Can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel without an elevator. Stay was fine, adequate for my needs. Only slight odor in the room. Free breakfast consisted of two cereal choices, white bread for toast, make your own waffles. Was hoping for an apple or banana.....Adequate.

Hotel is conveniently located off of Highway 97. Easy access to all roads leading to Klamath Falls and beyond. This is an older hotel with limited amenities. Breakfast was very basic and had very limited options. Room was what I expected for the price.

It's a Super 8 - nothing special about it. There is not an elevator and there are stairs to go down to the first floor rooms or up to the second floor rooms from the lobby, so it is not ADA accessible - just something to keep in mind! The breakfast was also very lacking and the hours are limited - only 6:30-8:30 - which is tough for some travelers, but you get what you pay for!

This is not a good property. It’s uncomfortable and dirty. We slept for a few hours and left. We didn’t use the shower as there was hair in it. The staff was friendly and did recommend a great place for dinner.

My room was clean. Bathroom was excellent condition. Staff was overly friendly love it not only was there an air conditioner, but there was also a heating which I loved and I didn’t travel with my pet, but it’s nice to know that you are pet friendly I will only stay at your location when driving to Oregon and back home.

There are both pros and cons to this Super8. Cons: The bathroom had not been cleaned (an open safety pin on the sink and multiple types of shoe prints on the tile floor was proof enough), the bed cover was smudged and dirty (not stained), and the blanket had cigarette burns and ash smudges as well. PROS However, the staff was nice and despite the building's proximity to the freeway, the hotel was very quiet and conveniently located.

The lobby area and hallways smell like cigarette . The room was dirty and beds uncomfortable. There were dead bugs on the window sill and a Cheeto in the floor. Looks like the room has not been vacuumed in a long time.

The most horrible experience they didn’t change the sheets of our beds (2 queen) were dirty with hair everywhere so disguising how can you come to sleep with you children in a place like that they didn’t have any more rooms so I ask for 2 clean sets of sheets and I change them my self. Then I went to brush my teeth and the bathroom was also dirty lots of black marks on the tub even hair in the sink overall a horrible experience.

So the one person working the front desk was kind, but everything else was terrible. Immediately when you walk in you’re greeted by an immense amount of cigarette smell that you also smell in your non smoking room. I guess if you’re a smoker no big deal but otherwise it will definitely feel like you left with second hand smoke. We only stayed 1 night as we had a feeling it was not going to be great and it was simply on the way to Sacramento passing through crater lake from the Portland area. Won’t ever stay here again, it was also a last minute decision. The bedding had mystery stains and dead ants as well as cigarette burns on the blanket. We literally slept with our shoes on and left promptly on check out day

The photos of this hotel must be a decade old. The rooms are not this cleanly or out together. The top blanket had stains. The middle blanket had holes. The carpet is frying. The room stinks of old cigarettes even though they say it’s non smoking. One bed frame seemed broken and the bed had visible sway. The other bed you could feel every spring. It is cheap for a reason. Not worth it even for how cheap it is.

The whole building needs to be fixed. Our door didn't close unless shoved close. Bathtub was so dirty we never used it. A/C loud and inefficient. Room reeked of Lysol. Carpet was ripped. Handle on cabinet had fallen off. Windows were dirty with fingerprints. Free breakfast was barely adequate. Most of us left hungry. Sounds passed through walls. The whole building was almost empty.

Very outdated. Bed very bouncy No toliet paper, soap, in room had to go ask for toilet paper. Looks like no one has been in that room in years thick layer of dust on dresser and by table. Tub had a old glued mat that was peeling up.

It has a 3 star rating on various websites, and that's probably accurate. One light (switch at the door) for the whole room; no plug in the bathroom sink; two useless blobs for pillows; hardly any bedcovers. On the plus side, the heater/cooler worked, so temp. was okay. And breakfast (otherwise useless) did have good orange juice.

Property was ok. Management was poor. After traveling for 14 hours I just wanted to go to bed, but instead I had to argue with the manager about them not having a room for me even though I had pre-paid. I eventually got a room, but not without a lot of stress. My room was never cleaned my entire stay. They did not have extra blankets or pillows. There was no elevator to the third floor so suitcases had to be drug up flights of steps.

Property was ok. Management was poor. Check in staff were great. Room was clean. Breakfast had very few selections compared to the Super 8 in Arcata. It was basically cereal, apples, bread or bagels plus coffee. Room could have used some glasses in the bathroom and a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

Not a bad stay overall. The property is a bit run down and has obvious signs of heavy usage over a long period of time. The staff was friendly and pleasant although the computer used to check in was down when I arrived so I had to wait. I've always said that it's a bad way to save money to have just one person on duty during the normal check-in hours. You end up with people standing there and waiting for a while when you could pay one more person for 5-6 hours a day to avoid that. I would say the price was good for the accommodations received though.

It’s a cheap motel so everything is as expected. But our car battery died when we were set to leave and the lobby receptionist came out and helped us jump start our car. She gets 5 stars for being a rockstar! And so helpful! She saved our day!

