Red Roof Inn Cleveland - Westlake

This place needs maintenance in all senses.

Parking was easy. Staff were nice. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The room itself has seen better days- door to room had rust holes at the bottom, the AC unit had stains on it. Haur dryer mount was coming loose.

Front desk was welcoming that’s the positive note I have . The room was disgusting hairs on the bed. The towels were stained black. The toilet and tub couldn’t have been cleaner Casie they were filthy . You can tell the ceiling leaks with all the weather stains . Every other hotel Was sold out in the area otherwise I would’ve left

Room was clean enough. Safe environment. Overall comfortable. Room was partial redone but still had a cigarette smoke odor that we had to grab a wax warmer to keep on while we were there. Everything else was good!
