It was mostly nice staff was great. We did see a cockroach in our room which was not ok we killed it and didn't see anymore but still not ok. The pool was way to cold and the hot tub was barley warm and we were hoping for it to be warme. For the most part it was a good stay besides those things.

The bed side table was literally coming apart and chipped. The hot tub was warm at best and GROSS. The inside of it was all pulled apart like they started to fix the lining and then stopped. So not worth over $115. More like a $75 value if that

I picked this place because it is very close to the person I was visiting. There are many good things and not so good things about it. First the bad. It is definitely in need of some TLC. Lot of paint chipped, a few hole in carpet, the pool was too cold (for me), the hot tub controls were just wires hanging out of the wall (YIKES!), the milk at breakfast was lukewarm. Now the good stuff. It was CLEAN! both inside and out, in general and also my room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The shower did too. It is close to the highway but you can't hear it. It is also close to several places to eat - many of them are fast food. It is reasonably priced.

The staff were friendly, but that’s about all. The place looks like it’s under construction, complete with orange cones and materials in and around the pool. It was awkward to walk around the minimal surface area of the pool, there were no fans and the only ventilation was the slightly cracked windows leading out to what looked like could have been or used to be a patio. Bare wood beams are showing, and the sauna was full of construction material as well. The pool was cold, and the room too hot. The hotel room itself is completely out of date, with bead-board showing through the walls, carpet coming undone or missing, holes in the furniture, water damage and/or mold in the ceiling, paint sloppily done, and little to no water pressure in the shower. Fixtures were falling off. When I plugged in my phone chargers there was a spark, and they completely stopped working. I want to say it was clean, due to the overwhelming smell of cleaning products, but honestly that made it feel like it was putting perfume on a pig… There was also some odd conversation about wanting to take pictures of our room before we went in, but the receptionist changed her mind. Later when we arrived at the pool, there was a photographer with the same woman, taking pictures of the pool. Hopefully they’re for a renovation!

Stayed here before and it's always been ok. This time it was GREAT!! Stayed downstairs and it was so quiet. The evening clerk was awesome and the maid plus the gentleman that i saw before checking out were so nice! My only company is the parking lot its so bad with the potholes... i mean bad

The rooms are dirty and the first room we got put into had no tv cords hanging out of the tv and then the phone had no wire connecting it so we had no access to the phone I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk and so they ended up switching our rooms but that room also was very dirty I had to scrub the shower my self because it looked like somebody had a bloody accident in the tub because there was dried blood in the tub that easily came out when I used a wash cloth to wipe it out so the house keeping really need to clean the rooms better

I got about 10-12 bed bug bites during my one night stay. Carpets were dirty. Facility is outdated. Not worth the money I spent staying here. Praying I didn’t bring any bugs home with me.

Initial light to turn on in room didnt work, so room was dark until i found another. Found cockroachs and mold in the bathroom. Not a good offering for breakfast, No syrup for waffles. Told the front desk person who didnt really seem to care. Dont think ill stay here ever again.

The room was pretty disgusting. Old, peeling, but the one that got us was the filthy smears on the wall. I used one of their not-very-clean towels to wipe off brown sticky stuff that my Mom thought was blood. The whole place smelled bad and side doors were locked even to card-carrying guests, super sketchy. Hotels two blocks away were completely fine.

It was a fine stay, just was not the nicest. Shower head had too much water pressure, broken towel hanger, cracked silicone caulking in bathroom. Just needs to be updated.. Speing mattress on the bed, which was alright, but just not what youd expect in 2025. Othwerise it was mid. Ive been in way worse.

Weird smell. Overall clean but weird brown smudges on the outside of bathroom door. Bathrooms were remodeled at some point but the rest not. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast was sausage and two slices of bread wrapped in plastic wrap. I didn’t see the pool or gym. Large hotel. Looks like maybe it was nice at one point, maybe the 80s and then wasn’t taken care of.

I had the jetted tub room, did not match the photos, most hotels never do. The bathroom was a standing shower instead of a tub shower like the photos showed. The AC did not blow very hard on max, it did cool the room but it took longer than expected. There were stains on the lamps, chairs, even the walls had some stains. The walls had peeling wallpaper, and damaged corners, the mattress was incredibly stained, overall not a terrible property, it’s cheap and not in the best part of town. The staff were welcoming and did a fantastic job. In terms of cleanliness of the room I had to check for bedbugs, did not find any, but it was the sort of room that I did want to see for myself. The shower head leaked, directly spraying the wall, the tile floors felt oily, there was no roller with the toilet paper so we had to hold the roll. Would I stay here again? Probably not - dated hotel and not in the best condition. If I was in a pinch and needed a hotel and the price wasn’t higher than the other 2 hotels right next to this one I would stay again.

We appreciated kind & friendly staff and breakfast offering, but were concerned about the shape the rooms were in. Bed and seating were in poor shape. Walls, ceilings, & doors were well-worn. Expedia's rating of 8.6 did not prepare us for accomodations we would rate closer to a 6.

You get what you pay for I guess. You can hear literally everything from other rooms. The light bulb fell out of our bathroom light when someone in another room flushed their toilet. The doors had holes in them, the shower head was hanging on by a thread, visible mold. But the staff were extremely nice though. I wouldn’t stay here again but I’m sure my husband would.

