We were definitely VERY disappointed with this hotel and seems to be false advertisement. Let's start with the outside. So you have to pay them for parking on site. They have a little ticket They give you to scan at the gate so that it can open and close for you, but literally one of the gates seems to always be open whether it's nighttime or daytime, so safety doesn't seem to much a priority and why pay for parking when you can literally just drive through the gate anytime you want. There is also an overloaded dumpster making it look trashy. When you walk inside, the lobby is beautiful and well kept but the staff does not seem like they enjoy their job much and are cold and short. When you get to the elevators the floor is dirty and the elevators take forever, but once you get on the elevator the view going up is of the inside of the hotel bc It's a glass elevator and you think it definitely looks like a nice hotel.🤔 Then, you step off the elevator and get to your room. You open the door thinking that it's going to be very nice inside, but when you step inside you realize that you just walked literally into the seventies and the room is in bad need of refurbishment 😮‍💨. The decor is very drab and all brown, the carpet needs steam cleaned excessively and the shower/ bathroom is tiny. The whole room is old and was depressing. This was a disappointment and a huge letdown. We have been all over in different hotels around the country and this is the worst one by far!

The front desk failed to to tell us that we needed to request housekeeping for our room. We were out all day and came back to a dirty room. No beds made, no clean towels & no trash collected. Very disappointed. COVID is over.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Room was nice, beds comfy. Enjoyed staying here! Easy to get to our events. We will be going back.
