Very easy check in! A great value… We had a two bedroom two bath on the third floor with a view of the river. I never did find the elevator… The hot tub was down. That was my only disappointing experience, but other than that, I will definitely be back! The location and the price is wonderful.

Pool was not available but were notified prior. Road construction made things a little tricky which the owners have no control over. Loved the location and view. Definitely would stay here again.

I liked the river view, closeness to the park, an ease of walking along the river. The pool on the property was cold and not very clean, but it was still nice to cool off on a hot day.

There was a river view from our room. So beautiful. Great condo. Full kitchen and a gas fireplace for atmosphere & warmth. There are games & books available. Washer & Dryer on site and an indoor pool. There is a park next to the property for your dog or a river walk. Easy walk to downtown. Loved this place

Condo was nice and the riverside walk was perfect place to walk out 2 dogs. There were some dishes put away dirty, but not nothing that couldn’t be washed. The pool house doesn’t have ventilation so it was really moist in there. Because of that, there was mold everywhere in the bathrooms. The pool was warm so it was nice

The apartment was awesome. We especially loved the deck. It was very quiet and the view was of the river. Lots of parking available. Staff was nice and check in was easy. Only disappointing item was that the hot tub wasn’t working which was one of the big reasons we selected it. Hopefully that will get replaced as would choose to select this location again.

We really liked the apartment we stayed in. It was cozy and roomy, had a balcony with a river view, and the thermostat worked well. There were 2 bathrooms, which was convenient. The kitchen was a perfect size to cook small meals. The beds were uncomfortable, but most travel beds are. The property is older, and you could tell by the low level of insulation between floors and the outside. We could hear our upstairs neighbors every time they took a step. They were also up until midnight stomping around and most of the day, but that's another can of worms. We could hear all the vehicles and people outside. These apartments were in a convenient location, close to downtown. A lot of construction prevented us from going straight to downtown, but it wasn't difficult to go around. It did create extra traffic, but it didn't hamper our plans. Just be aware that if you are staying at this property, the construction will be going on for a while! Staff were always present, taking great care of the property. It was clean, and the parking lot was plowed (we stayed in the winter). Parking wasn't an issue- there are plenty of spaces. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to others.

We stayed in the cottage right by the river- it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken while we were there but having the hot tub was nice. Being right next to the walking path into downtown was super convenient. Highly recommend the cottage unit!

This place was gross and stank really bad. The carpets were stained all over with, from the smell I think was dog crap. The sheets were itchy and the dishes were dirty in the washer which obviously hadn't been run. It's also extremely dated. I feel bad for whoever owns the unit. Also the stairs are no joke either. It did have a nice view of the river. The good parts were the full kitchen and two bathrooms but the water pressure in the shower was very weak. We couldn't find anywhere else to book last minute or we wouldn't have stayed.

This was a horrible experience. After checking in and going to our room we immediately smelled a strong urine/sewage odor. We called the front desk and were told they did not have any other rooms available and could only spray a smoke odor remover. This did nothing for the smell. When we requesting our money back they refused citing their cancellation policy. We are now in negotiable with our credit card company to stop payment on the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The view of the Deschutes River is incredible. Property is very clean. Very close to downtown (restaurants and breweries) One recommendation would be to have kitchen washcloths and kitchen towels in the room.

First, Hotels.com/Expedia/OneKey made this a rough start to a mostly great stay thanks to their terrible emailing function, as the property tried several times to email me with a rental agreement (they showed me a couple days into our stay when I said I didn’t know certain things, such as when the office was open, which made our check in difficult). Make sure you call the property before arriving to make sure everything is okay and you have check in details because you cannot rely on Hotels.com to deliver important communication. One star to Hotels.com/Expedia/OneKey for getting much worse since their merger. Second, even though the sheets and one shower were not cleaned properly upon our arrival, the front office sent up someone the next morning to take care of it and they also made sure it was right by issuing a refund for the cleaning fee. Outside of that, the actual unit was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had an incredible view of the Deschutes River! We wish we could’ve stayed another week because some of the fires west of Bend hampered our exploring. There’s so much to see and do in Bend! We will be back, and next time we’ll make sure to call the property before arriving!

