This hotel may not suit guests seeking luxury, but it's my go-to whenever I visit Corvallis. The room was clean and included a refrigerator and microwave, though it lacked an iron, hair dryer, and coffee/tea set. The TV didn’t work, and there’s no elevator to the second floor. The staff are nice and friendly. The location is excellent—right by the peaceful Willamette riverside and within walking distance of great restaurants, bakeries, and parks. As an OSU alum, staying here always feels like coming home. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place that suits my visits perfectly.

Very basic place but affordable in a town with expensive lodging options. Does have mini fridge and microwave but no breakfast or coffee (no coffee in office or room). Bed very very firm. If you’re a side sleeper your hips will hurt. Downtown area with cute shops and cafes is about a 3 block walk away.

This is not a luxury motel/hotel. Basic room. Bed, TV, fridge and microwave. No in room coffee. Limited TV channel selection. Doors to upstairs are open 24/7. A lot of pedestrian and homeless foot traffic. If I was a woman, I would for sure stay at a better hotel with security. I stayed here because it appeared to be the cheapest room in town. On the plus side, it is down town and all the shops and restaurants are within walking/staggering distance.

at check in the clerk was rude and unfriendly ice machine broken door locks were broken so room was unsafe I was with my brother or I would have gone and slept in my car at the police station other than stay at this awful motel. Roadway needs to review the facility and remove all affiliation with this motel

Parking was difficult due to construction, which was not the fault of the motel. The motel is run-down, with holes in the ceiling, broken chain locks on the door which are alarming, broken HVAC, non-working television, and bugs noticeable in the room on arrival, dead gnats all over the bed. Management was responsive only during business hours, so my mother spent a very cold night with no heat, no cold water (scalding shower) and no television until the next day. No compensation was offered in exchange for her misery.

The property is not very well kept. Shower was dirty upon entering the room with dirt and hairs in the tub. AC was duct taped together. Mattress was as hard as a sheet of plywood and two pillows that were not even the size of a standard pillow. My back is killing me today!!

Waited for multiple minutes before the Edson on shift came to check us in. The room is so dirty, and we felt like nothing was truly clean. The bathroom door doesn’t shut, there’s cracks in the sink. Overall would not recommend staying here!

Room was dusty. Bathroom caulk could use less mold build up. Kinda gross. Bathrooms are definitely lacking. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Fuzzy antenna tv only. Just a couple local channels. But the worst part is the riff raff that stays pours in Friday night. Room next to us had a stereo booming until 1:00am room on the other side cranked up tv until midnight. Definitely didn’t get the rest I needed for my disc golf tournament the next morning.

Great location, close to many downtown dining and other opportunities. Quick trip to the OSU campus. Friendly and helpful staff. The property need updating with much wear. However, the beds, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Fridge is more of a freezer than I would have liked but kept things cold. WiFi speed is solid. Good stay and a good price.

When I walked into the facility, the first thing I noticed was dirty floors. Dirt on the ceramic tile by the staircase, and the carpet was badly in need of shampooing. The room was a little better, but still not up to any sort of a standard you'd expect from a chain. There was a slight unpleasant odor that I got used to after a while. If I wasn't so tired I would have changed hotels, but I was only sttaying one night.

This place is filthy and disgusting. On top of it, they had the audacity to price gauge over graduation weekend (almost $400 a night for this run-down and seedy motel). Where do I begin my my laundry list of complaints? ....Hot water for showers runs out, floors are filthy (don't go barefoot), dirty bed linens (pull up the fitted sheets to find other guest's hair), shady people walking through the parking lot at all hours, local riffraff hanging outside of the lounge (shared parking lot) late into the evening, static-filled TV reception, and I won't even bother to go into all the reasons this place is in dire need of an HGTV makeover.

Reception was friendly and obliging. However, it is a Motel and just a Room, with bathroom, separate sink bed, A/C , refrigerator , TV , microwave and Telephone. Daily replenished with towels, soap and shampoo. That’s it. No kettle, crockery or cutlery Bed was very comfortable

This place needs some love dumped in to it!! It is rundown & the upkeep they tried to do in the room was half ass. The bed was hard, very uncomfortable. The a/c unit was super loud and the bathroom fan squealed.

The bed was comfortable. It shared the parking lot with a great Chinese restaurant. My two complaints are that we never could get cold water in the sink and the bathroom door stuck. We loved the location. We could walk to the Farmers Market and other places in the downtown area.

Staff was super nice. Quietest motel I've ever stayed in! But....property looked nothing like the pictures, very rundown and extremely outdated. Everything was sticky and smelled musty. Even the ice machine had old funk splattered all over it. AC was good in the room, but the hallway (mile long) was blistering hot even thru the night. Thankfully it was quiet and still, because there was a 2 inch gap under the door to the hall. Mattress was awful with springs bulging out. Will never stay here again. Too bad for the nice people that work there.

