They charge for parking without even knowing if you have a car or not, and to make matters worse, they don’t have enough parking. We reserved the two bedroom suite which in itself says that there should be enough dishes for 4, but it barely could do 2 people. No ice machines around and the ice maker in the fridge in our room didn’t make ice (ice maker didn’t work). For winter you would expect blankets on the beds but the “blanket” that was on the bed was thinner then the sheets. We couldn’t sit in the living area of the room because the furniture was badly stained and there was a weird smell in that area of the room. We were on the ground floor and the windows in one of the bedrooms had nothing stopping the windows from opening fully which was a safety issue, not to mention people frequently propping up the side door nearest the steakhouse. We booked for 2 nights but left early because even though I hate driving at night due to vision issues, I’d rather do the night drive home and sleep in my own bed then stay another night there.

Too many bad things happened to list them all, but the worst was when they charged is $10 per day parking without telling us we were going to charged for it. Since stayed 30 days, they added $300 to our bill.

When we arrived we were told the key entrance system was down and staff jad to let us in with master key, which staff was sketchy, the entire hotel had missing sheet rock and exposed pipes. Inside the room the place was so gross could even set stuff on the floor. We did not stay in hotel and was refused a refund.

This is decent budget hotel. Everything is kind of right in the middle of average. The Breakfast is horrible, its so had they shouldnt offer it at all. The laundry facility's washers and dryers are out of order. This is my 2nd stay in 3 months and they still did not repair them. The rooms are decent but there are signs of visible water damage and they smell musty. The real upside is that they share a parking lot with the Texas Roadhouse. You can walk 200 feet to a great meal.

What a disappointment, we never expected a Marriott property to be in such poor condition and lacking almost all amenities. It is near an abandoned shopping center, so the area is dodgy. The room was ok but we found the window unlocked (on the ground floor), hair in the bathtub and a used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom. Breakfast was hot or cold cereal or granola bars. The pool and spa were cold. When we checked in we were told that normally there was a $10 parking fee, but the employee said she'd waive it - there was plenty of parking, it was hardly as if we were in the middle of the city. We were told that the facility is going to be renovated soon - good thing, it sure needs it!

The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The night check in people were both new and it took a bit to get it done but they nice about it. Only real complaint was that the elevator got stuck when we were leaving and we couldn’t get out for several minutes! Front desk said they had someone look at it twice this week already so hopefully they get that cleared up!

This hotel is awful! I feel like I got robbed. I had to pay $10 per nights to park. The breakfast was a disaster, all they have are a couple of refrigerated sandwiches and a refrigerated waffle that you have to heat in the microwave. The battery in my door was dead, they knew early in the day Wednesday and did nothing about it. I got back to the hotel at midnight and asked if the clerk could let me in, his response was that he couldn’t leave the desk so if there was someone inside, call them and wake them up to let me in. I ended up waking up my 3 year old as well. I’d hate to think about what he would have told me if I hadn’t had anyone with me. Worst customer service ever. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

Door locks malfunction, furniture needs replaced, some staff appears have racial problems, talks to minorities, ignored others. Stay was a nightmare, had to have room keys replaced 2 times because they malfunctioned had to wait for over an hour for someone to help get into room. Will not stay at a Marriott again.. promised a refund for one night, never happened!

Upon checkin, our room had food items in the refrigerator, trash cans had trash in them, and the room had no pillows on the bed, no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, and was missing several kitchen items (utensils, pottery). It took ~24 hours, but we eventually obtained most of those items and were ultimately moved to a different room that had everything and was an upgrade. Some of the staff were professional and sincerely trying to improve the operations of the location.

The room was musty smelling the carpet through the room was damp or completely wet. The couch was stained and felt gross to sit on. The redeeming factor was the bed was okay to sleep on. I absolutely will not stay in or recommend a residence inn going forward. As a family we do a lot of traveling in the summer and this stay was very disappointing.

Right next to an excellent restaurant. The only other business in a closed, large shopping center. Rooms were obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Had to ask switch rooms as there was black mold in the bathroom and no working air. Next room has dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod in with fold off curtain.