Sadly the room I stayed in as gorgeous as it all was but the room was dirty. There was shaved hair bits on the toilet,white animal hair on the floor. There was a used coffee bag in the coffee machine and dried coffee in the coffee jug. So I tried to ignore it, and I open the window to hear the sound of the river, and there are cobwebs on the window. I go to open the closet door and the broom is full of balls of dirt and dust so I just close the door and didn’t open it again. I sat outside to drink my coffee, and I had to scrub the little table they had outside because it was so full of dirt. If the porch is part of the advertisement the furniture that is out there should be cleaned. Everything was visually beautiful, but little by little you start finding things that are not cleaned, and it was very irritating. Also, I was told over the phone that there would be a dresser because I asked specifically if there would be a dresser in the room but when I got there, nope no dresser. I hope that this does not have to happen to the next tenant that rents that place. Also, another annoying thing is there were used bandages on the bathroom floor. Not OK

The perfect place to stay, if you love being next to the water, and going for walks. The building itself was old, but the cottage was updated and the bed was comfortable. There was a large stain on the carpet in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan was REALLY dusty, but the rest of the unit was very clean.

Our stay was average. Very old worn down decor, and our shower was extremely full of soap scum that my partner almost fell in the shower. The other shower was clean so we used that one. Amenities were good; we did enjoy the patio and the views were beautiful.

We rented a 2 room suite, nice view of the river. The building is a bit dated and could benefit from some modern technical accommodations, like better TV and reception, larger TVs too. The kitchen is all electric and well furnished.

Wifi is poor. Dont stay here if you need it for work. View was great! Location is nice. It has everything you need, except functional fast wifi. Bed was comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning worked well in the main living area was freezing while the bedroom was still too warm with the air on high and a fan pushing. Staff was friendly.

The room was nice and well equipped. The bed was absolutely terrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a board with a thin mattress cover on top. We ended up so sore that we went to Walmart and bought an air mattress for the remainder of our stay. The view was beautiful. The code on our door was not working so we were very lucky the office hadn’t closed yet and we got a physical key. If we had arrived any later I don’t know how we would have gotten in. Overall it was beautiful. Just the bed was a nightmare.

Being right by the river was nice. We especially liked being by the dam; the sound of the water pouring over just loud enough to drown out other noise, making for very good sleeping. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was adequately stocked. The one drawback was very slow internet.

I loved the views from the living room and bedroom areas, also how the bedroom had its own private patio looking out at the river. Only thing I didnt perfer was how many people walking the trail could see into our placewas a little bit uncomfortable. I would defiantly stay again.

Second, even though the sheets and one shower were not cleaned properly upon our arrival, the front office sent up someone the next morning to take care of it and they also made sure it was right by issuing a refund for the cleaning fee. Outside of that, the actual unit was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had an incredible view of the Deschutes River! We wish we could’ve stayed another week because some of the fires west of Bend hampered our exploring. There’s so much to see and do in Bend! We will be back, and next time we’ll make sure to call the property before arriving!
First, Hotels.com/Expedia/OneKey made this a rough start to a mostly great stay thanks to their terrible emailing function, as the property tried several times to email me with a rental agreement (they showed me a couple days into our stay when I said I didn’t know certain things, such as when the office was open, which made our check in difficult). Make sure you call the property before arriving to make sure everything is okay and you have check in details because you cannot rely on Hotels.com to deliver important communication. The property and the unit were in a state of disrepair. In our unit the TV didn’t work properly at first and then not at all. The closet door in the hall started falling off the wall when I tried to open it. The shower door in the master bath was off the track. It appeared to be more like an air B&B with mismatched furniture. The bed was small and like an IKEA bed. My husband has mobility issues and they assigned us to a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. The wood was peeled on the unit deck and in the hallways and siding. The front desk is only staffed from 10:00 - 7:00 and the phone number posted everywhere was disconnected.

