Comfort Inn Tulsa Midtown

Check in was great and the staff is wonderful! I needed to wash some clothes and the washer was not working...they washed my clothes for me! Fabulous people

The staff was welcoming. The pool was nice and I enjoyed my room.

When we first checked in, the woman who checked us in said NOTHING to us when she walked up I gave her my name and that was it. She gave me my key and nothing was spoken. I asked about the internet and was told it wasnt password protected, anyone could use it, and if I needed it for a laptop I could get the code then. That was it, was not told about breakfast time, wasnt told where or how to get to my room, no thank you, didnt ask if there was anything else we needed, NOTHING. She got up and left. The breakfast was gross. The eggs were mushy/soggy, the syrup for the waffles was tasteless, orange juice had a bad after taste, coffee was worse than gas station coffee and the apple juice had particles floating in it. It was though kept clean and tables were wipped off frequently. The elevator had a sign next to the door saying only 3 people at a time, which was very inconvenient with being a family of four. The bathroom door was warped and wouldnt shut the rest very well, nor lock. The bedroom lighting was very dim, not much lighting at all, had to open the curtains to see well which wasnt happy about that at times for privacy reasons. The ONLY person that worked there that even spoke to us was when we were checking out and the woman at the deak was very nice. I wouldn't recommend this for a family vacation hotel. This was not worth the money we paid! This would be a last minute emergency type of stay ONLY. It at least smelled clean, this is my only compliment.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was a bit of a mess thanks to ice & snow but apologized for inconvenience.

Our stay overall was great. The room had some dust on the night stand and the floor felt like it had not be vacuum. The toilet seat was broken, as well. The waffles were amazing, but so of the breakfast items were out of date.

There was dog hair all over carpet they hardly cleaned are room and the staff was very rude! I normally love Comfort ends but I would not recommend this one.

Hotel is old and very outdated. Wallpaper coming off the walls, smelled old. Actually was in town for 2 nights and moving hotels for the 2nd night.

I have stayed here for the last 3 years. It has always been clean and the staff very friendly.

Front desk was incredibly helpful when my flight was rerouted due to weather and I had to miss the first night of my reservation. Room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is very convenient, lots of restaurant options nearby and getting around is quick and easy.

This may be the quietest hotel I’ve ever visited. Room was close to the elevator and I never heard it, nor anyone in the hall. Staff was very polite and answered any questions immediately. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Tulsa!!

I asked to change room the following day after checking in for two nights. Their exit doors at the end of the building is extremely loud opening and closing and rattles the walls enough to wake you thru your sleep all night thru early hours of the morning. Was told its.not possible at all! How? You have people checking out today I'll take a different room after it's been cleaned. The reasoning is just ridiculous as to why I cant get a different room.

We were given a room on the ground floor. Beginning 7 AM staff started talking, laughing & calling to each other up and down the hallway. I went out at 9 to tell them we were trying to rest and found we had been given a room across from the laundry. It was a terrible stay. We will not stay there again, regardless of its convenience to visiting our family.

The property was clean. The people were nice. Everything worked and the breakfast was well stocked.
