The location was very convenient. The roof is in disrepair. It needs paint inside & out. The check in stuff was very friendly and helpful! The price was amazing. The sheets were clean and mattress & pillows were very comfortable! The bathroom was clean & towels were soft and clean! The hairdryer was great! The carpet seemed old and maybe dirty ( the color would hide dirt). The sofa & luggage bench were soiled & worn. The bedspread looked worn and that made it look possibly not clean. There was not a musty smell however by the microwave there was a peculiar odor. The fridge was kinda beaten up on the front. The price was great so I know we can’t expect the HILTON at that price. The deadbolt from the inside was missing and the one on the outside door was loose.

Not the Hotels fault, but there is a lot transients around the area. Hotel does a good job keeping the property safe. Were very nice to homeless people and went out of their way

A bit sketchy at checkin, with bullet-proof window and some random folks hanging around outside. But room itself was functional and quiet, so no big issues.

Broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Holes in the walls in the hallways. Smelled like a marijuana factory. Carpet in the room felt greasy. Holes in the bed cover. Exposed wiring hanging out of the walls outside. Parking curbs all busted up with exposed rebar. Had we not already been charged for the room, would have packed up and left immediately.

Lobby was locked down with all communication through glass. The breakfast was individually packaged sweet rolls, orange drink, water, muffins, etc. no hot coffee other than what you make in the room. TV got no reception until morning and there was never any WiFi available (so no internet).

When i pulled into the parking lot, i was immediately feeaked out due to the appearance outside, and when i went to check in there was one of those glass windows like in a cheap or unsavory motels. I seriously thought what did i do, i was scared. Inside the "lobby" is just as rundown as the outside. Its really not nice at all. The staff member was nice, and friendly. She provided me with my room key which was at the far end of the hotel and i was going to need to walk up steep stars to get up stairs. I drive back there and the stairs have a bunch of guys sitting/standing drinking and enjoying the night. I am a woman traveling alone, i didnt want to just make thst known and if i were to solider up those stairs which is a little wider than an adult person, they all would have to go inside, stand waiting for me to make multiple trips. I just drove back to the office and told the staff member i was not comfortable making my traveling alone known and didnt feel good about the situation. She understood and got me a lower level room. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the room is the door that leads outside had gaps so bugs kept coming in, and i was on bug patrol for my stay.

Not the best area, property grounds not taken care of, lacking cleanliness. Rooms updated but dirty. No lobby.

Made reservation thru Expedia. Arrived just before dark. Parking limited due to rehab. Luckily there was a Golden Corral next door with a big parking lot. My husband went & asked the manager if we could park our truck & TT with the electric bikes locked on. He said of course & appreciated us asking. Of course we ate dinner there & again thanked him. The hotels & expedias need to communicate better!!

Homeless people living in parking lot. Water faucet in bathroom backwards, hot right, cold left. No water pressure. Refrigerator freezer full of ice. Alarm clock not working. Pathetic breakfast. Lobby closed. Over priced.

When we got our room, the commode was broken. We then got transferred to another room. The room was fine, but we could not set the clock, because the minutes button was broken. Other than that, it was ok. There is no dining room to sit.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the receptionists were friendly. However, during our 3-night stay, the room was not cleaned even once. We noticed roaches in the bathroom, which was very concerning. The bedsheets had dark stains that seemed to indicate a past bedbug issue, though we thoroughly inspected the room and found no signs of an active infestation. Additionally, the carpet was dirty; we found a nail and a small brush on it. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing.

The front desk staff were very helpful. My biggest problem was that my room had a bed bug infestation.

Bugs everywhere. Sheets were stained and thread bare. Dirty. Old.

Rooms were awful. Smelled like cigarettes (even non smoking room) and mildew. Bugs everywhere. Real dirty room. Carpet sticky. Beds comfortable and AC cold but couldn’t make up for filth. Front desk staff very nice.

The shower ceiling was full of mold. We didn't notice until late night after coming in from the casino. This room should have never been in service!

The hallway and room smelled of mildew and mold. I will never stay here again. The bedding was at least clean so it’s not house keeping, it’s years of water damage and mold!

The towels were torn, the outside of the building and stairs were stinking. I found and killed a BEDBUG.

Booked this hotel b/c it is close to OU and I needed an affordable place to stay for Family Weekend. For the price I paid, I cannot believe they get away with charging this much. First, I checked in on my phone via a link that led me to their website. When I arrived, the receptionist said I had to pay in full. I told her I already checked in, but they had no record of it and tried to charge me again for the entire stay. I had to call my CC company, who confirmed this hotel already charged me the full amount. After a good 15 minutes, the receptionist got the owner and figured it out. So, they are not on board fully with remote check in so BE CAREFUL if they try to double charge you. This is hands down the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It just needs to be torn down. Smelled like mildew and cigarettes in the hallways. VERY outdated. My room had mismatched paint and splattered/bad paint. Sliding glass door to patio would not lock so I had to push the desk up against it to feel safe. Spiders in shower, cockroaches on bathroom floor and in hallways of hotel. Bedding was terrible. Towels were thin and small. Toilet ran all night and was stained. It just felt dirty and upkept all around. I spent as little time there as possible and still feel like I was totally ripped off. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and honestly feel I should get some kind of refund back for the amount of money they up-charged just because it was Family Weekend. Not good!

