This is one of the most private, calm, quite, secluded rentals that we have ever stayed at. The home was cozy, quaint, and roomy all at the same time. There was enough open yard to feel not closed in, and the hiking trail on the property was very nice. Wonderful experience!

We were amazed at how secluded the cabin was and had beautiful scenery with the creek, pond, and lots of trails through the woods. Quick drive to anything you could need in Balirsville. We enjoyed the board games and foosball table!

The photos of the property must have been 5 to 10 years old. The steps with the railings down the hill are rotted and the handrails are gone. The vegetation is grown up around the pond and the bridge going to the trails. I enjoyed the screened in back porch. The outdoor firepit was full so we had to clean it before we could use it. Not our best stay but with the location it suiius well

My family and I had such a fun experience. We also brought our dogs, and they also loved roaming the property. The property has trails my family and I explored, the creek in the back is so beautiful and peaceful to hear when you walk outside. We even roasted marshmallows one night on the campfire. The cabin has games, boos and even toys for the kids to play with! This one of the best cabins my family and I have stayed at. It is also close to fun sightseeing such as Vogel State Park and Brasstown Bald.

We arrived at the cabin finding it to be accurate as the online listing. Clean and very cozy. We took day trips, it was wonderful to come back and be tucked away in natures sounds. My favorite was the creek behind the screened in porch, I would sit out there with my morning coffee and enjoy watching the squirrels and rabbits roam. We had our two fur babies who enjoyed the pond and laying out on the huge deck to dry off.We would definitely stay here again ❤️

Check in was super easy! The property was perfect to ready for our stay with clean sheets and plenty of towels & most amenities you might need if you forget something in a pinch. The outside has so much potential to be beautiful with some TLC, but we did come at the beginning of spring so it’s possible they do more to spruce up the outdoors in the bloomed weather. It is close to lots of things-definitely go into town for Grinds and Glazes Bakery & visit Helen for Anna Ruby Falls. Great trip!

House was perfect for our needs. Rather remote but worked well for us. The drive up to the house could use some clearing as bushes were rubbing against the vehicle. But overall was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This cabin was just perfect! It was beautiful inside and out!! We loved hiking the property, sitting by the pond, having a fire, and just hanging out inside. When it was raining for a day, it was wonderful to be able to sit on the back porch. We would definitely come back!!

Our stay was perfect. The cabin is wonderful with plenty of space. More than I expected. Very clean, maintained, and well stocked. It's off the beaten path but not too far. Loved the trails around the property and the serenity of the outdoors. Will be booking again for sure!

The house is very nice and clean. It is in the middle of woods, so very peaceful. We had a storm and the power went out and it shut the water pump off. I contacted the owner and she had a neighbor come and fix it right away. It was a wonderful experience all around

Quiet and secluded cabin for a couples get away. Definitely room in the house for at least 8 people, more if you have smaller kids. Central point to visit Helen, Elijah, Blue Ridge, Cleveland and Dahlonega. Very close to Neels Gap, historic stop on the Appalachian Trail. We actually were visiting the cool store at the gap and talked to a man that had been on the AT for 4 months and would make it to the end of the trail the next day. We hiked to three beautiful waterfalls. Amicacola was our favorite.

Very private. Nice neighbor sells chicken and quail eggs which were very delicious. All furnishings were adequate except the master bed mattress. It was way too soft and the frame around it was a shin buster. Other than that it was a great place to stay and convenient to places we wanted to visit. Hiking trail was nice too.

Great property. WiFi wasn’t working and property owner was quick to respond and way more upset than we were. It was nice to be a bit disconnected from technology. I really appreciated that she was quick to respond though. Will probably comeback again next year

Our two families (and dogs) had a great long weekend. The cabin was perfect for watching football, toasting New Year’s, board games, and just down the road from beautiful hiking. Our kids loved the game room/bunk beds and walking on the property. Owner was super attentive when we needed something, and check out was easy. Comfy beds!

Our stay was pleasant and would stay again but did have 2 concerns that were addressed with the owner. 1. Arrived after dark to find the door to the home left wide open. We were traveling with kids and when called the owner to advise, was told that nearest neighbor was a 90 yr old woman and not to worry since the door probably didn’t latch from the cleaning company. My son in law was able to check the home to ensure it was safe to enter. Still a little nerve wracking to find that open. 2. The upstairs was comfortable and warm; however, the heat did not warm the downstairs where my son in law and kids stayed. It was in the chilly side especially with temps high 40s during the day and nights where in the 20s. Attempted to contact owner and was not able to. Left a message via VRBO app and it was not answered. We enjoyed the area but do not recommend driving in at night due to the road being so winding and dark. It was hard to navigate. Overall the cabin was nice and served its purpose to sleep and eat at. The area was beautiful and we had a fun time sightseeing in the surrounding areas.

