Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised or expected. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly, and I reported the issue three separate times. Maintenance was sent to our room once, but the problem was never resolved. We were told we would be moved to another room, but that never happened. The room was so unbearably hot that I had to purchase a fan out of my own pocket just to make our stay somewhat tolerable. To make matters worse, the room had a strong odor that smelled like cat urine. I reported this issue as well, only to be told that they had nothing available to eliminate the smell other than Lysol spray. This was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel advertised that pots, pans, and cooking utensils were provided, yet none were available in our room. I ended up having to purchase these items myself just to be able to cook. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency, communication, and follow-through from the staff. I gave the hotel multiple opportunities to correct these issues, but nothing was properly addressed. Guests should not have to spend additional money purchasing basic necessities or suffer through uncomfortable conditions when paying for accommodations that are advertised to include these amenities. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable, inconvenient, and a complete disappointment. I expected much better customer service

Went to check in two hours earlier the room was ready, but they still charged a $25 fee and the front desk lady had attitude. Then proceeded to put us on the third floor all the way around the building the room smelt awful as if somebody had smoked in it or dogs had urinated in it. The shower had no hot water was lukewarm. There was only one remote for the TV when there’s two TVs . No hairdryer in the room called front desk. Had to go all the way down to pick it up because they didn’t have anybody available to deliver it. When I plugged it in, it started smoking I had to go all the way back down to get another one then I was told if I did not bring the second one back I was going to be charged a $50 fee so upon checkout, had to go all the way downstairs again to return it and make sure they did not charge my card an additional $50 for a used hairdryer. The parking lot is dimly lit. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. The couch were very worn outdated and lumpy and smelly the laundr. Brand new washers and dryers was a pleasant amenity

The room did have an odor of mildew. The flooring had a dampness to it as well. The hot water was never hot and the bathroom needs to be kept up better. The shower bar almost came out and the ceiling has a bubble from water. Other than that, the location is easy to drive to and there is ample parking. The staff was extremely nice.

I arrived at the hotel around midnight and found the front door locked. I had already paid for my reservation through Hotels.com, but there was no one available to check me in. There was a phone number posted on the front door, so I called it multiple times before someone finally answered. I was told that someone was on the way to let me into the hotel. I then waited outside for approximately another 30 minutes, and no one ever showed up. At that point, I gave up and had to find accommodations at the hotel next door. I then had to file a claim seeking reimbursement for a hotel room that I had already paid for but was never able to access. What made the experience even more frustrating was being told afterward that I should have contacted the hotel in advance to let them know I would be checking in late. I was not aware that this was required, and my reservation and payment had already been accepted. If a hotel accepts and confirms a prepaid reservation, a guest should reasonably expect to be able to check in when they arrive, or at the very least receive clear advance notice of any special late check-in requirements. Instead, I was left standing outside a locked hotel in the middle of the night after multiple phone calls and ultimately had to find somewhere else to stay. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on what happened.
