the water was not on anywhere in the hotel, 1st room they gave me had not been cleaned at all, towels on the bathroom floor and slept in dirty bed with sheets all messed up. so they gave me a cleaned bigger double room but what they call clean I call shifting the dirt around, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again even if were to be a free night, this place needs a tear down and rebuild

Hotel was undergoing renovation, but that mostly didn't affect my stay. There was no construction noise while I was there. The only noticeable thing was the very strong smell of paint thinner or a similar solvent in the hallways; fortunately the smell didn't make it into the rooms. The room was worn and needed a deep clean. While it was superficially clean enough, every corner, crevice and hidden spot was full of dust and debris. The room was quiet enough on the Friday night I was there, though the hotel also wasn't that full. The bed was comfortable and the linens were as fine and in mostly good shape. The check-in experience was efficient and friendly, and you really can't beat the price, which is why I'm willing to overlook the rough edges and give this place a "Good Enough” rating.

The elevator smelled really bad, stale urine or dirty mop water that was used first in bathroom. The room was clean, staff friendly, and price was decent. Personal opinion, all hotel showers are too low. I’m 6’3” and the show head reached my chin so having to duck to wash your hair makes for an outstanding first world problem to have.

I wish I could share a picture and you could smell the place. There was water damage/mold in the bathroom. The entire building smelled like a cigarette. I wouldn’t go there ever again.

Our stay was awful. Construction in main lobby. Female doing electrical work had beer sitting out. And was observed drinking the beer.. we only stayed one of our 2 nights. It felt to dangerous. We asked for a couple of nets that literally had many holes in it. Only one American speaking employee. Very unsatisfied. I should have ask for my money back. But fear for me and my granddaughters safety came first

The first room they gave us had not been cleaned at all. Sheets unmade, food laying out, lights still on... The second room they gave us had been "cleaned" but the floors were filthy. There was visible dirt and debris on the floor stains on the bathroom floor. For that reason, I didn't feel comfortable enough to take a shower during my stay. The door was not very secure and I think other people had the same problem... There were slamming doors all evening/morning. Customer service was good, but I value cleanliness more.

I did not like a single thing about this place it was the most horrible experience i have ever had at any hotel.. the staff were unprofessional, on their phone only in the back room, rude and the hotel room had so many issues.. leaking AC, Musty Smell, clogged sink drain, food in fridge still, dirt in tub. They probably didnt even clean the room. They don't service you and want you to bring your towels to them before they give you new towels even though they dont give enough towels like most hotels and motels do. I will never stay at this hotel again. Shame on Whyndham for being such a big brand and allowing their hotels to get to this level of disgust.

We got here early so they charged an early check in fee. Our room is very small. Our TV only got one channel (might need batteries) and I booked 2 rooms but they ended up being on different floors 😔. We stayed anyway because it was convenient to our venue

I paid 100 dollar deposit. Upon check out the man checked three different rooms añd told me I had a dirty towel so he had to take 25 out of my deposit. He took a photo of the towel and stayed it was black on the towel and that photo he took was a towel on the bed. We did not have a towel on the bed. So out of all three rooms you checked at the same time. That was not our room or towel. Never ever will go there again.

Guy at check in was nice enough, came back around 10 pm and the next guy was a jerk. Elevator smelled like several cats had been locked up in it for a few months. They shouldn't be able to advertise they have a free breakfast, pretty sad. Room was oudtated but I'll give it a ok. It was basically a $50 room for around $120. Only positive is it's close to the Hard Rock, was no rooms available on New Years eve at the Hard Rock unfortunately. The outside of the hotel looked nice

These are the cutest hotels if you are a single traveler. There was a regional power outage, and the staff, was very helpful in getting my luggage down to the first floor. I love these microtel hotels!

The stay was great! I felt safe the entire time I was there. I had a very clean room and it was very well put together. There were 2 points that I would correct, 1. the small refrigerator in the room didn't work and wouldn't get cold. 2. The breakfast options were minimal. You could make your own waffles but there were no eggs or other hot foods. There were hard boiled eggs but that was it. Continental breakfast is more like it rather than "complimentary breakfast" as stated on the website. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall the experience was great, got a really nice room on a great deal. Kids really enjoyed having a couch and coffee table in the room. Had a great experience and will stay here again the next time we are in the area. The lady working was very kind and you could see how hard she works by how she does her job.

The property was conveniently located off of Hwy 44, the area is called the Stockyards, which would lead you to think it would smell... This is in a older neighborhood and was very quiet and we were welcomed by each staff member, and they were helpful and very kind. Will definitely stay again. They were new owners putting their best foot forward and making this a nice place to lay your head and rest. Also, Bonus! Breakfast was Good!

We had to request towels everyday for the whole week we were there. They came in one time all week and made the bed only, never came in and cleaned the room the whole week we were there. And the breakfast is a joke

Hotel was under a remodel. The breakfast amenities were bad as their was construction going on. My non smoking room had cigarette burns on bed sheets. The toilet in room was loose and could move side to side. The guy behind the counter looked homeless. They didnt clean the room or give new towls. We Picked this hotel based off of the high rating. That is obviously not accurate. I would rate it at a 4 at best. Will not be staying there again.

How this property is rated an 8 is beyond me. Our bathroom was dirty and the fan was extremely noisy. The person checking in was less than accommodating. Try smiling.. Hot water did not work so no shower in the morning. Breakfast is a joke. Thankfully there is at least a BK next door. We don't expect a lot and not super critical with rooms, but come on..

The stay was great! I felt safe the entire time I was there. I had a very clean room and it was very well put together. There were 2 points that I would correct, 1. the small refrigerator in the room didn't work and wouldn't get cold. 2. The breakfast options were minimal. You could make your own waffles but there were no eggs or other hot foods. There were hard boiled eggs but that was it. Continental breakfast is more like it rather than "complimentary breakfast" as stated on the website. Otherwise it was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that breakfast was offered until 9:30 and when went to get breakfast, it was very bare. We ended up just checking out early and got breakfast elsewhere.

The property was conveniently located off of Hwy 44, the area is called the Stockyards, which would lead you to think it would smell... This is in a older neighborhood and was very quiet and we were welcomed by each staff member, and they were helpful and very kind. Will definitely stay again. They were new owners putting their best foot forward and making this a nice place to lay your head and rest. Also, Bonus! Breakfast was Good!

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fine. The breakfast was poor. The WiFi didn't actually connect to the internet, and the deskperson couldn't help get that corrected.

The staff was nice and they let us check in early. The hotel is older and looks to have had some updates. But could definitely use more. The halls smelled musty as well as the elevator. The room was clean and did not smeĺl. There was some breakfast options. The prices for those rooms should be cheaper. But it was an ok stay.

Wonderful young man greeted and checked us in, gave us directions to a restaurant and we talked about the SuperBowl. The hotel was extremely clean, decorated very cute with muted colors and pops of color, and the parking was easy and free. It came with a moderate cree breakfast and east check out.
