When we first arrived and received our room there was a stale, musty smell in the room. We masked it with sunscreen but it never went away. We didn\'t need the sunscreen because the pool and hot tub were never opened or usable. Was a nice hotel i only had a problem with my tv didnt work n was told they would fix it n never did. Then for some reason the hot tub wasnt working never got answer why.

First room the sheets weren’t on the bed, comforter was piled up in a corner. Second room bed was unmade, towels on the floor of bathroom. Staff apologized profusely, upgraded my room. Trash can in lobby was clearly outside for a long time, covered in bird poop.

We arrived and unloaded without checking out the room fully and went out to eat. When we returned we realized there NO shower curtain in our handicap bathroom. Needless to say we wasted towels mopping up the floor after each of our showers. Good thing we brought shampoo and soap as well, none provided. And the hair dryer was broken, so had to dry my hair in front of the air conditioner. When we went for breakfast at 6:30 am, there was one package of cream cheese for a bagel and only enough milk for one bowl of cereal. I have no idea what anyone after us were going to eat. When I went to notify the desk clerk about our frustration he said he needed to write this all down, got out a note pad, fumbled with it and never wrote down anything. When we checked out before 9am, I noticed nothing had been refilled at the breakfast bar, and the desk attendant was visiting with another employee and ignored me as I returned my key cards, no greeting, no have a nice day, no thanks for staying with us. At least the beds were comfortable, but the stained sheets needed bleaching.

There were crickets coming out of the plumbing. Toilet, sink etc. And throughout the night jumping on the bed. It's an older hotel and the staff was very nice. The sheet had ripped areas but honestly its the crickets that just make it a NO for me.

After we arrived, we webt up to the room, the card didnt work got a replacement card. When we entered the room, the bed was unmade, fast food saxk and drink was on the dresser, diry towls on bathroom floor. Obciously the cleaning of the room was skipped. We received a new room, it was a suite. It was decent.

Bed was average the room was fairly clean but the reat of the hotel was not. Our tub faucet dripped constantly, there was a leak that dripped from the room above us and the breakfast is very low end continental. Hotel definitely needs some renovations.

This was awful. Charge me a total of $200 more than I was told at booking. $50 for my dog and then $150 cash deposit. It was so dirty that I had to go buy cleaner before using the tub. No housekeeping or laundry on weekends. Had to buy my own towels to have clean ones. Horrible experience.

By far the best bang for your buck in Claremore. The room layout is a little funky. As a lifelong tradesman I can tell the lights/receptacles/tv situation was definitely done on the buddy system. That said; nothing unsafe, just a little funky. The room was clean, all the equipment was functional, and the double mirror thing by the bed was fun for the wife and I. I think the main selling point of this property is the service. The staff during the day is very polite, and quite abiding albeit I’m hard at hearing so perhaps the body language is what did it for me. The staff at night is incredible, the young man behind the desk took care of every request with a rapidity in earnest that I rarely encounter with budget hotels. The location is fairly centralized, very close to all the happenings in town and close enough to Tulsa/Owasso that you won’t have to worry about factoring in travel time to your adventures. Next time we visit the in-laws, I’m staying here again. Thanks to the staff, you guys were wonderful and made my stay a little less stressful.

The check in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. My room, however, was extremely small. The smoke detector was missing and the furniture was cheap and shabby. The bed was fine though and the room was clean.

The stay was good. The rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels. The closet had no hangers for my clothes. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken. I don't know about the breakfast as I did not eat there. Now for the good. The room was comfortable. There was an LCD TV, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and Wi-Fi. Everything worked just fine. Check in was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable. I must say the best thing about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome, even though they were working on Christmas eve and Christmas day. Would I stay here again? Yes I would.

I prepaid for 2 nights. On returning to the room on the second night, my key did not work and I had been checked out . This took a bit of time for resolution. The next morning I was attempting to sleep later as I was working a shift at the hospital. The maid tried to gain entry prior to 9 am , despite a “ do not disturb “ sign on the door . She also didn’t announce “ housekeeping “. Disappointing stay….

