The hotel is right next to the Armstrong Air and Space Museum, so it is very handy. The room was clean, but did have a stale odor. Also, the hallway was smokey in the morning even though smoking is not allowed.

The property looked like it hasnt been kept up in over 20 years. Doors wouldn't close on their own, tiles and other equipment lose and popping out. Staff laughing and talking at 6 am to the point where they wake up the whole floor.

We like Holiday Inn Express and suites but this location wasn’t the cleanest… there were clean sheets and towels but the floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned. The “hot food” for breakfast was barely warm. Even though the staff was friendly I don’t think we’ll choose this location again when traveling thru!

Was charged for two nights but only booked and stayed one night. Hotel is in need of repairs. The shower didnt drain so water would stand in the tub. Bed is hard pillows flat. Room ceiling has patch spots everywhere floor had food crumbs left from previous guest. Black hairs were in the bed and on the towels.

I’m filing a claim. This place was gross. We walk in and our room was not clean. There was something sticky in the floor, dust all around the bed, wasn’t swept and there was hair in the tub. Our neighbors dog barked all night long and the entire hotel smelled like weed. We couldn’t turn on our air conditioner and when we asked to cancel after only being there for 2 hours they manager gave us a hard time and was not accommodating at all! This was my worst hotel stay ever. Gross.

There was Peeling paint and loose wall paper in the bathroom… old, discolored caulking and a large, gaping hole behind the toilet. There was dirt accumulated in the corners of the room and the shades didn’t work. It was certainly not a room worth using my 300points!

We like Holiday Inn Express and suites but this location wasn’t the cleanest… there were clean sheets and towels but the floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned. The “hot food” for breakfast was barely warm. Even though the staff was friendly I don’t think we’ll choose this location again when traveling thru!

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with many choices. We were there for baseball tournaments and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

We requested a room by texting them beforehand, on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate us. That worked out great. Very comfortable room. The breakfast was the best in the area of all the hotels. Really nice

Was just staying for one night due to relocating my mother in law to North Carolina. The room was super clean and the hotel as a whole was amazing. The room was comfortable and not overly hot. Stayed nice and cool all night was great. We will definitely be back plus there is breakfast in the morning

Great stay, very friendly front desk staff. The breakfast bar was amazing and the lady working there this morning was super. She cleared our trash and was so helpful. If I'm in this area and need to stay, this will be my first choice.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Very easy to work with. The room was not spotless. But the breakfast was fire. And a lot of it. The pool was always stocked with towels. The doors to the rooms were loud and not sealed good. Our windows were nailed shut. There were stains where something was spilled down the wall. The tub was stained from use.

We arrived 25 minutes early and were allowed to get into our room, which was really nice. The room was warm as it was 90 degrees outside. We turned the air conditioner temperature down, unpacked and went out. When we came back it was still warm! We went down to the front desk and they told us we had to switch rooms. A pain but ok. We switched rooms, it was nice and cool, got unpacked and went to throw something away and there were beer cans in the one garbage can! All that being said, the staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice, parking was good. It was close to the expressway and very close to the Neil Armstrong museum.
