The lobby smells awful. It was dim and grungy. The room we stayed in smelled like stale smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. There were no towels in the room at all. The bathtub bottom looked like it had not been cleaned in months. My husband woke up to a dead bedbug stuck to his back which had clearly filled itself up because there was dried blood around it and on the sheet where he was laying and squished it. The stairwell was disgusting! It smelled awful and there was so much filth on the floors and walls. Even the ground outside the hotel was littered with trash. The owners clearly don’t value care and cleanliness. For people to say you get what you pay for, this goes way beyond that. We needed a safe, clean place to crash for a few hours while on the road. We got safe, we did NOT get clean. Never again. Not worth it. My skin is still crawling with the thought of bed bugs.

Light was out in the shower. TV screen was broken. Free breakfast ONLY had cereal and gravy and biscuits and oranges. Coffee was not available. No hot or cold water for breakfast. 1 cookie offered and we were the 1st ones at breakfast. The whole experience was awful!

The pool was “out of order.” We had two towels in our room (for four people). When we asked for two more and maybe for a hand towel, we were told that there were no other towels and were given two wash cloths. The security lock on the main door and the connecting door were both broken.