The size of the room was huge. The bed and couch was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. The main hallways and elevator rug wasn't vacuumed for days. Had to request rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags from the front desk. The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher. If you ran the kitchen sink to long it would leak by the dishwasher. Most of the staff was friendly. Very surprised that a hotel of that size didn't have more than one luggage rack. I think i seen it once the four days that i was there.

Check in was a breeze as well as check out. We stayed on main floor King Suite. The room was prepped and ready and air was on for us when we arrived. Only concern was the smell in hallways and room, smelled musty.

The room was filthy! There was dog food everywhere, pet hair in the dresser drawer, toilet bowl not clean and hair in the shower. After talking to the staff I heard them laughing as I walked away. I cut my stay short and checked out after 1 night. Staying in a different hotel that is clean and the staff is pleasant. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Was not happy cold lobby hall smells like marijuana. Lights in bathroom did not work. Sheets were stained and did not have plates for breakfast not very good choices for a hot breakfast either needs major remodel.

After check-in and arriving at my room I noticed an odor. It originated at the kitchenette sink. The garbage disposal was broken, apparently for some time. The smell was terrible! In addition when I opened the microwave door spoiled molded food was in it. This also emitted an offensive scent. Also there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. I have stayed at this Marriot brand before and had great experiences at them all. Shame on this Owner for being allowed to operate this property in such a deplorable manner!

When evening came the sound of the air conditioning was so loud that it was unbearable. The stay ended at that moment because the front desk could find no room in the hotel that did not have this level of noise and bother. There was ice cream in the freezer when we checked in. One of the beds was wobbly. One of the bedroom doors was broken you couldn’t close the door. The breakfast sausage had hair in it. But overall it was very roomy. I will try another location next time. Getting in the front door is a hassle if you have multiple suitcases because there is no sliding doors.

The amenities in the room were great. I was not happy that I booked a king room but got “upgraded” to a full room when I arrived but not charged any different especially when my receipt showed what I had booked for and the receptionist told me I was wrong. The second night my room key stopped working and I had to have it rekeyed.

The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The night check in people were both new and it took a bit to get it done but they nice about it. Only real complaint was that the elevator got stuck when we were leaving and we couldn’t get out for several minutes! Front desk said they had someone look at it twice this week already so hopefully they get that cleared up!

It was not like other Marriott Residence Inn hotels. Room amenities: 1. Missing iron box 2. Missing iron board 3. Missing suitace stand 4. No hangers or laundry bags 5. Shower water is slow Hotel amenities: 1. Parking addtional charge $10/day 2. No fruits in the breakfast 3. Juice machine was not working. So no orange juice or apple juice 4. No breads in the breakfast 5. No trolley to take the luggages upstairs

The property is a little run down, but it seems like they’re working on it. Our room had broken furniture and the bathroom door was extremely crooked and wouldn’t close. It seemed like they started a renovation and stopped half way through. I probably won’t stay here again.

The size of the room was huge. The bed and couch was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. The main hallways and elevator rug wasn't vacuumed for days. Had to request rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags from the front desk. The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher. If you ran the kitchen sink to long it would leak by the dishwasher. Most of the staff was friendly. Very surprised that a hotel of that size didn't have more than one luggage rack. I think i seen it once the four days that i was there.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the facility is very run down. Frig in our room was broken and our food all had to be thrown. Hot tub was half full and had algae. Strong chemical cleaning smells in hallways. Lamps broken in the rooms. Microwave was missing in one room.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel layout was great. I chose this hotel in particular because it had a two bedroom suite. Upon entering our room it was noticeably hot. Over the couple of days we stayed it was apparent the thermostat was not working properly. We could not get the room to a comfortable temperature. When attempting to open a couple windows to cool off the room we noticed the screens were halfway missing or not there at all. With a toddler, and being on the third floor—safety was an issue here of course. Tile in the bathroom and flooring in the kitchen was in disrepair. The shower water would not reach a warm temperature even when left on for several minutes. The hot free breakfast advertised was not available and we were offered packaged breakfast items as a replacement. There were three televisions and only one remote to control all three. In conclusion the hotel staff were amazing but the hotel itself was lacking on several levels. A huge disappointment.

