The room was fairly clean, but the hotel was filthy. The floors were VERY dirty. I picked this hotel because there was a pool for my grandson. However, there is NO pool. It is completely closed as is the hot tub. I would definitely pick a different location.

I gave this review 3/5 only because I booked this particular hotel for Mother’s Day so I could enjoy the hot tub, breakfast and comfortable bed as I have before. When I asked the front desk about the pool hours, I was never informed the hot tub was closed. That was the main purpose for my reservation. When I expressed my disappointment at check out, the front desk lady said “there was nothing she could do.”

Parking was a little expensive per day, breakfast is not free and the pool wasn’t up and working. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. The hotel is clean & I felt safe with my children.

The parking garage elevator was broken so you had to walk all the way up and down the ramp to get to your car, and it was snowing and 30 degrees outside. The front desk lady was rude when I asked her about the elevator to the parking garage. The refrigerator in my room was broken, paid extra to have it. Also the shower light would not come on. And they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper. The room phone was also broken. The only somewhat redeeming quality this property had was its pool and hot tub, which was very nice. But was mostly occupied by children and preteens.

It was a really dirty, old hotel. The shower, carpets, end tables etc… were filthy. I had ordered 2 extra bath towels but the shower was so gross that we ended up not showering because we didn’t have any way to protect our feet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The biggest downfall other than the hotel being old and filthy was we were woke up abruptly early on Saturday morning to a very loud announcer on a speaker blasting hip hop music outside our hotel window for a wedding event. We were forced to leave our hotel room 3 hours earlier than we had planned because the music and announcer on the speaker was too loud outside our window. We definitely do not recommend this hotel if you want a clean, quiet hotel.

Personnel from our company stay here monthly and quarterly for their meetings for 2-3 nights per trip. There were 5 of us staying here for 3 nights for meetings across the street at NGL Energy's Corp. Office. Three of us didn't have any bedding/Comforters on our beds so we stopped at the front desk to request this. I got to my room after dinner and there was a comforter piled on my bed that looked like it came off the streets. It a had huge "Pee Stain" about the size of a dinner plate, other stains, along with a blood stain on it. I took this back down to the front desk & said this is totally unacceptable and threw the dirty comforter on the floor behind their front desk. I said I am a Hilton Honors member, and I have pictures of this that I'll be sending to the Hilton's HQ. The desk person apologized and shortly after that, clean linen, not a proper comforter or cover, was delivered to my room. I have never experienced this in my 45 years of traveling, even from the lowest cost hotel/motels I've stayed at & I traveled the world internationally for 7 years. Lenny Altenburg

This stay was a comedy of errors. I called before I arrived to ask if there were mini fridges in the units; the woman said no and that was an upgrade. I asked if my room could be upgraded and she said no they were sold out. I stopped by a store on my way to buy a cooler and ice only to find out once I was in the room that there was indeed a fridge. When I got on property I was told there was a $15 parking charge which I didn’t expect, and then when I tried to park, got stuck on a one way ramp with construction on one side and a van on the other so I couldn’t move forward or even back out and down; I ended up moving the barricades to get around since I couldn’t go anywhere or even back down. There was no hand soap, only a bottle of lotion mounted to the wall, so I’d have to use shower gel to wash my hands after using the toilet. My room wasn’t serviced one single time in all four days, and no, I didn’t have the DND tag on my door, so I had to ask for cups and coffee every day. On the last day, I went to get ice for my water bottle and the ice machine wasn’t even working.

Wonderful place with a very nice park to walk my dog. Would have been nice if they had dog trash and bags. I asked to have my room serviced twice as I travel with a service dog and they didn’t do it, so for the 3 night no one came to service my room. At reception the lady was quite rude saying she couldn’t have someone do the room at a certain time, I don’t think many people ask to have their room made between 9am - 1pm. Maid came by at 4pm and I was back in my room so they didn’t do it. It seems they find any excuse to not service rooms. Place was full extremely noisy and a kid pulled the fire alarm which was very annoying.

