Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wapakoneta by IHG

Half of the lights and outlets in our room were not working. I require a cpap machine at night, not of the outlets by the bed worked. We let the front desk know. Their response was I’m not an electrician and gave us an extension cord. In the middle of the night, the lights came on and woke everyone up. When trying to shower, the shower head and lower faucet ran at same time causes lower water pressure. Went to check out at 7am, no one at desk. Waited at least 10 min still no one at desk. Left room key at desk because needed to leave.

The sink is always clog. water is slowly draining. The dirty towels were not collected the following morning. The hotel did not inform the potential guest ahead of time that the swimming pool was closed. the swimming pool is one of the reason why we booked at the hotel. they only opened it after staying a night at the hotel.Since we complained about the dirty sink. they said they upgraded us to a suite which turned a smaller bathroom compared to the room I booked which can accomodate a disabled person. no coffee maker jus like what we had from original room we booked.