At first we were very skeptical because of the daunting drive off the main road up to the cabin. We were wondering what we had gotten ourselves into. Definitely not a drive you want to do in the dark! However, the cabin and its surroundings did not disappoint. By our second trip in the drive became very doable. There were a few minor things that could have made the cabin more accommodating for us senior citizens. I would have loved for the beds to be on higher platforms to make it easier to get in and out of but the mattresses were very comfortable. Maybe brighter lighting over the dining table so we could see our cards better. The cabin was easy to heat with the stand alone stove in the living room and fireplace downstairs. A real plus was having an ecterior door through the two bedrooms it made accessing the trails a lot easier than going up and down the stairs. Overall we loved our stay and venturing out was a breeze. Sunrise grocery store is less than 10 minutes away downtown Blairsville is maybe 20 minutes and Dahlonega was about 40 minutes. Helen was a 30 minute drive with breathtaking views along the way. . We were extremely happy to share this place with our ftiends and family. Thank you Natalie!

My husband and I stay at a Georgia cabin one week a month so I am comparing this property to the rest. The cabin and the property are amazing. The owners have spared no expense to give renters the quality vacation they search for. There are three issues: When I made my deposit, I was sent a bill for liability insurance for 59.00. This is not alot of money, but was unexpected. The site says it is "pet friendly" up to three pets. After I made my deposit, I was told there was a 50.00 fee which I do not mind paying, but it is not on the site. The last issue is the steps. The kitchen and the living room are only accessible by climbing a full set of stairs. This could prove difficult/dangerous for the elderly, young children, people with knee problems and pets. So every time you take your luggage or groceries in the cabin, you must climb stairs. Every time you take a drive or walk your pets, you again have to climb the stairs. The site says the downstairs is wheelchair accessible and this is true. BUT you cannot get to the kitchen or the living room in a wheelchair. My husband and I stay at a Georgia cabin one week a month so I am comparing this property to the rest. The cabin and the property are amazing. The owners have spared no expense to give renters the quality vacation they search for. There are three issues: When I made my deposit, I was sent a bill for liability insurance for 59.00. This is not alot of money, but was unexpected. The site says it is "pet friendly" up to three pets. After I made my deposit, I was told there was a 50.00 fee which I do not mind paying, but it is not on the site. The last issue is the steps. The kitchen and the living room are only accessible by climbing a full set of stairs. This could prove difficult/dangerous for the elderly, young children, people with knee problems and pets. So every time you take your luggage or groceries in the cabin, you must climb stairs. Every time you take a drive or walk your pets, you again have to climb the stairs. The site says the downstairs is wheelchair accessible and this is true. BUT you cannot get to the kitchen or the living room in a wheelchair. My family had a fantastic vacation! The house was perfect and any issues we had ( water heater alarm that was false alarm, and we accidentally locked ourselves out) all was handled in a few minutes and the owner aaa very quick to respond. The children loved having access to some trails that they could explore but still in hearing distance of the house. Highly recommend for a get away that will give you true peace and quiet and some beautiful memories.

We had a great time. Cabin was very clean and secluded. Very cold outsidein February, but toasty inside. Very relaxing stay, hope to return again. Host was very prompt in responding to us.

Great property. WiFi wasn’t working and property owner was quick to respond and way more upset than we were. It was nice to be a bit disconnected from technology. I really appreciated that she was quick to respond though. Will probably comeback again next year

Check in was super easy! The property was perfect to ready for our stay with clean sheets and plenty of towels & most amenities you might need if you forget something in a pinch. The outside has so much potential to be beautiful with some TLC, but we did come at the beginning of spring so it’s possible they do more to spruce up the outdoors in the bloomed weather. It is close to lots of things-definitely go into town for Grinds and Glazes Bakery & visit Helen for Anna Ruby Falls. Great trip!

The property is beautiful and the inside is very comfortable. Overall is enjoyed my stay. The only reason I give 3 Stars, I stayed in many cabins this is the first time they have requested to wash all the bedding I used before leaving, also the outside areas need maintenance and be more careful with the garbage bin. I hope they are taken into account by the owner as good faith suggestions for improvement.