The bed and pillows had blood stains on them. The refrigerator was froze and didn't work. There was pubic hair in the shower. The telephone didn't work to call the front desk. It took me going downstairs to the front desk twice and almost 2 hours to get extra towels. I am VERY disappointed with my stay

Upon arrival we asked for a quiet room but we were given a room next to a service elevator. That was probably worse than the regular elevator. Also we were not given our breakfast coupons when we arrived so we had to ask for them at the front desk after being sent away from breakfast. While there was an offer to change rooms it came too late since we had evening plans.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property at Double Tree. The entire property was clean and comfortable. The lobby aesthetics were nice and the food and drinks at the bar were very good. All staff were friendly and accommodating and there was a nearby strip mall that offered restaurants and retail stores. While the room was spacious, updated and clean, the pillows were terrible! Upgrading to higher quality pillows would be my only recommendation at this time. Having noted that, I would have no issue returning and/or recommending this hotel. My

First off the wrong hotel was booked. I wanted Doubletree downtown Tulsa not Warren. When we arrived we directed to the parking garage. Our room was on the 5th floor so we went up to the 5th level after lugging our stuff to the elevator we discovered it was not working. So back to the truck and down to first level. Then off to our room. The room was fine however it did have an adjoining door to room next door. Did not like that, it’s creepy. Went to sleep about 8:30 only to be disturbed around 11pm by the people next door. It sounded as if they were staring in a porn movie and went on for about 4-5 hrs. Needless to say no sleep. I traveled to Tulsa to see my granddaughters cheer competition, which I actually missed the first one because the wrong hotel was booked. All in all the hotel booking was not great. The cheer competition was awesome!!!

The bed felt “cheap” with just the frame, and every time you moved, it squeaked. I know aesthetically they look nice, but uncomfortable and noisy. Our toilet did run a lot, has to fix the tank multiple times to get it to stop running, just like home! 😃 The hotel was very clean, hotel staff very nice.

Found it very disrespectful of the staff to knock at the door at 8:30am just asking if we are still in our room. The receptionist that answered the phone before check in was rude. I will say the staff at the front desk were very nice.

We are regular visitors to Tulsa. When booking here, I expected a step up from the Wyndham property where we usually stay. Instead, we found a a Doubletree by Hilton that was tired and rundown in the public areas; the elevators were a filthy mess, etc. The cost of parking was $15 a night. There were none of the legendary Doubletree cookies; we didn't see any and they weren't offered. It was a two night day — there was no turndown service, no fresh towels, no apparent housekeeping service of any kind. In short, wow, this was disappointing.

I asked if my room could be upgraded and she said no they were sold out. I stopped by a store on my way to buy a cooler and ice only to find out once I was in the room that there was indeed a fridge. When I got on property I was told there was a $15 parking charge which I didn’t expect, and then when I tried to park, got stuck on a one way ramp with construction on one side and a van on the other so I couldn’t move forward or even back out and down; I ended up moving the barricades to get around since I couldn’t go anywhere or even back down. There was no hand soap, only a bottle of lotion mounted to the wall, so I’d have to use shower gel to wash my hands after using the toilet. My room wasn’t serviced one single time in all four days, and no, I didn’t have the DND tag on my door, so I had to ask for cups and coffee every day. On the last day, I went to get ice for my water bottle and the ice machine wasn’t even working.

I have been dealing with them for two weeks trying to get an itemized receipt, they keep saying I have to get it from Expedia; however, Expedia doesn't have the cost of the parking or any purchases I made from the hotel store. Our room was fine except the toilet barely flushed. We were worried our fridge wasn’t working but it didn’t eventually get cold. The jacuzzi and pool were great until a huge group of 50 kids came without any adults and were throwing balls that even hit me and they used all the towels and ruined our time. Someone had dripped sticky crud from the parking to the front desk and then everyone walked through it all night so the floor was sticking the rest of the trip. I think they even had a bucket to catch drips from the ceiling in the lobby! Checking in took a very long time and the parking thing wasn’t working so people would take forever waiting for it to work and realizing the directions were wrong. The restaurant workers were nice. All that to say, the people were friendly and tried to help. But I couldn’t wait to leave!

Great hotel and wonderful staff. The building has a little minor "wear and tear"noticeable in the common areas - just age, nothing critical. Room was in great condition - wonderful shower and it's in a nice business park - easy access off of the freeway and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. I did not like having to pay $12 a day for parking in an unsecured garage.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was $20 a person parking $15 a day! Breakfast was regular continental breakfast no grill no omelettes!!! However loved the staff in breakfast area. They were so friendly! Put us in a handicap room where beds were almost on the floor. Very over priced! I will never stay at a Double Tree again!!!

There is no parking lot to be had. They only had a parking garage that you had to pay extra to use. The room was moderately clean but really hot. You could only turn down the AC so far. I would call the whole trip mid at best.

The hot tub started making bubbles with little black dots, I got out became itchy and had spots on my thigh and back of arm. I went to management they filed an accident form and said they would contact me. The contacted me the next day just to say I’m sorry I had a reaction I must have sensitive skin to something off someone’s body maybe. That’s all they did was say sorry I had sensitive skin like what! I had to go through who I booked with just to get anyone to even listen and do anything about it. Very bad management!
