 inches the day before we arrived. But the parking lot remained UNTOUCHED. And they did not keep the lobby dry. It was quite treacherous. They kept one set of the lobby doors open at all time, so the lobby was cold. Our lamp shade was in dire need of replacing. There were multiple lights in hallways that need new bulbs. One light in our bathroom did not work. The towels are VERY thin and we only had 2 towels although I registered 3 guests on my reservation. The sheets smelled strange also. The heater did not work properly. I will admit that it was an affordable room...but only 18 months ago, this hotel was MUCH nicer. Not sure if there was a management change or what.

We booked this hotel for a family wedding specifically because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was okay - the staff running the breakfast was distracted by her cell phone, but managed to refill food items once they ran out. Beds were smaller than expected, and there were no extra blankets in the room for the fold out, so my 3 kids scrunched into one bed. I did not attempt to call down for extra blankets. All in all, it was an okay experience. Good, not great.

Was a good place to stay to break up our driving trip. The only complaint I have was that the back door to the outside didn’t lock. The guy at the desk was very friendly.

Stayed for 1 night. Drove up and lot was being resurfaced, so access to front door was blocked off. This was inconvenient because my mother uses a walker, and while the back door was open and usable, I had to leave her in the car while I walked in and checked in. I was told to drive her around to the front. The man at the desk did give me a bag w chips, water, and a candy bar in it-maybe just a welcome gift. Maybe a “sorry for the inconvenience” gift. Then walked in and the room was clean and beds we’re comfortable. But pool was closed-just an annoyance, but would have been disappointing if I had gone there with my kids expecting to swim. Also walked to end of hall and instead of an ice room, there appeared to be an under al construction room.

The rooms were filthy. Stains on the sheets, Balls of hair on the bed. Water stains on the ceiling with a large crack in it. Front desk associate was hard to find when checking in and not found for check out. Elevator sounded like it was going to crash to the ground.

During our stay, we found several things wrong with the hotel room. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, the carpet going around the base of a divider wall was coming off and my mother tripped on it, the sink was clogged (initially we knew something was wrong bc the stopper wasnt even placed inside the sink, it was on the counter) so brushing your teeth or washing your hands- the sink backed up, the floor gripper in the shower (so you do not slip and fall) was a quarter of the way torn off the tub floor and water was getting underneath it, hair was left behind on the shower wall, and the TV didnt work. One reason I chose this hotel was for the pool so my daughters could swim, well the pool was under maintenance so that plan didnt work and we were never made aware that the pool would be out of commission. I usually dont complain about much, understanding that things happen and places are under staffed, but we told the manager at checkout and she pretended to write everything down and said they would get right on it. When we left she just walked away from the computer and went to a back room. I doubt anything was corrected. Overall not pleased with the place, but served its purpose for sleeping and showering. I will not return to this hotel and we are in this area frequently since my daughter moved.

Not too bad, but not totally clean. There was a big blob of dried toothpaste by the sink. I used one of the makeup remover cloths to wipe the counter and came away with quite a bit of dust. Towel shelves were dusty in the corners and the towels were placed haphazardly. Small beds and very hard to walk around without banging your shins (my husband did it twice before moving to the other bed). Also 2 lightbulbs out in bathroom, so no light by sink. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bed too soft, pillows tiny, tv tiny, lightbulb out in bath, bath fixture needs to be cleaned, went to breakfast n out of sausage, lampshade crusty. Tub had skid marks on it, carpet damp. Yikes!

Carpet could use upgrading, mold in bathroom embedded in tiles, floor tiles lifting in bathroom from what appears a water leak under tub, loose tiles in bathroom potential for safety concerns, drains in bathroom not working properly. Showered in a foot of water that didn’t drain for well over an hour. Overall facility appears to be run down with no approach to remodel. For money spent I felt cheated in my stay!

The room was disgusting and clearly had not been cleaned. Bathroom was gross and I had to clean the toilet before using it. The mirror had not been cleaned off from the previous shower. Tub had soap scum all the way around it and a dirt ring in the bottom. Foot tracks could be seen on the hard floor, a cleaning rag was left in the kitchenette sink and we dusted the nightstand before use. I have never seen a hotel room as bad.

Actually, it was a nice enough property, but the bathroom had stuff growing in all of the crevices and seams. Around the grab bar in the shower there was a dark green film all around the connecting joint. The film wiped right off with no effort or scrubbing needed. That tells you how much effort had gone into cleaning it (zero), and how long it had been since being cleaned. All I can say is "ewwww".

The staff was great. Every single staff greeted me with a smile and asked if everything is ok. The issue I had was with the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, half the bed was caved in, all the lights soft, I had to directly under the light to read my book, the ac conditioning system did not work at all, door lock did not work, and there was what looks like mold on he shower was.

The mattresses were very dirty!! Extremely stained too. Bathroom smelled moldy. The curtains didn’t close so we had to try to sleep with 2 street lights shining in our eyes. I DEFINITELY would not stay here again

Elevator is sketchy, groaning as it reaches its destination. Room A/C failed to keep room cool. Beds and bath were fine, but room was clunky due to too much furniture. TV could be bigger, however. Breakfast was okay but options for beverages were limited.

