Quality Inn

The first room smelled foul, stale and moldy. The air conditioner in both rooms were missing covers. The pool that’s advertised on the booking is empty, has been for a long time and no eta on when it would be basin service, we booked the hotel for the pool. The front desk was unprofessional, eating while we checked in and was on a personal call and we had to wait for him to finish his call before he checked us in. The room we stayed in had dirty walls and bathroom, the window screen was broken and the window did not lock. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7-9 and was not ready until after 7:30. When we asked the front desk about the pool they shrugged it off like it was no big deal. The beds and pillows were lumpy. I will never stay here again and will never recommend it to anyone!

Pool pump system not in use (small home use chlorine float being used) . Smoking throughout hotel inside and out. Very obvious criminal adult activities and solicitations. Transients aloud in lobby/on property. Staff not properly trained with booking system, and extremely rude to (3rd party guests). Vending machines steal an average of 3/4 dollars before dispensing drinks (staff is aware and will not refund) even when clearly seen on camera also refusing to contact the vending company. Clear scam being ran with those machines. We witnessed a child under the aprox age of 12 being used(child labor) clean the bottom of a filthy pool with a very small home pool style vacuum. Threatening and hostile staff, with no proper attire/name tag. Entire building smells of urine and filth. Dead fish in lobby aquarium. Spoiled breakfast foods left out for multiple days. Trays/ice buckets in room with tags attached from the Dollar Tree. Small $1 are fresheners stuck all over facility. Sheets not clean. Pubic hair in bathroom and in bedding. Broken locks. None functional AC unit. Mold throughout room and bathroom. Rusted fixtures. Lights/TV/Fridge not functional. Hazardous Dump!

Arrived to the hotel at 430 Was told that my room wouldn’t be ready until 6pm. After 8 hours on the road. The side exits were exit only so if you went outside you had to enter through the front. Tells me that they may have a problem with crime. I felt safe though

The only good thing about this property is it has excellent truck and trailer parking. Otherwise it is in poor condition. Our room had a hair dryer that did not work (and was not replaced after we asked at the front desk), no smoke alarm a chair so badly deteriorated you did not want to sit in it. Pealing wall paper, crude repair in the tub, no soap, terrible pillows.

This Quality Inn was not quality at all. The refrigerator didn't work, the TV was unplugged, the bathroom towel rack was missing, and the pool was greenish from algae. That part of town is decent enough, but the homeless hang around. I will say that the staff were very nice and apologetic about the check- in difficulties they had with me.

Booked for the pool—got there and pool was empty of water. Place is worn out and dingy. Room smelled strongly of harsh cleaning chemicals and smoke (nonsmoking room). Coffee—well, I went next door for coffee. It’s fine if you are desperate, but I’d avoid otherwise. The staff ARE friendly and do try to make this sad hotel a better experience for customers.

The desk chair had to be replaced. It was dangerous to sit on. Also, all the other hotels around had very nicely manicured grounds whereas this one was weeds and unkempt.it takes very little effort to clean marks off the doors and would look so much better Edward was fabulous!!

It is old and needs to be updated. Showers need a good cleaning. Carpets need to be replaced. Chairs in breakfast area look like they have been there from day one. Over all appearance is lack of upkeep.

Room was dirty, sheet were dirty. The light in the bathroom was just a bare bulb.

It’s old and filthy the carpets are black with filth. The guy that checked us in called my Autistic son a pet. He was creepy friendly. The walls in our room were covered with dirt and filthy. It’s just old and in bad need of a renovation.

Staff was nice but hotel is complete garbage. Only stayed for one night but, rooms were not cleaned properly. Piles of dust on the lamps and on table and chairs inside room. We found hair under the pillows on one of the beds. Room smelled like mold & cigarettes. Will not be going back.

Stayed the night, was traveling up and Oregon I5 corridor. Was okay, but bed wasn't comfortable.

Dirty noisy beds uncomfortable

The mattress was very good, had a good night of rest. The entry door for room 109 opens against the sink counter top, so look out if you are at the sink when one of your guests opens the door. There was one bedside lamp.