Check in was not pleasant. Man at desk did not speak clearly (could have been his extreme accent) and lack of interest. Breakfast was nothing to be proud of. Requested that the dripping toilet be fixed, after third night nothing had been done.

The staff at night is incredible, the young man behind the desk took care of every request with a rapidity in earnest that I rarely encounter with budget hotels. The location is fairly centralized, very close to all the happenings in town and close enough to Tulsa/Owasso that you won’t have to worry about factoring in travel time to your adventures. Next time we visit the in-laws, I’m staying here again. Thanks to the staff, you guys were wonderful and made my stay a little less stressful.

By far the best bang for your buck in Claremore. The room layout is a little funky. As a lifelong tradesman I can tell the lights/receptacles/tv situation was definitely done on the buddy system. That said; nothing unsafe, just a little funky. The room was clean, all the equipment was functional, and the double mirror thing by the bed was fun for the wife and I. I think the main selling point of this property is the service. The staff during the day is very polite, and quite abiding albeit I’m hard at hearing so perhaps the body language is what did it for me. We arrived and unloaded without checking out the room fully and went out to eat. When we returned we realized there NO shower curtain in our handicap bathroom. Needless to say we wasted towels mopping up the floor after each of our showers. Good thing we brought shampoo and soap as well, none provided. And the hair dryer was broken, so had to dry my hair in front of the air conditioner. When we went for breakfast at 6:30 am, there was one package of cream cheese for a bagel and only enough milk for one bowl of cereal. I have no idea what anyone after us were going to eat. When I went to notify the desk clerk about our frustration he said he needed to write this all down, got out a note pad, fumbled with it and never wrote down anything. When we checked out before 9am, I noticed nothing had been refilled at the breakfast bar, and the desk attendant was visiting with another employee and ignored me as I returned my key cards, no greeting, no have a nice day, no thanks for staying with us. At least the beds were comfortable, but the stained sheets needed bleaching.

Our stay was mostly good. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs including late checkin and late checkout. The beds were bouncy and squeaky. We were disappointed in breakfast. We were at breakfast an hour before it ended and almost everything was gone and not getting refilled we were told. Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Bed was average the room was fairly clean but the reat of the hotel was not. Our tub faucet dripped constantly, there was a leak that dripped from the room above us and the breakfast is very low end continental. Hotel definitely needs some renovations.

Good things about Microtel: 1. Worth the price I paid. 2. Room was spacious enough for visiting guests with a couch 3. It is somewhat clean, if not excellent. 4. there was a small kitchen even though no utensils were present. 5. Multiple desks (computer, dining table...). Bad things: 1. There was noise that we felt from upstairs, side rooms, and it was bit scary. 2. Coffee either inside the room or outside was terrible. So I went out to get coffee 3. Breakfast was bare minimum, but I don't blame as we didn't pay too much 4 No paper towel, and not many towels in the room. 5. We have to remind the janitor to clean our room.

3 night stay. Check-in was quick and easy, desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Towels were an issue during our stay. There were 3 of us but we only received enough towels for 2 people at check-in. We were placed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower, the water splashed all over the floor and we needed several more towels to dry and prevent injury. Housekeeping came daily and took our trash and towels but did not leave us any clean towels. We were attending an outside festival and it was over 100 degrees so we were taking extra showers. When we would ask for towels in the evening, we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the front desk. Air conditioner worked great to keep the room comfortable with the excessive heat, but it was still quite humid and there was a dehumidifier in the room that we had to empty several times a day. Hotel room was quiet, good programming on the tv, beds were comfortable, we slept very well. Good breakfast options. Pool was open and well-maintained.

A very comfortable and well maintained family run property in a quiet location. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable with plush pillows and linens. My room included a cute window seat that overlooked the vegetable garden. Amenities include a small pool, breakfast bar, laundry room, ice machine and plenty of parking. A cash deposit is required for pets, which was promptly returned after a quick room inspection.

So clean and friendly. Only suggestion offer some gluten free bread for breakfast toast. You cans keep the bread in freezer and put some slices out in the morning. Other wise enjoyed the stay!