Mostly okay. However the day clerk, without my knowledge, made a copy of my credit card, and left it on the desk for people to see. The night clerk saw it and brought it to me. She told me that the day clerk should never have copied it. Whether she wanted to use the CC info herself and forgot it at work or she just left it there for others to see, I do not know. I am following up with the authorities as well as my bank. This person should be released from her employment at the very least.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in the staff is very rude and aggressive the room stunk so bad I had to buy cleaner and carpet deodorizer and nothing helped it was very very pungent there was needles and razors on the outside of the property it was loud at night and I felt very unsafe and that's just the bare minimum of what I have to say about this place zero Stars read the reviews before you enter the managers or the owners shouldn't be allowed to run property I was cussed at very aggressively in front of my small grandson just for asking for accommodations TV didn't work there was no ventilation Etc
This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in the staff is very rude and aggressive the room stunk so bad I had to buy cleaner and carpet deodorizer and nothing helped it was very very pungent there was needles and razors on the outside of the property it was loud at night and I felt very unsafe and that's just the bare minimum of what I have to say about this place zero Stars read the reviews before you enter the managers or the owners shouldn't be allowed to run property I was cussed at very aggressively in front of my small grandson just for asking for accommodations TV didn't work there was no ventilation Etc

I don’t know if this location changed owners or what. I’ve been coming here for almost 2.5years now and in the last year the customer service went to sh*t. The only benefit to what I believe are new owners are it seems like they do a better job of keeping the facilities clean. Either way the location is unfortunately right next to a homeless rehab building. The building looks like another hotel but in actuality it’s a homeless rehab building. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. Barely has any food or options, plus they threatened to charge you 10.00 a plate if you took it back to your room to eat. The place smells in the hallway. They charge you 30.00 for late check out and that’s only to 1pm. It’s like they are so desperate for money they look for any reason to charge you. Then in the end they wouldn’t give us back our 100.00 cash deposit even tho we left the room cleaner than when we checked in they stated it was because we had our esa animal in a no pet room even tho there was animal hair behind the bed and in the couch and we heard animals in neighboring rooms. The front desk girl was rude and refused to give us any of our money back. I will never stay there again

Don’t let the pictures fool you. It is a sketchy hotel. When we arrived to the hotel it is very old. Our room smelled funky had a weird smell even though it’s a non smoking room it is very outdated it’s literally falling apart. The next day there were homeless people outside the hotel parking lot. It might be cheap but not the best place to stay.

Breakfast was ok, average. Floor and chairs were sticky. Staff was really nice. I wish the hot tub had jets and the pool wasn't so cold. Room was clean and comfortable. Couldn't figure out how the TV worked or it was broken. Couldn't hear the neighbors.

Property is well maintained. Prices are good. Although saying you are going to charge guests to bring breakfast back to the room is totally unacceptable. If you have people living there that's on the management. I stay in a place that offers food. I should be able to ask my family member to bring me a muffin or fruit and they shouldn't be threatened with a charge to my room.

Good: working A/C, tv with plenty of channels, comfortable bed with clean sheets, very close to a interstate highway Bad: lumpy floor, dated decor, weak plumbing, no elevator, only way in is front door while other doors only out, breakfast section absolutely terrible, multiple signs saying can’t bring food out of breakfast room without paying a fee. Don’t stay here for multiple days, maybe just a overnight stay.

Upon arrival, there were several issues with the hotel room. The TV was broken, the hair dryer was burnt, the bathroom fan was insanely loud, paint was chipping, and there phone numbers written on the bathroom door.Additionally the sheets were not fitted properly for the bed so when they came off huge yellow stains on the mattress were revealed. Even the amenities were disappointing with no breakfast stocked at 8am and the hottub and sauna being broken/out of use

I had to as for a second key which I thought was weird when there were two adults and a child. There was no fan in the bathroom. The shower curtain was too short and decorative not waterproof. The ac only kinda worked. No privacy curtains in the window, only blackout curtains. So if we wanted to let light in, we would have no privacy. The tv didn’t work at all. The remote wasn’t in the room so I went to the desk to ask where it was or what and the guy gave me their remote for their tv…which didn’t turn on the tv.. Last but not least, the continental breakfast was a waffle maker, white bread, English muffins, cornflakes. And no non dairy options. Minimal breakfast.

The property is very old and needs some renovation badly. The rooms are very poorly equipped. When I asked a front desk clerk why my room did not have even one hanger (the rod was missing, too), they told me they didn’t know. Breakfast was just a joke: dry cereal, no milk, bread and butter, not even jam. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

For the price point its what i expected. We stayed in 319. They had a continental breakfast with make your own belgiun waffle and sausage, cereals, bread, apple juice, coffee. Check in staff as well as check out staff were pleasant and accomodating. Check out was smooth as we prepaid via expedia. Down parts = no elevators A bit worn Goodparts = Continental breakfast Friendly staff Quiet during our stay Comfortable pillows

No decaf coffee, no artificial sweeteners, the only hot food was sausage links & it was very undercooked, OJ should have been labeled lite orange drink. The parking lot was littered with beer cans & other trash. The fitness center was out of order. The bedspread had a cigarette burn hole in it, but the sheets & towels were clean. The room was clean, but it was obvious that they had just painted over stuff. The room wasn't stocked properly, but the desk clerk was 100% excellent & helpful. Also, the bathroom floor tile was loose & you had to walk carefully. The commode tank lid was from another toilet & wasn't even shaped to fit the toilet in the room. You could see down into the tank. Again, the bathroom was clean, but not stocked well.

I found the room to e clean and comfortable.. Only stayed one night. The downfall was the breakfast room. Lack of protein sources like eggs or yogurt. There were sauges though, and an empty space next to them where the eggs would go. No sign of an employee to clean or restock and things like syrup and margarine were running out.

A decent place. I did think it odd that the main entrance was the only non-emergency way in and out. Most places have side entrances that can be opened with a room key. The continental breakfast was ok. They have a waffle iron. The breakfast sausages were always cold. Management does not want food taken away from the breakfast room, a $10 fee per plate taken to-go is charged.