Absolutely terrible. The place smelled like mold. There were roaches. It wasn’t cleaned the entire time I was there. I can’t believe Wyndham endorses this place.

The AC unit was so loud and sounded like a freight train Asked for a new room and was able to move so much better !!!!! but the bed side light was like a strobe light

Carpet not clean. TV reception was terrible. What few stations it got would go out frequently.

They fixed the property up beautifully. Everything is so nice and the beds are like a five star hotels. So comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Amazing service

Super friendly staff...arrived early and allowed us to check in no additional fee. Property definitely needs to updated but suitable for one night stay (college tour). Bed was comfortable and clean. Room has fridge and microwave, convenient to stores and shops.

We are a family of 4 visiting other family, who's son plays football for OU. We arrived for a two night stay, and got there around 3pm in the afternoon. On checkin, all the lady did was give us our keys, and didn't even bother to tell us how to get to our room. We had to figure it out, which wasn't to big of a deal, but it was the first sign of the lack of service we experienced. The first night, we called and asked for extra pillows, and we were told there was only one left. In over 40 years of traveling, I've honestly never been told that there was only one pillow left. We all looked at each other and called BS. On top of that, we actually had to go to the front desk to pick them up, as well as the extra towels, which we asked for, because there was only 2 bath towels in the room, for 4 people. I mean you would think if they knew 4 people were coming, they would stock the room appropriately, right? The lack of service was abysmal, and frankly inexcusable for a room that was over $115 a night, with taxes and fees. And, to top it all off, we never saw their "continental breakfast" at all. We were never told about it, or where it was, and with the absolute crappy service, we wouldn't have eaten there, even if they did. It was an older property, and smelled like it. The sheets were clean, but one had a cigarette burn and one had a cut/tear in it. I would definitely not stay there again, nor any other Days Inn. Wyndham should be embarrassed to represent a property like this.

First room had the AC broken However the receptionist changed our room out quickly. She worked to find something for us on a sold out weekend!

This was an awful experience. A number had worn off my credit card and the front desk had there card reader not working and i was told I couldn't stay there because they couldn't read the numbers and was also told even if there card reader was working they wouldn't let me stay there because they couldn't verify the numbers matched. This is a complete joke. The name matches my drivers license and it is not my fault they have faulty equipment. Soooo now i get no refund and just out the money for awful service

Looks a little rough on the outside but surprisingly nice on the inside. No frills but a great place to stay for a game weekend when other prices are through the room. Walking distance to a few breakfast spots - all the hotel has is a shelf with some water bottles, fruit, granola bars.

It is close to Walmart

I can canceled my reservation because the area was unsafe! Homeless people all around the area. Wanted a refund and was denied because it was after the check-in time! The pictures are miss leading in Expedia. They still give customers the wrong info and don't want to refund!

This hotel is right off the Interstate so it is easy to access when you're coming, and easy to get out of town quickly when you're ready to leave. Main Street also has a lot of locations within a walking distance - shops, restaurants, even Crunch gym. I will say that the property was a little dated and run-down, and could benefit from some renovation because it feels a bit sketchy as it is. However, I did not have any issues with the property besides that.

The best I can say is that the room was clean and quiet. I did not like getting hit with a $100 deposit that I knew nothing about. (I have never paid a deposit on a motel room and don't want to start a tradition)The "breakfast" sucked. It was essentially non-existent. The toilet did not shut off--I had to close the valve at the wall to stop it. (This is amazing since I had to pay a $100 deposit to access the room.) The faucet for the sink was ridiculous. The shower was better but not what I would like. I imagine that they are trying to reduce water use but this was too far. Finally, (a small thing) didn't care for the wood floor instead of carpet, although this is very trendy.

Location is convenient. Low water pressure in the bathroom sink, never got warm. Breakfast is grab and go. Not too nutritious. The building needs a complete remodel. The landing and ateps ti the aecond floor are very rust. There is nocement ramp leading up to the back, first floor door. No safe, convenient parking for the back rooms. Fair for a one night stay. They do allow dogs in some of the rooms, a plus.

The property has been remodeled so thats nice. The breakfast sucks and doesnt even qualify as a breakfast.

Continental breakfast as a joke! Not even premade coffee. Just the k-cups already in your room. Thank goodness a Waffle House is next door. But for what a paid for a room and breakfast advertised, you think you get something better than sugar donuts. AC worked awesome! Probably the best hotel AC I've experienced in awhile. Comfortable bed. Toilet was difficult to flush.

This was the last night of a 2000 mile road trip around the southern USA and was the nicest accommodation of the trip. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was smart and very clean. Breakfast was served in a corridor to take away and eat elsewhere, either on the road or back n the room.

Facilities were limited . Room was clean and bed comfortable . Quiet . Motel is dated and breakfast was unsatisfactory