The The stay was going good until 3:30 in the morning when a broken waterline force the evacuation of the hotel until five in the morning. After that we were allowed to return to our rooms and an alarm that kept going off every 15 to 20 minutes, we were also told the alarm would keep going off, but where else were we gonna go at that hour? We were also told that the hotel would be closed for the next several days and after getting a room elsewhere it turns out they were still taking patrons in. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and overall the place was very nice clean neat if it wasn’t for the broken pipe it would’ve been a good stay.

I like this place. It’s really nice always clean and the guy who works at the front desk has become a friend. I’ve stayed here many times really nice people. I always feel safe here.

The facility itself was pretty basic, though this was not unexpected, but the room was shabby and smelled musty. The man at the front desk was very abrupt and not at all friendly. Again this was not totally unexpected because I knew I'd booked into a budget-friendly place for this short stay. However, when we woke up after the first night I discovered someone had tried to come into our room during the night. The door was pushed open, but we had secured the chain across the door so no one was able to enter. Had this person been determined a shove on the door would have done the trick. At that point we did not feel safe and I booked the second night at another hotel. We left early and no one was at the front desk so I called the number posted. The person who answered seemed mildly concerned and told me to just leave my room key at the desk. I am not out to trash anyone's business. The place needs a thorough clean up, a review of their safety measures and perhaps a friendlier face at the front desk.

The facility itself was pretty basic, though this was not unexpected, but the room was shabby and smelled musty. The man at the front desk was very abrupt and not at all friendly. Again this was not totally unexpected because I knew I'd booked into a budget-friendly place for this short stay. However, when we woke up after the first night I discovered someone had tried to come into our room during the night. at check in the clerk was rude and unfriendly ice machine broken door locks were broken so room was unsafe I was with my brother or I would have gone and slept in my car at the police station other than stay at this awful motel. Roadway needs to review the facility and remove all affiliation with this motel

Great location, close to many downtown dining and other opportunities. Quick trip to the OSU campus. Friendly and helpful staff. The property need updating with much wear. However, the beds, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Fridge is more of a freezer than I would have liked but kept things cold. WiFi speed is solid. Good stay and a good price.

This hotel is old and noisy! The traffic is loud and we heard people coming and leaving all night. We discovered a water leak under the sink dripping into a bucket as we were going to bed! Bring earplugs! The area north of the hotel is a homeless camp and we had some concerns about leaving anything in our car.

Very basic place but affordable in a town with expensive lodging options. Does have mini fridge and microwave but no breakfast or coffee (no coffee in office or room). Bed very very firm. If you’re a side sleeper your hips will hurt. Downtown area with cute shops and cafes is about a 3 block walk away.

The bed was comfortable. It shared the parking lot with a great Chinese restaurant. My two complaints are that we never could get cold water in the sink and the bathroom door stuck. We loved the location. We could walk to the Farmers Market and other places in the downtown area.

It is nice that it is walking distance to the Willamette River trail. The AC on this hotel was so noisy that we stopped using it and just had the window open but the room was across the bar and people were so noisy in the middle of the night. Also, there is an on going bridge construction and homeless on the back of the hotel. Otherwise, it's great location for shopping and restaurant. Also, this hotel don't have a map or check out information on the door plus they don't have coffee maker. It's good price though.

Great value for a room in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being located next to the main road in and out of town. The property could use a face lift but then they would probably raise their prices. It was clean enough to sleep and shower and a great price for the location. Loved being able to walk into the downtown area, along the river and over the bridge from this motel.

Hotel room was clean and no issues for the night. It could use a remodeling such of change of carpet and updating a few things. But overall enjoyed my stayed. Love that restaurants/bars/brewery/stores are walking distance.

First off we did not have hot water at all during our visit? The room had a musty smell and there was a plate of old food in the microwave and an onion that someone left behind? Had trouble getting ice from the ice machine as well. The beds were comfortable and maid service was good. Parking was not an issue and the hotel was close to highway and freeway. Would not recommend unless you’re desperate and need a place for a night or two. Also our bathroom door was broken and could not lock.

Place was OK in a pinch but I’d never choose to stay again if there are other options. Worst issue of all appears they have hot water coming out of shower head on 45 sec timer to save $ i suppose. You have to keep cycling btwn spicket and shower head to have enough warmth due even 5 min shower. Plenty of hot water as long as you don’t try to use the shower head. I tried to get them to fix it and they just laugh me away.

The internet says there is a continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. There is not. The guest laundry is out of order. The ice machine produces no ice. (And it's 90 outside!) The offer of a hairdryer upon request is not valid. The sink produces only HOT water . . . nothing even resembling normal tap water temperature, and it drips constantly. I measured an entire cup filling in less than 10 minutes. That's gallons every day! And the 1/2 oz bottle of shampoo was more than half empty.

Room beds were dirty upon arrival. place looked a lot better in pictures. smelt like cigarettes all through the building. terrible neighbors. the office guy and housekeeping was amazing. switched bedding immediately after i requested it. office guy super nice and made sure the 2 rooms i used were next to each other. just a bit cleaner, and more strict on noisy guests and it would be 5 stars. definitely recommend looking around before booking here. this is last resort type hotel.
