The hotel is in a great location in Bend. Really pretty property. The on property restaurant is really convenient and there is a great walking trail right down the street. However, the hotel feels tired. Needs to be updated. We needed an ADA unit and the bed was about 17" from the floor. Way too low for someone who is handicapped to get out of bed easily. And the bathroom grab bars were not correctly placed.

Very clean modern updated room. Very nice views with a private fire pit on the patio in our room. The bar at the restaurant was amazing and very fun with great staff.

We came in for a quick overnight stay - the room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and having entertainment onsite was so convenient! Would absolutely stay again when back in the Bend area!

I was pleased to find an extra room attached to our hotel room so I could have space separate from my boys and the pull out bed wasn't too bad, but I had to call down twice before I was delivered bedding for the sofa bed. After 2 hours, I figured they forgot about it. Also the first place I've stayed that I had to pay for outdoor self parking without designated spaces and found milkshake spilled onto my car while it was parked in their lot. Room has a mini fridge, keurig, but no microwave. Had to call for bath towels, also. Room sleeps 6, but only 2 bath towels in the bathroom and we were a party of 4. Stayed there because of a conference. Very centrally located with everything very close by.

Really dirty. I paid a pet fee, but I was more concerned about my Shih Tzu getting dirty from the hotel than her causing any extra clean up for them. The stairs and hallways had debris and stains all over. It’s old debris on the stairs not from the same day guests. You also pay a parking fee. The lot was dark and had alcohol bottles strewn in the bark dust which makes me think there are overnight guests in the bushes. I think an ok place if you get riverview but if not then super 8 quality with resort pricing.
