Very accommodating. The pool area is beautiful and kept nice and clean. Even with still making renovations and upgrades, nothing was dirty/dusty from construction. There is no elevator to the second floor. If you have heavy bags, you will be carrying them up 2 flights of steps.

Pool was extremely cold. Staff messed up my extended stay order dealt with several people trying to get them to fix it. Doing construction on other side of our wall. Wld have been nice to know as it kept scaring my 3 yr old

The facility was clean and the people we nice but that’s we can say. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool that was freezing, included the pool room itself. Neither were enjoyable and the breakfast was very vague. Yogurt was outdated and they only had waffles, cereal and sausage biscuits. I don’t know if because it’s out of season the choices were limited but because of the lame breakfast and the cool pool room and pool we will most likely not return. We were really looking forward to enjoying that heated indoor pool to escape the snowy cold winter weather only to be highly disappointed

Hotel was severely outdated. Bad smells, dirty carpets, old furniture, no elevator, small breakfast eating area, very overcrowded during breakfast time. It looks like it was an afterthought! Clearly not designed for an eating space. One room had an old dresser and the drawers wouldn’t stay closed so we had to turn it around towards the wall to keep the drawer closed because we kept bumping into it. The outlets were old and couldn’t keep the plug in it. Clearly not Wyndhams best! I guess they are trying to upgrade the place but they haven’t gotten to it all yet. It’s old tv’s and furniture piled under the stairs. Spiderwebs everywhere in the stairwells. Keycards had to be reprogrammed several times a day. The other room smelled like cigarette smoke and an ashtray,the bathroom looked like they needed some repairs, like it was cleaned to the best of their ability and it was still dirty (worn out) the night latch on the door was broken off, the carpeting needs to be removed and replaced with laminate or something else because it is holding all the odors of its past!!! I tried to get another hotel but they wanted $400 for 2 nights and I wasn’t going to do that because we needed 2 rooms. Service was ok, but the guy that was at the front desk was a creep and very weird. He just kept watching us and popping up outside when we were out sitting at the worn out table in the back of the building. I told him he was a creep and he didn’t even care.

Pool was closed for maintenance but not listed on the site. We booked there just for the pool. Our first room on the 2nd floor smelled of smoke & had mold in the shower. Our young son was sneezing within 5 min. The desk clerk was amazing & changed our room quickly without question.

Ordered the jacuzzi room. When we got in the room, it still looked pretty dirty. There was stains on the lamp and it was broken, trim was falling off the walls, marker on the floor/mirror/sink, the sink didn’t drain very well, and there were hair and pubes left in the shower. I went to the front desk to address the issues so they were aware that we didn’t cause the damages and charge us. The said they’d send someone up to fix and clean. When we got back all that was “fixed/cleaned” was they replaced the light bulb in the broken lamp and took the wall trim that fell off. Everything else was the same. The walls are grungy and dirty and so are the doors.

Room was sparse and mostly clean, desperately in need of a renovation. Route 70 is just outside of thin walls and windows, be aware of truck braking and highway noise all night. The air conditioner was putting out a putrid fecal aroma so had to turn that off and open the window that just amplified the noise. Staff was friendly, breakfast adequate but minimal.

The staff is outstanding! Always pleasant and helpful. Things to note: this is an aged property. It does not have a USB charger anywhere in the room. There are very few outlets in the room to plug in all of your electronics to charge. Not all of the outlets work. I didn’t see a blow drier. Could be a pro or con - no carpet. The steam from the shower set off the fire alarm. There is no elevator. The breakfast makes basic seem grand. Yes, there was a waffle maker but the batter was very thin and that made the waffle hollow. They had bread for toast and cereal. I didn’t see fruit or yogurt. There was juice but it seemed watered down. They do not do a daily room refresh and did not bring towels or take trash during my entire stay. I wouldn’t stay here again by choice, but they were so nice if I had no other option it would not be the worst thing to happen.

There was nobody at the desk, sign said dial 0, but that did nothing. Attendant was on her cell phone in the back hallway. No soap or shampoo in the room. Soap we were then given was broken. No counter space at all in the bathroom.

Don’t believe the Baymont blah blah about a welcome. Check in was all prepped because I filled out a form on my phone on the highway. The staff had to look up the name and hand us the keys. 7 seconds. No hello. Nothing. We waited silently politely while new requests came before us. 12-15 minutes. Before another one jumped in front. I spoke up politely that we just needed our keys. Front desk staff person was cold cold and appeared angry. Bummer welcome. The manager next day looks exhausted. I waited to talk to him and mentioned it, but I gave up and he was fine not hearing about it. The hotel rooms also let a lot of noise in.

