Check in was easy, the key card operates the elevator which would be some helpful information. Valet parking is nice but their app is a little clunky.

I stayed at the Wyndham Grand Oklahoma City Downtown for 4 days and 3 nights while in OKC for a close friend’s wedding. Unfortunately, the most memorable part of the stay wasn’t the wedding, it was discovering that only one elevator was operational for the entire property. For a hotel of this size, that made getting around extremely inconvenient. What really surprised me was the lack of communication. If the hotel knew there was a significant operational issue before my arrival, why wasn’t I notified? If I had an issue with my reservation, I’m sure I would have been expected to call with an update. I’d love to hear from Atrium Hospitality: How are you going to make this right?

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is very out dated with lots of broken things (tv stand, door knobs, etc) the elevators were broken so we had to take the service elevator to get to our room and then the tv would not work while we were there. The room was very outdated with holes in the curtains and wallpaper peeling off the walls.
