The hotel has false advertisement, The pictures on the website make it look modern with a beautiful pool, Well the place is old and dirty and the pool was green. I don’t think the picture of the pool on the website was even the old green pool that they have!

Pool was empty and closed. No mention of this on website. Grandkids were very disappointed. Found a public pool for them..more money out of my pocket. Breakfast not stocked. Coffee was like light tea, but management did fix that. No milk for cereal and no syrup for waffles, management brought more. Each time management not at desk, had to hunt and call out for someone. Only plates smaller than the waffle, management said they were out of larger plates. Very disappointed. Website did NOT say pool was closed.

Stayed here for a filming job. Safe and mostly quiet location. The bad? The tub and sink were clogged. Uncovered outlets, ice machine was broken, mattress had a lump where people slept, and the chair’s covering was peeling off and it was broken.

Upon arrival to room 308 while taking my luggage to the room, a gentleman held the interior door open for me. Went out to get more luggage the interior door was locked and the outer door lever was missing to open the door. Had to go around to the west entrance to get in. There was sticky substance on the counter and dresser, a large hole in the wall beneath the heat pump unit, noticed exterior stucco damage on the west second floor exterior columns, a soffit panel was hanging down from the interior east second floor. Pool area was not usable and in bad condition. Two ice machines were out of ice, the ice I was able to get out of the north west machine had white sediment in my cup. Went for breakfast and the waffle mix was low and the syrup dispenser was empty. Made 1/2 waffle and had to tip the dispenser to get syrup. Looked around for a staff member to let them know and didn’t find anyone. The lobby area was impressive but the outer area was in need of maintenance. Not a good experience and was very disappointed.

The room was very clean, bed comfortable and pillows fluffy, good layout and great water pressure in shower! The advertised breakfast was a fluke. Just cereal, waffles, packet grits and oatmeal, juice, coffee, toast. Nothing healthy to choose. No variety. Pool PH or something off due to recent rains, so it was closed.

The room was not clean. It didn't look like they had changed the sheets because there was hair all over the sheet and pillow. The bathroom might have been clean but you couldn't tell if it was stained or just not clean.

Arrived at the property and was assigned a smoking room out by the pool. Got into my room and laid down for a nap before work that night and I was startled by something crawling on my face. Needless to say it was a bedbug. Immediately packed my belongings and went to the counter to report it. The staff members was kind and resigned me to a different area of the hotel. She also informed me that I was the 1st guest to start in the room after another guest was there for 1 month. Do not stay in the smoking side of this hotel.

The bathroom had mold above the shower and above the light. There were very thin towels and washcloths and only one roll of toilet paper. There was no outlets near enough to a mirror in order to use a curling iron. The ceiling was peeling several places in the bedroom and in the bathroom. Also, no hot water - only lukewarm water. I do not feel the rating and description online is accurate at all. Never again will I consider this motel.

I arrived late due to traffic and rain in Texas. I finally got to the room and it smelled like urine. It was too late and I was too tired to complain because I had planned to leave before checkout. The bedspread had a stain on it. The carpet looked dirty. I took pics.

Hotel in bad shape. Ice machine didn’t work. WiFi didn’t work in our room. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Beer bottle left in bathroom. No hand or bath soap. Towels and linens real cheap and thin. Shower spray head not good. Bed was comfortable. AC unit very loud. Fridge was loud.

Above our room there was noisy walking like children playing from the time we entered the room until around two in the morning. Also the shower tub would not drain properly. Breakfast was hot waffles. Will never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.

Older facility that needs updating. Several wall electrical outlets did not work as they were connected to a wall light switch and when you turned the light off you also turned power off to the outlets. Also the below window ac/heater had a short in the system and continually its circuit breaker.

We had a good experience here until the week of March 1st the manager took it upon himself to go into our room when we were gone and even though we have a certification for our service dog said he wasn’t a service dog because we don’t take him with us everywhere we go, but we left him with the person he was certified for. As for the other staff Brandon is amazing he was very nice!

The night clerk male was a little aggressive with checking us in and made me uncomfortable asking where i live. I found asking where i live has nothing to do with me and my boyfriend having a mini vacation. Morning clerk man was excellent and very polite.

Even though the hotel is a little dated and could use some upgrades, this is still one of my preferred places to stay in Enid. I like the location and I like the people who work the desk. I prefer to stay in the main building rather than around the pool. The price is usually very reasonable and they do have a nice breakfast.

room was not very clean. ice bucket had something on lid and I had to scrub it off. air conditioner sounded like a semi when it kicked on. Breakfast bar was very scant and we got there around 7:30. The area was really hot.