Our stay was pleasant and would stay again but did have 2 concerns that were addressed with the owner. 1. Arrived after dark to find the door to the home left wide open. We were traveling with kids and when called the owner to advise, was told that nearest neighbor was a 90 yr old woman and not to worry since the door probably didn’t latch from the cleaning company. My son in law was able to check the home to ensure it was safe to enter. Still a little nerve wracking to find that open. 2. The upstairs was comfortable and warm; however, the heat did not warm the downstairs where my son in law and kids stayed. It was in the chilly side especially with temps high 40s during the day and nights where in the 20s. Attempted to contact owner and was not able to. Left a message via VRBO app and it was not answered. We enjoyed the area but do not recommend driving in at night due to the road being so winding and dark. It was hard to navigate. Overall the cabin was nice and served its purpose to sleep and eat at. The area was beautiful and we had a fun time sightseeing in the surrounding areas.

The house is very nice and clean. It is in the middle of woods, so very peaceful. We had a storm and the power went out and it shut the water pump off. I contacted the owner and she had a neighbor come and fix it right away. It was a wonderful experience all around

This is one of the most private, calm, quite, secluded rentals that we have ever stayed at. The home was cozy, quaint, and roomy all at the same time. There was enough open yard to feel not closed in, and the hiking trail on the property was very nice. Wonderful experience!

Quiet and secluded cabin for a couples get away. Definitely room in the house for at least 8 people, more if you have smaller kids. Central point to visit Helen, Elijah, Blue Ridge, Cleveland and Dahlonega. Very close to Neels Gap, historic stop on the Appalachian Trail. We actually were visiting the cool store at the gap and talked to a man that had been on the AT for 4 months and would make it to the end of the trail the next day. We hiked to three beautiful waterfalls. Amicacola was our favorite.

We were absolutely in heaven driving down the windy roads to the cabin. It’s a short ride from the main high way but we felt so far away and secluded! The cabin was so cute and cozy with everything you need and this location is ideal distance to Vogel State Park just minutes away. We were also able to drive to Brasstown Bald which is the highest elevation in GA , then drove to Tallulah Gorge and hiked down to the gorge floor and got back to the cabin all before dark. The market up the street is great for local homemade goodies. Buy the jams and the soaps! Living Waters vineyard was fantastic. Bring back some wine and enjoy the gorgeous view from the cabin and listen to the creek! We will be back! Most unique property we’ve stayed at from years of mountain trips!

We have 3 dogs and we love traveling to cabins with them! This property was definitely the best one we have ever stayed. The 13 acres with hiking trails were a bless to our babies, they had so much fun! The pond is absolutely adorable! A short drive from the cabin is the Sunrise Grocery, we went there 3x and bought so many delicious things! Highly recommend the Fruit Cake! We also went to The Bitter Creek Deli, they offer amazing cuts of meat, the fillet was delicious! We drove to Helen every day, it’s a beautiful scenic drive through the mountains! Thank you Natalie, we will definitely return on summer and of course, on winter again!

We had a nice stay; the cabin was a cozy place to relax. We enjoyed the trail on the grounds, the views from the deck, and the creek.It's a beautiful area. The hiking was great, and Blairsville offered a great restaurant: The Sawmill Place and shopping.

At first we were very skeptical because of the daunting drive off the main road up to the cabin. We were wondering what we had gotten ourselves into. Definitely not a drive you want to do in the dark! However, the cabin and its surroundings did not disappoint. By our second trip in the drive became very doable. There were a few minor things that could have made the cabin more accommodating for us senior citizens. I would have loved for the beds to be on higher platforms to make it easier to get in and out of but the mattresses were very comfortable. Maybe brighter lighting over the dining table so we could see our cards better. The cabin was easy to heat with the stand alone stove in the living room and fireplace downstairs. A real plus was having an ecterior door through the two bedrooms it made accessing the trails a lot easier than going up and down the stairs. Overall we loved our stay and venturing out was a breeze. Sunrise grocery store is less than 10 minutes away downtown Blairsville is maybe 20 minutes and Dahlonega was about 40 minutes. Helen was a 30 minute drive with breathtaking views along the way. . We were extremely happy to share this place with our ftiends and family. Thank you Natalie!

We loved our stay so much we're booking again! The cabin is lovingly appointed with so many custom touches you can tell how much love the hosts have for their place. It is honestly an honor to be able to use their cabin and the incredible trails all through the property. The privacy is fantastic! We hiked all over the place and never even heard another person's voice, let alone saw anybody! Super clean, tons of space, easily can accommodate 3 couples, plus kids, plus pets if needed - but also served as a romantic getaway for me and my husband. We miss it already!
