Just a heads up, when you check in there is a $50 deposit on top of your room fee no matter how you pay for your room. It is an older hotel but was clean. Smelled like marijuana but so has every other hotel in OkC lately. The pool was very cold. Hot tub could have used a cleaning but wasnt bad enough to not get in. Breakfast was horrible. Biscuits were frozen, eggs were cold and that was your only options besides dry cereal.

The lobby, hallways, and common areas are modern and nice. Indoor Pool and Spa is really nice. But my room is very outdated and in need of repair. Sink is cracked, ceiling has a repair, but not painted. Walls are with ugly old paint, furniture is old and in rough condition, and the King Bed has the mattress resting on the bedframe with no Box spring! Breakfast is from 6:00-9:30, but by 7:30, nothing available except yogurt and biscuits. No coffee or juice.

Floors in room didn’t appear to be cleaned and had gaps in the tile. Tub was pretty stained. Pool appeared dirty.. water was a bit foggy with bubbles on top. Hot tub water was a bit smelly but appeared clean. Breakfast was so-so. The stay was fine for the price.

The hotel is pretty dated. The towels were stained and ripped. We looked specifically for an indoor pool, but it was cold and only 3.5ft deep. The bathroom door had a giant hole. The shower was very slow to drain. There were lots of food options around. It worked well for an overnight as we drove through.

It is a convenient location; cheap rates. The breakfast was decent; at least they had scrambled eggs but nothing (cheese, etc) to put on them. It was the same every day. The juice dispenser ran out several times. The hot tub was nice. Both the hot tub and pool needed cleaning. The pool had a big hairball in it. The toilet in our room kept backing up.

Was one of severals stops on our trip from coast to coast and was a horrible experience. The rooms was dirty and the worst thing was those have cockroaches and others insects. Please, don’t use this hotel, is a horrible place.

I’ve stayed at this property numerous times and it’s gotten dirtier and dirtier each time. This time I actually had blood on the bedspread and sheets. The floor was extremely dirty and so was he ice bucket. It had dead bugs in it. The his may be my last time staying here.

At checkin, was told about 50 dollar charge to cover any damages, surprise. Walked in the room to find a stem for crack pipe on the floor, a filthy dirty and stained pillow on the bed, bug droppings on lamp base, made the mistake of raising chair cushion, filthy and dirty. Showed man at front desk, responded with sorry for any inconvenience. Previous damages to furniture documented with photos. Eggs and do it yourself waffles were the free breakfast. Very disappointing experience.

The room smelled like the dog that stayed there before me. There was kibble on the floor and dog hair in the room. Cockroach in the bathroom. I asked them to clean the room of the kibble and dog hair. I returned for the second night and there were no sheets on my bed, nor was the dog stuff cleaned. I had to ask for another room, which they were nice about giving to me.

Nasty room had roaches, room was not cleaned properly, pool and hot tub was nasty my 13 yr old son would not even go in. Breakfast was gross, waffles were sour. Rhe whole hotel was dirty and in need of major updates. Only good were beds were clean and comfy and it was in a nice area with lots to do and eat.

We picked this hotel because it was as close as possible to our father's home, as we were attending a funeral for our step-mother. I should have been alerted to the price because it was so reasonable, but thought that might be an incentive from Hotels.com. The service was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was basically clean. The hotel was looking it's age, and the facilities were not great. The hot tub jets didn't work and the water was not circulating correctly, which was gross. We opted to not use it. The vending machine was empty, which was weird. The room next to us had 48 hours of ongoing domestic arguments and we could clearly hear them all night. I didn't tell the manager because honestly, what could he do? Finally, the bed, while clean, was absolutely horrible. one third of the mattress collapsed into a slope that made sleeping difficult. We opted not to move because we weren't there much, it would be a pain, and could possibly have gotten worse in a new room. My takeaway is that you get what you pay for. Let me reiterate though, the service was very good.

My experience has been great. First of all I was able to check in super late at like 2:30 am. I was greeted by a nice young man, who helped me finsh checking in and suggested where I should park in proximity to my room. The room is huge and they have dove cucumber soap shampoo and conditioner! No carpet super quiet clean and pretty comfortable beds. The water pressure in the shower is immaculate and the towels were plenty after a long 12 hour drive the little things count! Free parking free breakfast Starbucks and IHOP are within walking distance. Great value for the money. Book here like now!

We pre-checked to expedite getting into the room; including giving payemt information. When i walked in they requested payment information again and had me sign the same form I signed online. They didmt know if a room was ready even though we were past check-in time. We got in the room and it did not smell pleasant. The showe had hair on the wall before we used it. The body wash was empty. A "clean" wash rag had a brown spot on it. Overall we are not satisfied with this location and will not stay again.

Upon checking in they ran a 50 charge on the credit card for damages deposit. Not cool. I had an issue with hot water in the shower. Had pubic hair in the shower. Floor of bathroom was sticky. Hot tub water was greenish with no chemical chart showing the levels. No Manager on duty. Shiv Investments own property. Sign on front desk reads, "will be back in ten Minutes. Assisting other guests. If you need assistance please call: (405) 752-7070" which rings at the front desk. The breakfast food ran out instantly and was never replenished. Was told that breakfast was an amenity not promised as part of the billing. Rollout bed had no pillows or sheets. I asked the front desk employee for a refund and he said that he was unable to do it, but if I waited for the next person to come in they could help me out. I needed to get on the road but decided to stay for the next person. When I told her what the first person said she laughed out loud and said all she could do is give the number to the manager. Same number on the bottom of the front desk sign.