Loved it here. I usually live at motel 6, but when I first came here I was amazed! The light around the mirror, full body mirror/closet, dresser, size of the bathroom and the fact that everything is inside the building is just perfect! Only thing I would say is the downfall is the size of the TV, but other than that...1000% great. After reading some other guest reviews ... Quality Inn definitely doesn't get the recognition that it deserves. Staff is very nice and does whatever to make sure you're staying is as comfortable as can be. I will definitely be coming back no doubt. Also, compared to motel 6, Quality Inn had zero....ZERO cop activity here, which is a major plus in my book.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. BUT this hotel was in disrepair. It smelled fishy at the door, room was dated and although it had been cleaned it was still pretty sketchy. They did install a new sink and mirror but everything else was in poor condition. Worth noting that the room cost 140 and was non refundable (no surprise after I arrived) It was more of a 60 dollar stay. I did sleep fine and was just a stop on my way south, but far below my expectations having stayed at other quality inns. You wouldn’t have wanted to get in the pool

The building needs updated looks like it was used in 3 is company. The staff were nice and helpful if they all werent in front of you to eat between 7 and 730am. The beds were hard and tge blankets thin and old too. Just wasnt what we expected for the name or money.

The front desk was very rude. It was a really old building with outdated everything and had a weird stench.

Staff was excellent. Older hotel near the freeway. Nothing special. Great price, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again when traveling.

Our stay was excellant, the lady and gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay be amazing. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and yummy, we enjoyed our stay very much we will go back for sure, and it was very affordable.

We stayed here only because the hotel we were suppose to stay at messed up our booking. Overall..it's okay. You get what you pay for. Room smelt of old cigarette smoke and there was a lot of homeless walking around at night within the parking lot. Bed was soft, complimentary breakfast was a big surprise and it was decent. Our toilet was leaking water and we had towels all over the floor we called the front desk and the evening concierge said "sorry were short staff and nothing I can do." So we just dealt with it. Upon checking out, the nice guy we were dealing with in the morning time told us we should have been switched rooms immediately. Oh well. Snacks in vending machine were expired. Other workers besides that morning front desk guy were not very pleasant.

No one was around to check us in for an hour. They don’t give refunds for any reason. We finally got to our room and it was dirty and messy! We were woken up in the middle of the night because someone shot a gun right outside in the parking lot!

The person at the front desk said breakfast was at 6:30 to 9:30. Get up and no breakfast. The man at the front desk was very rude. The lady at night shift was also very rude. They lied to us about breakfast. Can't tell me that they didn't know.

Just looking for basic dining places,the motel abounds.. The first room I was given had a distinct smoking smell.. Maybe it was just that I had been on the motorcycle for about 500 miles and my sense of smell was very clear.. With no concern at all the motel changed my room to one with no smell..

Worst Hotel stay ever. The place is a total slum. Drug addicts wander the parking lot at night. People sleeping in cars in the parking lot. Garbage strewn about the parking area. The room is old and needs repairs, curtains are torn, chair in room looks like it came from a junk pile, carpet old torn and dirty, oily substance in bathtub, mold and mildew on the tile. Breakfast was served cold and was nasty, staff is incompetent and rude. No Fridge or Microwave in room as advertised. Towels and linens were stained. Window lock broken, a stick was used to keep window shut. Bathroom fan extremely loud and in need of repair. Overall this is a run down slum of a Hotel with incompetent and rude staff. By far the worst Hotel/Motel I have ever stayed at. I strongly recommend anyone considering staying here to stay elsewhere.

The room had a pleasant atmosphere, with good amenities. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Breakfast was sausage links and eggs, and the price was very good.

Only negative was shower curtain bar was very loose. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals, also English muffins, waffles and toast🙂. Would definitely stay again.

found things in poor condition, no soap etc in room TV did not work breakfast was cold at 0705 when it opened at 0700 handle fell off sink was a welfare hotel.not a good choice hotel.

Update needed. I had my dogs so was given a room obviously used for animals but the SMELL was overwhelming! Probably the carpet was the cause. Take out the carpet and it would have been fine. My tv didn’t work and that was corrected promptly. Hot breakfast was good.
