Comfort Suites Twinsburg

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this was, without a doubt, one of the most unkempt, filthy, and rundown places I have ever encountered. The advertising was extremely misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the property. I only stayed because the hotel was recommended by the festival I attended that weekend, and unfortunately, I had very limited options once I arrived. From the moment I entered the room, I was extremely disappointed. The room was dirty, the floors were filthy, and the sheets and bedding did not appear to be clean. There was hair in the bed, the shower was dirty and had visible mildew and mold, and the toilet was visibly dirty as well. The overall condition of the room made me extremely uncomfortable. I actually considered leaving, but because my options were limited, I decided to make the best of the situation. I ended up having to go to Walmart to purchase items to cover the bed, along with Clorox, Lysol, and other cleaning supplies so I could disinfect the areas I would have to touch and feel somewhat comfortable enough to stay. Needless to say, I did not sleep well. It is extremely disappointing to pay for a hotel room and then have to purchase cleaning supplies and bedding covers just to feel comfortable enough to use the room. Stayed during a family visit. Hotel was clean and quiet. Just what we needed

The staff were helpful when I was at the desk. However, everything was old and needed repair and lacked regular maintenance. Not enough options for breakfast. Earlier/later hours for the pool would have been appreciated but probably needed renovations also. We were only given a sheet and a thin blanket for the pull out couch. The beds were kind of damp. There was rust and unidentifiable stains on the mattress and couch cushions and ottomans. There was milky liquid on our refrigerated items the morning after.

Not very clean, staff was rude.

The bed sheets were dirty on both beds. Mohammed (staff member) asked to see the sheets and when he saw them, he said sorry. He could get us new sheets but we would have to make the bed up ourselves. We left, Mohammed was the only one there and couldn’t help and advised us that if he called his manager she wouldn’t pick up the phone. Never again!