The property needs some TLC. Our room provided what we needed - bed and shower, however the bathroom sink was off center from the countertop- you could see it wasn’t aligned properly. Also the little “security latch” on the door - one screw was completely out of the door and 2 other screws were partly out so only 1 screw holding it in the door. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

The property needs some TLC. Our room provided what we needed - bed and shower, however the bathroom sink was off center from the countertop- you could see it wasn’t aligned properly. Also the little “security latch” on the door - one screw was completely out of the door and 2 other screws were partly out so only 1 screw holding it in the door. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Very dated. Had a bad smell in the room and stains on carpet, broken tiles on bathroom floor, stains on walls, very dated tv, slow WiFi, and terrible tiny pillows. The towels and sheets had a clean smell and there was no obvious dust so I can tell it had been cleaned but stains and smell were enough for us to leave a day early without any kind of refund.

Hallways smelled like marijuana and it drifted into our room. The hotel was very dirty and dated. I watched a guest spill a cup of coffee in the lobby. He rang the bell at the desk and no one ever responded to it. He finally gave up and left. The mess was still there an hour later.

The property seemed nice, but the front desk was only manned sometimes, slow both at check-in and during our stay when needed and sometimes hard to understand. Our room was not fully swept prior to our arrival near the bed and window areas. There was also trash left on one of the nightstands. Our bathroom door didn’t fully shut. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. Loved the A/C unit, having a fridge and microwave, beds were nice, the pool looked clean, the breakfast was great, parking was easy, and there are a lot of places to eat nearby.

The comfort suites Twinsburg is my go to when I’m in the area. We have stayed about 4-5 times in the last year to visit friends in the area. The beds are comfy, the suites are decently cleaned, you can tell some areas are a little more worn than other areas. But what brings us back are the staff there. They are always friendly and personable.

Not so good. Check in was easy. The room was not clean. We had kids who needed to sleep on the pull out. No blankets or sheets. When requested, we were only given one blanket even though the room was freezing. The pull out fitted sheet was stained and dirty. When we requested additional sheets and blankets for the kids, we were told no. If it had not been so late and we had kids who had to be at a horse show early, we would have left at that point. The worst part was how dirty the room was. Carpet stained and gross. Kitchenette area dirty and not stocked with anything…even napkins. I killed a bug in the bathroom that I had never seen before that was big and scary. I live and work on a farm, so I’m used to things being a little rustic and can tolerate a lot. The property is 15 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic surgery center, and is very convenient for those who live too far away to drive back and forth. It is a small hotel, but the staff is friendly and helpful. There are several fast food restaurants near, including Arby's, Chipotle, Panera, and Pizza Hut. The only negative would be that the cover to my white bed spread had 2 blood drops on it. It had been washed, but the stain was still there. We would go to this property again if we need to.

It was nice for the price! Basic all you would need. Has a washer and dryer which is nice if you take a swim and need to wash your stuff after. It was quite and the beds were comfy. Very nice lady that makes the breakfast. We will be back!

Only dry cereal, some bread or english muffins to toast, small, unappetizing danishes, instant oatmeal packets (original or cinnamon/spice), and limited flavor yogurt. We booked this hotel for a family wedding specifically because of the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance so my kids were very disappointed. The breakfast was okay - the staff running the breakfast was distracted by her cell phone, but managed to refill food items once they ran out. Beds were smaller than expected, and there were no extra blankets in the room for the fold out, so my 3 kids scrunched into one bed. I did not attempt to call down for extra blankets. All in all, it was an okay experience. Good, not great.

TERRIBLE experience in a nutshell to the extent that license for running this property should be probably re-examined, as it has BAD HOTEL MANAGEMENT written all over it..Comfort Suites used to be a decent brand where one could expect a clean room, a pleasant service and environment and an acceptable breakfast in the morning - none of which has happened during our 2-day stay! List of complaints is long, but to summarize a few: - At the entrance of the hotel there were big 2 printed signs that say "public restroom not available", so you know upfront what kind of property you are entering (i.e. far from classy) - Check in was unnecessary long, not because it was a long line in front of us, but because the receptionist had a very laid-back attitude and it took him about 15 min to check us in (which yes, seemed like an eternity after you just drove 400 miles) - Rooms were not clean and have a weird smell inside, carpet looks like it has not been washed in 20 years and you actually get that ugly/sticky feeling on your toes and soles when you walk around barefoot on it - Breakfast was substandard: NO cream cheese, NO soy or almond milk, NO fruit (except a couple of plastic-wrapped apples) and there were 2 signs for broken toaster and coffee machine - Pool water was very blurry and uninspiring to take a dip in - And finally: the waitress told me that if I want some cream cheese, I should ask the management directly, as she\'s been telling them to reorder it, but they NEVER LISTEN.

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was, without a doubt, one of the most unkempt, filthy, and rundown places I have ever encountered. The advertising was extremely misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the property. I only stayed because the hotel was recommended by the festival I attended that weekend, and unfortunately, I had very limited options once I arrived. From the moment I entered the room, I was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty, the floors were filthy, and the sheets and bedding did not appear to be clean. There was hair in the bed, the shower was dirty and had visible mildew and mold, and the toilet was visibly dirty as well. The overall condition of the room made me extremely uncomfortable. I actually considered leaving, but because my options were limited, I decided to make the best of the situation. I ended up having to go to Walmart to purchase items to cover the bed, along with Clorox, Lysol, and other cleaning supplies so I could disinfect the areas I would have to touch and feel somewhat comfortable enough to stay. Needless to say, I did not sleep well. It is extremely disappointing to pay for a hotel room and then have to purchase cleaning supplies and bedding covers just to feel comfortable enough to use the room.
