El cuarto y baño estaban muy sucio las almoadas tenian muy mal olor

Very very disappointed. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years with no issues. This time not so well. We found bed bugs crawling. I immediately took pics and went down to the front desk showed him even brought him a dead bed bugs we killed. He insisted they dont have them and had a sheet to verify they just sprayed for them. He then continued to tell us we must have brought them or our dog had them. What dog??? We had no dog in the hotel.. and you just showed us a sheet and told us about how you sprayed today for them so that tells me there was a problem. The guy kept wanting to put us in a new room. Nop no way we left. I was refused to get my money back when I asked.

The room had some garbage from previous users in corners that should obviously have been cleaned better. The room smelled bad on the first day, but we became nose blind and were tired so didn’t say anything. Next day asked for spray to help. They didn’t come to our room to see for themselves, but gave us a 90% used air freshener can. By night 3 it was finally less noticeable.

This was a good value for the money. The breakfast is spare. The railing outside needs repair. The staff made efforts to help.
