Not bad Decent Great location But don’t trust them when you make a reservation. Call them 3 times to remind them you are coming or they will give the room to whomever walks in asking for a room. Also confirm your requirements take my word if not you will get a room that is inconvenient. No elevator. 2 flights of stairs

Clean room, nice staff, easy parking. Everything was great except that staff said they couldn't apply discounts because of some computer glitch, and air conditioner was very noisy. I had to turn it off to sleep.

My only compaint, and it is a personal one, is that the curtains were not room darkening enough. We were there during a storm but the light (which was great for the parking) was so bright in the room that it was as if a night light was always on.

Facilities are very dated and need some repair. Flooring in my room was peeling up. Room felt damp. No elevator at this location. There was hair in the shower. Staff was nice and friendly, this place just needs updating and more careful cleaning.

We were given a key to check into a room that was not ready. We had to ask housekeeping staff to stop what they were doing and get our room ready as we were on a tight schedule. Need better way for front desk to know when rooms are ready for check-in. No elevator; had to carry luggage up stairs and I have had total knee surgery. The night clerk was very kind to offer to bring a bag of ice to our room as there was no ice machine on our floor. No decaff coffee in the room. Bath mat had been washed but was stained and worn. Clerk who checked us in was very friendly.

I was driving by on the highway and still had two hours till my original planned destination. I saw the Super 8 and the building looked freshly painted. I stay in a lot a lot of hotels as I travel all year round . I thought oh that place looks good and I knew the price was going to be a fair affordable price. So I stopped and stayed the night . I was very happy !!! Nice front desk lady , quick easy check in , and room was basic not new or anything but most importantly clean and quiet. You can tell they tey to take care of the property …. and they don’t charge you an unfair price for a basic hotel which I run into ALOT . I’d recommend this place .

Sheets had a few old stains and cigarette burns. Comforter had large fresh stain that looked disgusting. It worked fine for some old country boys going fishing, but my wife would have never stayed there, just due to the cleanliness of the beds. The bathroom surfaces seemed clean, but looked like it is hardly ever scrubbed. (filth in nooks and crannies). Staff was very friendly at the front desk.

Rooms interior were damaged and dirty. Bed linen had blood stains on it. Slept on the bed cover. Will not go back to any Super 8 and may reconsider any Wyndham.

Had bad bed bugs in our first room. Gave us a second room the smelled like it never gets cleaned, but no bugs. Tv remote didn’t work. Poor lady came and tried real hard to fix it and couldn’t. No fault of hers. Microwave didn’t spin when heating. No alarm clock but bed bug room did. Room only got reset for us once in our 3 day stay so no fresh towels after the second or third night. The lady I dealt with was awesome and kind but looked like she was just over the poor living conditions of this hotel. Breakfast was lousy, just waffles cereal and small muffins. Nothing hardy just junk food basically. Not a great stay. Also, Zero compensation for the 19 bug bites we got from the bed bug room. 3 days later they still itch and hurt.

Never do here , going to write to Wyndham, the microwave in our room was nasty , the frig wasn’t wiped out , the hair dryer was still plugged in . Cord was nasty !! There was mold up in the ceiling in the bathroom . Needed a new faucet in the tub and there was no way to keep the water in the tub . Would never stay there again . Way over priced . Needs repair. The toilet seat was not tight. It slid around. Husband had to fix it. Shower was not cleaned before our arrival. There were 2 clumps of long black hair stuck on two different shower walls. Window was very dirty inside and outside.

There's bedbugs in the rooms, I got bit up the whole time I was there and will have to throw all my fabrics away, the owner watches everyone constantly and threatens to take money out of his employees checks for unpaid service if people miss a payment on something. He acts like he hates everyone when you speak to him an is rude AF...tried locking me out of my room a few times before my check out date. Then tried arguing with me about when my checkout day was, when he was a day off. Never staying at this location again.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Towels seemed nearly new, bright lights in the room, lots of space. My bed was hard as a rock, but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was light. - waffles, toast, Frosted Flakes . Bagels and cream cheese would’ve been great Staff was really sweet and helpful

Overall it was a great room. On the plus side the room was large and had a microwave, small refrigerator, and ironing board and iron. Also the room was clean. On the negative side the bed was too soft and breakfast only had a few choices.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. Went above and beyond to make sure I could get my boat batteries charged overnight. The room could definitely use some updating/remodeling and the tv didn’t work the 2nd night. But overall not bad for a weekend fishing trip

Overall I had a pleasant experience during my stay. While the room and hotel weren't in the best condition the employees were very courteous and helpful with any questions I had. The bed was fairly comfortable and clean. The shower had some parts that were loose and could use some fixing but they were still functional. I didn't notice any rodents or bugs. The place served my needs adequately. I would recommend them to any travellers who are going to be in the area and looking for something in the cheaper range of hotels.