The staff had to look up the name and hand us the keys. 7 seconds. No hello. Nothing. We waited silently politely while new requests came before us. 12-15 minutes. Before another one jumped in front. I spoke up politely that we just needed our keys. Front desk staff person was cold cold and appeared angry. Bummer welcome. The manager next day looks exhausted. I waited to talk to him and mentioned it, but I gave up and he was fine not hearing about it. The hotel rooms also let a lot of noise in.

Do not stay here. 6 night stay and maids semi cleaned the room once. Rennovatiom work going on so no safety lights, etc Bare wires hanging from walls. No breakfast, but the beeakfast area was filthy. Security doors were left propped open all night. Grounds were unkempt and parking lot was filthy and in need of repair. On the plus, counter staff was friendly, especially Walter.

The property was clean and had enough parking and easy access to gas stations and a few restaurants. We were in town for one of the smaller colleges football games and it was a great location. The breakfast was very limited, but satisfied. (Cold items, waffles, and toasted bread products). The room could use some minor updates, but that didn’t bother us that much as we were primarily there to sleep and get ready. The major downside was that when we checked in on Friday we were told the pool was not open but would be open on Saturday. We completely understood, but the pool did not reopen on Saturday either. Overall a good hotel for what we needed but wish the pool was open

Place looks sketchy on the outside. Room was decent. Would of been nice to know was being remodel they had crap in all the stairs. They kept thw hallway windows open to help with the smell down side to that was it was cold outside. Showers suck. An being so close to the highway was really loud. Rooms dont block the noise. For the money i not bad i guess bug free

Most hotel beds are too firm and uncomfortable so I've come to expect that and this property was no different. There were no protein options for breakfast, only sugary, carb-loaded and bread options.

Generally liked this property and the desk staff, especially given the very competitive cost. . My only complaint relates to the continental breakfast. We didn't eat at the break of day, but was well before the breakfast area was supposed to close. There was little left for us to eat, and nobody seemed to be in charge or responsible to restock any of the food. A simple thing, but needs to be addressed.

Rooms were nicely remodeled. Our only complaint would be the coffee and juice machines for breakfast were both not working. They did have a coffee pot they made coffee in. I am assuming these will fixed in the near future. We would stay again.

The breakfast was very limited. And the waffle mix had a nasty taste. So we made toast and the jelly taste nasty. Another customer said not to drink the apple juice because it taste nasty. The hotel needs updated. I wouldn't stay there again.

Overall great , breakfast was less than expected, no protein just carbs, waffles, cereal and toast/bagels, English muffins. Juice and coffee. The staff was great!! Thanks Crystal & Nina Very accommodating. Clean!!!

If we would have known this hotel was under major construction, we would have never booked there. Continental breakfast was a bag of cheap granola bars and an apple. No ice, no conditioner, jack hammer noises, staff was no where to be found, no garbage bags in trash cans, smelled like fumes from maybe tile grout. I have called to speak with the manager twice now, and still have not heard from her. Do not stay there. They need to just close until their construction is done.

I would not say “ breakfast included “. I do not eat much but I don’t eat cereal and didn’t see much else to pick from, and very small area to eat if interested. Price was right and clean enough for a short stay if not planning to eat. Convenient off the highway.

The staff is outstanding! Always pleasant and helpful. Things to note: this is an aged property. It does not have a USB charger anywhere in the room. There are very few outlets in the room to plug in all of your electronics to charge. Not all of the outlets work. I didn’t see a blow drier. Could be a pro or con - no carpet. The steam from the shower set off the fire alarm. There is no elevator. The breakfast makes basic seem grand. Yes, there was a waffle maker but the batter was very thin and that made the waffle hollow. They had bread for toast and cereal. I didn’t see fruit or yogurt. There was juice but it seemed watered down. They do not do a daily room refresh and did not bring towels or take trash during my entire stay. I wouldn’t stay here again by choice, but they were so nice if I had no other option it would not be the worst thing to happen.

Room keys did not work for our room or outside door. Back entrance door was almost impossible to open. No hangers but that didn’t matter cause there was no closet or even a rod to hang clothes. Room and actually the whole hotel smelled stale. Room was very humid.

My room had a commode tank lid that was taped together, the shower had a water spout diverter that was immovable and allowed water to go both to the shower head and to the tub. Seat cushions in the continental breakfast area were filthy.

The room was impeccably clean. I wish there were screens on the windows so I could have enjoyed some fresh air without inviting critters in. The toilet in my room kept running randomly and very loudly through the night which I did not love. The ice machine was broken but staff helped me out with ice from elsewhere. Everyone was very nice and the place was very clean