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend. This was our second time staying here while we show our Mastiffs at the Chisolm Trail Expo. The staff are super friendly and had nothing but nice things to say about our giant dogs. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice, good coffee, juice, big selection of carbs and fresh fruit (no protein). Lobby is super cute with western decor.

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend. This was our second time staying here while we show our Mastiffs at the Chisolm Trail Expo. The staff are super friendly and had nothing but nice things to say about our giant dogs. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice, good coffee, juice, big selection of carbs and fresh fruit (no protein). Lobby is super cute with western decor.

Pool was empty and closed. No mention of this on website. Grandkids were very disappointed. Found a public pool for them..more money out of my pocket. Breakfast not stocked. Coffee was like light tea, but management did fix that. No milk for cereal and no syrup for waffles, management brought more. Each time management not at desk, had to hunt and call out for someone. Only plates smaller than the waffle, management said they were out of larger plates. Very disappointed. Website did NOT say pool was closed.

Upon arrival to room 308 while taking my luggage to the room, a gentleman held the interior door open for me. Went out to get more luggage the interior door was locked and the outer door lever was missing to open the door. Had to go around to the west entrance to get in. There was sticky substance on the counter and dresser, a large hole in the wall beneath the heat pump unit, noticed exterior stucco damage on the west second floor exterior columns, a soffit panel was hanging down from the interior east second floor. Pool area was not usable and in bad condition. Two ice machines were out of ice, the ice I was able to get out of the north west machine had white sediment in my cup. Went for breakfast and the waffle mix was low and the syrup dispenser was empty. Made 1/2 waffle and had to tip the dispenser to get syrup. Looked around for a staff member to let them know and didn’t find anyone. The lobby area was impressive but the outer area was in need of maintenance. Not a good experience and was very disappointed.

The room was very clean, bed comfortable and pillows fluffy, good layout and great water pressure in shower! The advertised breakfast was a fluke. Just cereal, waffles, packet grits and oatmeal, juice, coffee, toast. Nothing healthy to choose. No variety. Pool PH or something off due to recent rains, so it was closed.

Everything in the hotel room seemed to be on a timer. Five minutes on the hair dryer 😞 I went to the local Walmart and bought a new hair dryer and body wash plus shampoo and conditioner. I also got a box of two donuts . The lobby area was dark it was after 7 am I asked the clerk about breakfast and he said something I thought at first he said 8 I didn't understand so I said oh ok I guess I will be going to eat. He said he just forgot to turn on the lights he said breakfast is from 6-9 No yogurt or juice, no bread or toaster, no eggs or any kind of meat, I made a waffle the butter was frozen I ate half of one. In reality I would have been better off to go somewhere else and eat .

The pool was closed until next year! No full breakfast. The staff was rude and aloof. I would not stay here again. False advertising on anything this hotel offers.

When I received the keys to my room I noticed a dripping sound coming from the bathroom. I went to check out what was going on found out that the the roof was leaking and fixing to break. Went back to the receptionist to let her know what was going on and show her so she could get it fixed. Got a new room. Had a good experience after that

I am not sure how this hotel passes inspection. The health dept should be notified. The overwhelming smell of mold is apparent in the rooms. I immediately cancelled my reservation and received a full refund.

Room was not clean or maintained well. Everything plugged into extension cord. Phone did not work and stuck to my ear. Door handle to bathroom came off in my hand when I pulled it shut.

I stayed here during the NJCAA baseball tournament, when hotel prices throughout Enid are much higher than usual. Compared to other hotels where friends of mine stayed, I felt this property offered a reasonable value for the price. The hotel feels safe and family-friendly, and the parking is convenient and spacious. The breakfast is simple but gets the job done. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. That being said, this is an older property, and it is clear that it has not been renovated in quite some time. The rooms are basic, and in my room I found some stains on the comforter and towels. I also noticed a few dead insects in the corners of the carpet. The Wi-Fi could also be improved. What I appreciated most was how quickly the staff responded when I brought these concerns to their attention. They immediately changed the bedding and towels and vacuumed the carpet. Their willingness to address the issues made a positive difference. Overall, despite some maintenance and cleanliness concerns, I would stay here again because of the sense of safety, the helpful staff, and the value it offered during a very busy event week.
