Room was small, clean. Inexpensive, good for overnight stay Pet friendly but no grassy areas

Great place for truck parking.

We cancelled due to the desk people being extremely rude to us for letting our pet relieve herself on the grass. We were very upset at the man who came out and yelled at my son with his small dog. We had been in the car for hours . We left and I cancelled the 2 rooms. We will never book there again.

Only had 1 room available, it was smoking, and I had to pay extra for it. Also, website really needs to put their dog cleaning fees upfront.

room was run downed air was not working well as it took most of night to cool the room. tv was not working upon and had to have it set up. drapes were torn and dirty, sink was in need of repaing as in was sinking for how it was installed. was told to use end stairs because od service dog, starirs where steel and had to carry the dog, said i st floor room was extra and wanted cleaning fee for service dog.

The toilet Non-Stop moving the mini fridge wouldnt close all the way, no ice bowl but had the bag for one, no coffe maker or anything. They tried to charge me $100 for my registered service animal.

The male that check us in was polite and pleasant. There was a female (maybe his wife) that came out the back and was rude. She fussed about our dog in another language without acknowledging us. Next time, stay in the back lady. The property is scarce and located near a busy freeway. Very low budget. Ripped towels. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable….. The pet fee is exorbitant. $75.00 is ridiculous. It will prohibit us from staying with you again…. Unfortunate because we enjoyed staying with you…. Cheryl Boyes

The service and people were very friendly, the floors in the motel were somewhat dirty. Other than that I would recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights. Fresh towels were not provided the second day. The rest of the stay was satisfactory. Would stay there again if the towel issue would not have happened.

The water in the tub/shower came out dark brown. Could not take a shower. Otherwise the room was clean.

It was very inexpensive but clean. It is an older hotel. If you are looking to save money and just get a night of sleep this would’ve a good choice.

I think the owners don't care about the cleanliness of the buildings or has a subpar standard of clean that the outside, and inside can appear to be clean, but in reality the only clean really dirty spots and the rest is left alone. The floors everywhere along the stairs and hallway was dirty and smelled of nasty cigarette smoke and the room we stayed in didn't smell any different. The bed spread had dried food on it and definitely didn't launder. The cable was in and out of signal and not worth watching. We found roaches after staying one night. After the toilet wouldn't flush asking the front desk for a plunger she said she'd be there soon 30 minutes later I called and got the new shift lady and she said she couldn't leave and I had to walk from my building to the office which was 2 buildings away and get the plunger myself. I don't recommend staying here if the owners don't know how to keep their property clean or hold their staff to a higher standard of cleanliness not to mention the lack of hospitality. Sure you get a room for $50, but I dont think the quality should go down. To the owners: I know you rent the rooms out for long term, and possibly have staff live on the premises. Just be better and maybe you can charge more if you kept your property to a higher standard. When you think it's clean clean more and you'll be better. Use air purifier or maybe go all non smoking. To make the lower rooms smoking and put the non smoking rooms above is not smart. Be better

My room had quite a bit of hair built up from previous stayers. Found 2 on my sheets under the covers, in tbe corners of bathroom as well as in the room. Used my uv flashlight and tbe toilet had dirty spots, also the microwave front. Furniture in room was either dented, missing pieces or didnt work. Convenient spot from gas stations and food places. Friendly staff from the two times i saw them. I feel I overpaid for $60 a night to be honest. Drinks were $2.50 in the soda machines!!!

This is the worst hotel i have been at. All dirty, smells horrible, very old and nasty. All the linens were dirty and with cigarrete burns. The shower was falling apart. We slept with the lights on thinking we were going to ve infested in bed bugs. Do not stay there

Nice bathroom. Need the usual items like clothes hangars and lamps. Really miss having coffee.

Staff was friendly and kind and looked out for my best interest. I am a senior and the original booking was for the second floor, but when they saw how old I am, they moved me to a better ground floor unit. Thank you! Even though it was close to the highway, it was still very quiet and peaceful. It was easy to get onto the highway. I had a pleasant stay there. Thank you, hosts!

There are some things that need to be changed. The plaster on the walls are flaking off, as is the paint on the toilet seat. Some of your light fixtures are coming out of the wall. Definitely look into fixing those areas eventually.

This was a last minute only place in town to stay deal. Room and bedding could have been much cleaner. Only 2 towels for 4 adults. Pretty sketchy part of town but we survived. Right along I44 and near train tracks so a bit noisy. All in all it was a place to stay with AC and a shower. Beds were thick and comfy.

Upkeep of the room and layout of bed to tv. Friendly staff. They were willing to work with me through effective communication and the area is located just off the highway and within walking distance to all necessary stores and restaurants.

This hotel i isn't inn the best place however it's a quite comfortable setting. The staff are kind and helpful as well. I do recommend this place for those with children or anyone requiring a nice serene private hotel stay the staff hasn't bothered me past asking did I need any linens or trash or anything like that done broom cleaned once a day which is appreciated some places don't do that. It's just nice to walk out your door and when you see the staff you get a smile and an acknowledgment from them it's not a waste of money to come here I'll say that so you should come visit you won't be disappointed I don't think

I had no one idea what a sketchy area It was in. The room was decrepit and had a horrible smell. The power had been out at my home going on nearly a week and this was one of the few options available. When I laid down on the bed I started feeling scratchy and concerned whether it had bed bugs or lice. I stayed up the entire night watching my vehicle because all sorts were walking around the parking lot all hours of the night. I’ll never stay at one of your facilities again.
