ValueInn Eugene - Airport

The price was great. Easy to get checked in with their friendly staff. I was able to part right in front of the room. The room itself was very nice, clean, roomy, & had everything I would need for a short or longer stay.

fine accommodations, clean, convenient, mostly quiet, and I felt my car and belongings were safe.

Room was very clean and neat. Check in was easy and the hotel itself is very well kept and looks cared for. The area around it is a bit sketchy. There are lots of homeless around in tents and just loitering. The hotel has tons of security cameras and the parking is very close to the rooms. We didn't have any issues but there were some people yelling and carrying on in the parking lot next door. I would stay here again got sure. Its affordable and close to the airport.

Pretty old complex.In a very bad area,lot of undesirable types all around it.Heater worked so-so,no ice machine.No hand towels.Only one regular coffee and one decaf.The hot water was fairly hot, but no increase in temperture if desired. Bathroom was very small.In summation we would not stay there again.

It was very close to the airport. I liked the rooms. We had a double queen size beds. Not fancy but clean and no one above you.

As always check in was a breeze. Friendly staff meet you and are eager to help you out if you need it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We never hear the noise from the highway that others may mention. Value Inn is enough off the main highway that it's quiet. I feel safe there when we stay. One time we had a coat fall out of the car landing next to it, and the next day when we went out to the car there was the jacket. No one stole it. Really can not say enough good about Value Inn. I highly recommend it

Road noise and Mexican restaurant drive trough noice is horrible. No transportation to airport ( cab cost $20.00) Room was nice and clean, handicap shower very nice.

Generally, ya never want to book at a place that has the word “Value” in it when you’re paying less than 90 bucks, but I took a chance after reading some reviews and also needing laundry facilities. The location was a bit out of the way, and seemed a bit sketchy. It’s more of a motel than a hotel- everything was outside access. Tiny little office area to check in, and you have to ring the doorbell to get the office person to come open the door. They have laundry facilities, but they don’t have quarters or laundry detergent, and you have to go around the back of the building to get there- which I wasn’t going to do at night. The room was small for two people to move around in. On the up side, I was impressed with the room. The first thing I did was check for roaches, bed bugs, mouse droppings, and general dirt, and found NOTHING. The lighting was good, water pressure was great, and we were grateful for the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bed was even pretty comfortable. The area was quiet, and our new vehicle full of equipment and tools was left unbothered. If you’re single and not fussy, this is perfect.

The property was fenced, reasonably secure and kept clean. The area around the motel has a large population of homelessness.

Quaint small motel which offered amenities no longer at chain hotels. Microwave refrigerator and in room coffee

Love this place. 2nd stay. Very very clean. The dry flowers are clean. That shows attention to detail. When you walk barefoot, my feet stayed clean.

this was such a disgrace to the comsumer..very dirty, smelled like sewer.. never never again

This place was so filthy and outdated. My husband had to turn right around and check out and they refused a refund. Don't believe the reviews. It's filthy.

The bathtub although large had not been cleaned since its last use. The shower would not shut off when the ton was being filled and the jacuzzi did not work. One of the three bulbs in the bathroom was burnt out. There was no one available after 6:00 PM to consult about such issues. All in all it was almost worth the low price charged, almost.

We stayed here before our flight at 5am. The area didn’t look great and certainly wasn’t safe area. There was a mattress sitting outside one of the rooms with stains on it. The bathroom had black mold all around the tub, in the grout, around the toilet. I had my toddler with me, when walking around in the floors it turned his feet black. When turning the faucet on the tub on water would come out of the shower head at the same time, can’t turn it off, the water was not hot. When we packed up to head to the airport at 3 in the morning there was someone sleeping in the bushes in-front of our car. Was a very scary stay, very dirty and a health hazard!!!

This was a great place to stay! We were in town to purchase a property and had to stay overnight. The room was very clean, very comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We had a great stay and it was quiet overnight even though it looked like a lot of rooms were in use.

I accidentally booked the ValueInn but what a great accident. Reasonably priced and rooms has been updated. My only issue was that it needed some additonal cleaning but no deal breakers. The bed was comfortable, everything was pretty tidy. There were grounds left in the coffee maker, which was my main issue. Other than that, just be aware that it's facing a major street and there will be road noise for units in the front, the walls are a little thin, so you may hear your neighbors, A solid B+

Good location as it wasn't far to the airport. They had recently painted the room and the clerk let me know and to come back if the smell was too strong. It was a late check-in, but he waited until I confirmed it was fine. Only big negative was that the air conditioner unit was making a noise that was loud and I had to turn it off, but the room became stuffy very quickly.

The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest but the hotel has no control over that. Above all I will say the bed the chose was most comfortable I’ve had in my recent travels. They beat the one I had at holiday inn express and the best comfort.

Sunday morning at 10:59, I got a phone call from the motel staff in an extremely rude tone, telling me that I needed to come and get my things immediately. Then they told me the check-out time was 11 a.m. I told them I had booked and paid for the room months in advance for two days. After 30 seconds of awkward silence, he said, "Please hold." Another 30 seconds of silence, and he came back and said, "Never mind." My anxiety was awful the rest of the day. Happy birthday to me.

When you have to go to the front desk because there is no toilet paper in your room when you have to go and they have the toilet paper up front in the desk to give you... you know how stingy they are. I guess you get what you pay for but this is a new low.

Staff was wonderful easy to work with

The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, looking newly refreshed. The room was quiet, and it was easy to get to the airport from there.

Always have a great nights rest when we stay at the Value Inn. Nice location, good prices, friendly and helpful stall.

Amazing stay! Close to airport for our early 4 Am flight! Super clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff excellent as well. Such a great place we booked another room for our late night return! And again easy convenient, courteous and convenient comfy clean! Thank you For making it a great beginning and ending to our family adventure!

Clean, well maintained and close to airport.

Underrated because it is a little out of town and the area is a little sketchy as it is teeming with homeless people who sometimes wander through the parking lot. Despite that there is much to like and I would stay there again if i can't get closer to downtown Eugene.

Great stay if you have early morning flight. Clean good bed good shower. Will stay again

I know I’m spoiled but this is a crap motel in a bad area of town, surrounded by “homeless camps”

Poor operation of tv/remote sometimes works sometimes not. majority of channels are info mercials no strainer for coffee maker so no coffee in this room this time. Not worth 173 dollars for 1 night. Lot's of homeless people in this area/location. The good is the Mexican taqueria as it was good right next door. Operators of motel nice. Oh well, next!... .

I don't know why Eugene airport hasn't attracted any of the big chains to their neighborhood but the ValueInn is a pleasant surprise. I parked right in front of my room and was pleased with the room, the bed and the shower. It was after 8:30 pm when I arrived and I'm not familiar with the area. Got a tasty dinner right next door and slept well.