My first room had stains on bed and evidence of bed bug treatment and bathroom not clean . I took pics and asked for different room on different floor. Young guy at front was friendly but acted like I was lying. Even said “ What a pain now I have to check the room, & some people bring hugs in to get a room comped). I told him that’s gross and I’m offended by that. I’m not asking for a free room just a clean bug free room. we were on 2nd and moved to 1st As I walked to the room my feel squished in 2-3 inches of water. I returned to desk again, “ did you know there’s a leak? Right outside my door lord of water in hallway… “ he said “ oh no we have squishy halls again” said they just fixed leak from pool. The pool is near my room and clearly the leak must not be fixed because my shies were wet. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe through the night, my husband heard loud banging at 3am and sat watching with chairs against out door until morning, left without saying goodbye at 7am! not a romantic getaway from the kids at all!

My first room had stains on bed and evidence of bed bug treatment and bathroom not clean . I took pics and asked for different room on different floor. Young guy at front was friendly but acted like I was lying. Even said “ What a pain now I have to check the room, & some people bring hugs in to get a room comped). I told him that’s gross and I’m offended by that. I’m not asking for a free room just a clean bug free room. we were on 2nd and moved to 1st As I walked to the room my feel squished in 2-3 inches of water. I returned to desk again, “ did you know there’s a leak? Right outside my door lord of water in hallway… “ he said “ oh no we have squishy halls again” said they just fixed leak from pool. The pool is near my room and clearly the leak must not be fixed because my shies were wet. I, booked through an app., I called... no answer. I showed and to a sign " be back in 15 minutes", I asked the gentle man, about my reservation.. He, did not see one... I. left and called back , again NO ANSWER.. I , went back the next day and talked to the same same gentleman, which stated.. He, eventually, saw a reservation later after , I left... I, would never recommend, or booked thought the app., again.. as, for as the Hotel.. YOU all need to answer the phones..

The staff are amazing people very friendly and helpful. It’s nice and quiet with a breakfast option although it sadly doesn’t offer much for breakfast the option is there. They have also been very understanding about my low functioning autistic son and have tried to make sure we aren’t bothered by anyone so he can remain calm and comfortable. Great place to stay and pretty affordable.

Never really felt safe during our stay. Sketchy people hanging around the back exit smoking cigarettes or something else. Dirty floors inside and dog crap outside. Happy to get out of there unscathed.

Check in was good, the young man working was helpful. It was alarming walking out the back door in the morning and a homeless woman was sleeping will ALL of her belongings next to the building. Hubby mentioned it to morning staff and she said ya, that's normal.

Just a heads up, when you check in there is a $50 deposit on top of your room fee no matter how you pay for your room. It is an older hotel but was clean. Smelled like marijuana but so has every other hotel in OkC lately. The pool was very cold. Hot tub could have used a cleaning but wasnt bad enough to not get in. Breakfast was horrible. Biscuits were frozen, eggs were cold and that was your only options besides dry cereal.

The lobby, hallways, and common areas are modern and nice. Indoor Pool and Spa is really nice. But my room is very outdated and in need of repair. Sink is cracked, ceiling has a repair, but not painted. Walls are with ugly old paint, furniture is old and in rough condition, and the King Bed has the mattress resting on the bedframe with no Box spring! Breakfast is from 6:00-9:30, but by 7:30, nothing available except yogurt and biscuits. No coffee or juice.

The quality of the room was on par for the many times I have stayed at this particular Baymont - BUT the poor quality of the breakfast was not what I was expecting! There was not a single bit of protein available!! There may have been some meat in the gravy but it was too cold to try - also no yogurt - this is the 2nd time I have experienced breakfast regret there in the last 2 months... I had to stop for breakfast on my way out of town - I will probably not book a room there again .....

We've stayed here before and it's the best hotel within our budget. The only thing that's lacking is the breakfast service... We went down at 8:30am and the gravy was already gone. When I asked about getting more made, the hotel employee just looked up from her phone and said there's no more being made and went back to looking at her phone. Last time we stayed, when I asked for more biscuits and eggs to be made, the employee had no problem making more. This place was much cleaner this time than last time but it would be so nice to be able to actually enjoy the complimentary breakfast rather than spend extra money to feed our whole family.

For the purpose of the stay, it's location was convenient. The room was clean. I couldn't locate the remote for the TV. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The gravy for the bisquits appeared to have been in the crockpot for more than just the morning I'd seen it. The only other hot food were waffles, toast, and oatmeal. Luckily, an iHop was adjacent to the hotel.

My stay at the Baymont by Wyndham Hotel at 13500 Plaza Terrace, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was extremely disappointing. Although my stay was brief, the conditions in room #308 were serious enough that I had to leave and secure alternative accommodations. After checking in, I found visible urine stains on the toilet and dirt embedded in the bathtub base. These were not minor cosmetic issues; they indicated that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned or maintained. I photographed the conditions and went to the lobby to report them, expecting an apology, an inspection, and an offer of another room or another reasonable solution. Instead, a staff member told me the building was old and that it was too expensive to repair or replace the items and properly clean them. I was not offered another room, housekeeping assistance, or any meaningful remedy. The age of the property and the cost of maintenance do not excuse unsanitary conditions or justify assigning guests a room that is not suitable for use. The hotel’s response was even more disappointing than the condition of the room. I felt dismissed and unsupported, with no empathy, consideration, or effort to resolve the issue. A clean and sanitary bathroom is a basic expectation, not an unreasonable demand. The bedsheets and blanket was still damp it felt sticky and gross, my towels smelled like mildew and were also damp and gross, they have their hot and cold water markings in the incorrect spot I pretty much burnt my skin off my left foot, I paid $100 for a room with a king bed no pull out bed for my kid, and they still wanted a $50 deposit, I'd rather stay at motel 6 then to ever come back here. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. The hot tub was small as well. DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Terrible experience.