The checking in was great. Nice custom service. It was just as i was going to bed that the trouble started. The people up above got ijto a huge fight, slamming against the walls, you could hear a guy hollering. I called front desk, no answer. I finally walked to front desk and she was outside smoking. I told her about the fighting upstairs. It took her a while to get it calmed down. Then i was nervous they might come bother me. Didnt go to sleep til after 2 a.m. And i had my brother's funeral next day. Not a good visit. And i also got bulit by something on my hand 😩

Thank God the sheets were clean and the mattress was decent. There was mold in the bathroom, the manager was rude, the room smelled, and the "breakfast".. lol that isn't breakfast. The pool has been broken for years. Don't stay at this place.

Not bad Decent Great location But don’t trust them when you make a reservation. Call them 3 times to remind them you are coming or they will give the room to whomever walks in asking for a room. Was just there for one night. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and very helpful. Only real down side was there wasn't a gas station or grocery store nearby. Two restaurants within walking distance that looked very nice.

I stay at this Super 8 frequently and have never had a negative experience. It's really been cleaned and updated this year and really has a fresh new face. The rooms are very large and there's plenty of comfort in the bed and chairs. Since I'm only there to stop each evening, rest, and get ready for the next day , I really can't find any other reason to spend more money for a big name hotel. I'm always there on business and the hotel is very quiet. There's a great Mexican food restaraunt just a few steps away. Nice clean sheets, towels, great hair dryer, nice mirrors, comfy chair at the desk and another at the bedside, plenty of room to hang up clothes and television and wifi have always worked. Just overall a great place to stay when in Salpulpa/Tulsa area.

Had bad bed bugs in our first room. Gave us a second room the smelled like it never gets cleaned, but no bugs. Tv remote didn’t work. Poor lady came and tried real hard to fix it and couldn’t. No fault of hers. Microwave didn’t spin when heating. No alarm clock but bed bug room did. Room only got reset for us once in our 3 day stay so no fresh towels after the second or third night. The lady I dealt with was awesome and kind but looked like she was just over the poor living conditions of this hotel. Breakfast was lousy, just waffles cereal and small muffins. Nothing hardy just junk food basically. Not a great stay. Also, Zero compensation for the 19 bug bites we got from the bed bug room. 3 days later they still itch and hurt.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Towels seemed nearly new, bright lights in the room, lots of space. My bed was hard as a rock, but other than that the room was great. Breakfast was light. - waffles, toast, Frosted Flakes . Bagels and cream cheese would’ve been great Staff was really sweet and helpful

Overall it was a great room. On the plus side the room was large and had a microwave, small refrigerator, and ironing board and iron. Also the room was clean. On the negative side the bed was too soft and breakfast only had a few choices.

Worked in a pinch, but would NEVER recommend or go back. Check in was hassle free and easy. When I ask about he’d dig, the clerks reply was, “can’t guarantee there won’t be. I’ll move ya to the other end of the hotel if there are.” He was dead serious. No elevator. When walking to our rooms, I expected the red doors to open and hear “ooh me love you long time.” The 2nd room we purchased, smelled of body odor, mold, stale smoke, bathroom wasn’t clean, shower didn’t work correctly nor did the A/C. The room we were in smelled, but not as bad. There however was some gross looking brown spots on the back of the door in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t worth anything.

Reserved and checked into this hotel in Supulpa to go to an event. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, the smell of the place was over the top unbearable bleach and cleaner. The lobby looked great, nice and clean and our room was spare but clean. Newer carpet in the hallways, everything 'looked' great but sometimes it's the little things; such as, if you're going to update the room, put in new outlets and covers. Don't keep the old dirty, crust ones that have been painted over multiple times. I paid for 2 rooms, but we checked back out within an hour as our ground floor rooms smelled musty. Mildewy with an overpowering smell of cleaning products. There was no way we could have stayed and slept with that smell. It was awful. My 8 month old grandson and his parents were staying in the other room and I could not, in good conscience, subject him to those odors. The pool is tiny, btw, and the other guests we encountered, well, a few of them were sketchy. I did not ask for a refund. There was no one at the desk when we left, so I just dropped the key cards and left. I trusted Hotels.com and this is the first time I was lead to believe that a property was nicer than the ratings. Would not recommend or stay here again.