The location was in a weird spot due to a lot of shut down businesses, but right behind a Texas Roadhouse, which was really nice because I could actually walk to the restaurant!!! The staff was really helpful, friendly, and very aware of safety! Example was when I was sitting out in my car, it was late and I was out there for a while, but when I came back in, the front desk person made sure that I was alright and if I needed anything!!! I appreciate that, a lot!!!

We had until 3:00 am to check in coming in from a different state and they canceled our reservation at 1:00 am. They canceled the whole reservation not just 1 day and it was booked 3 weeks in advance. We also asked if we could just book it again once we got there to check in and they said no check ins until 3:00 pm.

They had an issue with our room when the previous occupants checked out, so they got us 2 nicer rooms, same cost and a very nice gift basket. Front desk was very helpful. 100% would stay here again.

This hotel is awful! I feel like I got robbed. I had to pay $10 per nights to park. The breakfast was a disaster, all they have are a couple of refrigerated sandwiches and a refrigerated waffle that you have to heat in the microwave. The battery in my door was dead, they knew early in the day Wednesday and did nothing about it. I got back to the hotel at midnight and asked if the clerk could let me in, his response was that he couldn’t leave the desk so if there was someone inside, call them and wake them up to let me in. I ended up waking up my 3 year old as well. I’d hate to think about what he would have told me if I hadn’t had anyone with me. Worst customer service ever. I’d rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

Door locks malfunction, furniture needs replaced, some staff appears have racial problems, talks to minorities, ignored others. Stay was a nightmare, had to have room keys replaced 2 times because they malfunctioned had to wait for over an hour for someone to help get into room. Will not stay at a Marriott again.. promised a refund for one night, never happened!

The staff made the stay more bearable. Marriott needs to pay attention to this location because it seems like there hasn’t been any renovation or repairs done to it, since the place was built. Broken and missing appliances in the room, the laminate flooring was coming up in multiple places. Half of the downstairs floor, by the rooms, had no carpet and just that brown paper taped to the floor. I stayed on the south side cause it was close to my friends’ houses, but I won’t stay there again.

What a disappointment, we never expected a Marriott property to be in such poor condition and lacking almost all amenities. It is near an abandoned shopping center, so the area is dodgy. The room was ok but we found the window unlocked (on the ground floor), hair in the bathtub and a used towel hanging on the door in the bathroom. Breakfast was hot or cold cereal or granola bars. The pool and spa were cold. When we checked in we were told that normally there was a $10 parking fee, but the employee said she'd waive it - there was plenty of parking, it was hardly as if we were in the middle of the city. We were told that the facility is going to be renovated soon - good thing, it sure needs it!

Right next to an excellent restaurant. The only other business in a closed, large shopping center. Rooms were obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Had to ask switch rooms as there was black mold in the bathroom and no working air. Next room has dirty wash cloth hanging on shower rod in with fold off curtain.

It's an older property so I understand and of the issues with the worn carpet and furniture. What I didn't like was the smell of mildew that hit me when I walked in my room. Not too mention the old key card I found in the chair cushion. The outside doors at the side of the building didn't close all the way unless you pulled it shut. Just a bit of a security issue in my opinion. The front desk was very friendly and check it was quick and effortless.
It's an older property so I understand and of the issues with the worn carpet and furniture. What I didn't like was the smell of mildew that hit me when I walked in my room. Not too mention the old key card I found in the chair cushion. The outside doors at the side of the building didn't close all the way unless you pulled it shut. Just a bit of a security issue in my opinion. The front desk was very friendly and check it was quick and effortless.

The breakfast wast good, fitness room was unavailable due to refurbishment and and I was charged $10 for parking with being told at checkin, the parking area is marked at at your own risk.