Was a bit hard to contact the property. Asked if we could checkin 1/2 hour early and they said if the room was ready, yes. We never heard from them and the room was clearly ready but 3pm at least but we had to wait an hour to get into the room which was just silly

Disappointed with delayed and unconcerned response from property staff when my safety was at potential risk. Checked in after 8 pm, walked around admiring suite then left for a late dinner returning shorty after 10 pm where after a few minutes noticed a half eaten taco bell quesadilla on the counter where it was immediately noticeable. After a very stressful check of the suite to ensure nobody was hiding, called after hours emergency number and was told they would reach out to someone, not sure who, call was disconnected and never received a call back. Spent all night expecting someone to call back or whoever left said food to attempt to enter again. No sleep was had. The next morning I called the number AGAIN because I still heard nothing from management where I was informed someone would be calling me at some point that day. Approximately 1 hour later received call, from who I assume was the property manager, there was no concern shown, even suggested the door was left unlocked (which I made sure to NOT do before we left for dinner) and the mere suggestion that OUR door code be changed. No offer to change suite, comp anything or really any condolences were issued. Have stayed at these suites before but after this lack of concern for safety I will never stay again. Disappointing and ultimately I'm glad we weren't the next victims of crime.

The floor was really dirty a d no coffee as promissed. Never got the email with the code for the door but the person at the phone was helpful. Great view from the room and nice area around.

Thanks for accommodating our request to move rooms. We were unable to do 30 steps to the 3rd floor, and staff immediately helped us out. The room was plenty big for our needs. Very clean and well equipped.

SUCH a great property in an amazing location that is extremely walkable to everything you need in the downtown area. Gorgeous view of the river and very private! The room offers everything you need and the property has great amenities including pool and laundry room. 100% would stay here again.

The view of the Deschutes River is incredible. Property is very clean. Very close to downtown (restaurants and breweries) One recommendation would be to have kitchen washcloths and kitchen towels in the room.

We really enjoyed staying here! The view of the river is beautiful and the walking path along the river is very cool! It’s definitely walking distance to downtown and the restaurants. It’s great for dogs, there’s a park right next to the property and the pet area is very easy to get to. This place was a great find and we will definitely stay here again!

Pool was not available but were notified prior. Road construction made things a little tricky which the owners have no control over. Loved the location and view. Definitely would stay here again.

There was a river view from our room. So beautiful. Great condo. Full kitchen and a gas fireplace for atmosphere & warmth. There are games & books available. Washer & Dryer on site and an indoor pool. There is a park next to the property for your dog or a river walk. Easy walk to downtown. Loved this place

Having a river view from the balcony, hearing the river flow and being able to walk along side the river just out the door was lovely. Downtown is minutes away and the property is quiet with ample parking. Centrally located to all the fun things to do in Bend.

Bring right on the River was amazing. Being able to easily walk into the downtown area by walking along the River pathway was the best thing about our visit.

Bathroom drain and shower drain didn’t drain well. Standing in shower water and toothpaste stain sink for a while. Hair in both places too. Dishwasher is old and didn’t clean dishes well. Bowls in cupboard were dirty.

The room was spacious and very clean. It was well stocked with all necessities for our stay. We loved the location and the walking path with the gorgeous view. The staff was helpful and courteous. Would love to come back in the future.

The biggest issue was that the curtains don't cover the windows. Since there's a public park just outside, this is a big privacy concern. Smaller details: there wasn't any coffee filters so I couldn't make coffee. Also the ceiling is paper thin so I could easily hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Otherwise, the space was great. Having a full kitchen was nice. I liked that there's covered parking right in front of the unit and this was easy to walk to local restaurants and businesses.

Cottages have a bit of a “true crime waiting to happen” vibe about them. Walked in and the room smelled like a vet clinic…a bit like kitty litter. Found hair in bathroom and on sheets. Many dead insects on the floor. Corners of floors caked dust and filth. They require you to clean and put away the silverware that you use…something that some may not take seriously judging by the looks of the furniture. TV on the wall is so crooked that you have to turn your head to the side to see it straight. Not a great experience. That being said, the view of the river is great and the bed was good enough.