Waited a long time to check in because no one was around. Very dirty, we couldn’t even take a bat, the tub was so dirty. Floors filthy, 7 month old daughter found a large hard candy on the floor and had it in her mouth, lucky we were paying attention, she could have choked! Went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, after waiting ten minutes the attendant came back inside from smoking and told us they had no more pillows… worst hotel stay we have had in a long time. Very disappointed. Will never stay here again and will tell our friends to avoid.

Free breakfast. We entered at 8am. We had to ask for coffee, yogurt, cream cheese and the area was covered in spilt food. No one was attending to the room. The front desk lady was typing on her personal phone when I asked for help.

Not terribly new but in decent shape and while also a few miles from town it was super convenient and affordable as a rest stop heading north or south. Will definitely use it again on my next trip.

Hotel is conveniently located off of Highway 97. Easy access to all roads leading to Klamath Falls and beyond. This is an older hotel with limited amenities. Breakfast was very basic and had very limited options. Room was what I expected for the price.

No shampoo had to ask for some Breakfast included but no coffee, no cups, no hot water, waffle grill not working nor cleaned from previous use. Therefore had to get breakfast elsewhere. No glasses or cups in room. On checkin stated free coffee but there was none. Do not plan on staying at this hotel in future.

Check in staff were great. Room was clean. Breakfast had very few selections compared to the Super 8 in Arcata. It was basically cereal, apples, bread or bagels plus coffee. Room could have used some glasses in the bathroom and a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

The whole building needs to be fixed. Our door didn't close unless shoved close. Bathtub was so dirty we never used it. A/C loud and inefficient. Room reeked of Lysol. Carpet was ripped. Handle on cabinet had fallen off. Windows were dirty with fingerprints. Free breakfast was barely adequate. Most of us left hungry. Sounds passed through walls. The whole building was almost empty.

I will not stay here again. The room was clean bed comfortable. Breakfast is supposed to be at 6:30, the waffle iron was warm, but there was no batter. No muffins or anything besides bread was available. Cereal was basically the only options. No fruit either. They require a 200 dollar deposit on a prepaid room. It was refunded to my card in the morning. There was no remote control for the TV. When I let the clerk know at the counter he got one and programed for what he thought the TV would be. It was wrong, so I had to go back to get it programed properly. The price was reasonable. The room provided for our needs. Beware there are stairs going down to the main floor.

Everything was good, people were noisy coming in between 10 & 11, otherwise quiet. Breakfast was cereal, toast, bagels, or frozen waffles with coffee or orange juice. Coffee was awful, no coffee pot in room, nice frig & microwave.

Beds were mediocre at best, but the real problem was the "included breakfast." I do not consider waffles, with fake butter and NO MAPLE SYRUP, and frosted flakes or raisin bran to be a breakfast worthy of advertising as a "free breakfast included. No yogurt, no fruit, no maple syrup. Not much of anything, except a convenience store next door.

It's a Super 8 - nothing special about it. There is not an elevator and there are stairs to go down to the first floor rooms or up to the second floor rooms from the lobby, so it is not ADA accessible - just something to keep in mind! The breakfast was also very lacking and the hours are limited - only 6:30-8:30 - which is tough for some travelers, but you get what you pay for!

This hotel is in need of serious upgrades. The furniture in the room was worn down, scratched, and faded; the window was old; the tub had been painted white in spots to cover up damage and it looked horrible. Also, the toilet is so small and low to the ground anyone with mobility issues or bad knees would struggle to use it. The bathroom fan, though it did come on when we turned on the bathroom lights, was useless. The room filled with steam and made the whole hotel room stuffy, warm, and humid. "Breakfast" was hardly that; there were waffles, which was its saving grace, but otherwise there were two yogurts and cold cereal in tiny dispensers which were half gone. There were no forks, and the spoons were tiny, long-handled ice cream spoons, terrible for eating cereal. The laundry room door was open the entire time we were there, which seemed odd to me. On the positive side, the building was fairly clean. It didn't FEEL clean because everything was so run-down and smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but it was definitely clean. The front desk worker (who was there for both check-in and check-out) was friendly and professional, and answered all of our questions cheerfully.

[Antagonist]: “Surely, the Motel staff are not aware of this problem!” It makes No Difference: the Housekeeping Staff needs to Report these issues to the Office — regardless… otherwise, they could lose their jobs! When I got to my room the deadbolt was engaged leaving the door propped open. Multiple rooms on the floor were in the same condition. I do not enjoy going into an unsecured room while traveling. Other than that, the hotel is what you would expect for the price point, a little run down but functional.

This was the worst Super 8 I stayed in room 111. I have ever stayed at, bar none. The exterior was filthy. There were stray cats everywhere. There was trash all along the perimeter. The room stunk to high heaven. Smelled like a cat box. I went to Walmart and bought air fresheners and spray. The tub had black dirty rings in it. The chair was so stained we covered it with a plastic bag before sitting on. There was enough toilet paper for 2 uses. There was one towel and one washcloth. Luckily we had some tissue and our own pillows. I will attach some pictures. The dog wasn’t even willing to stay. If we would have had a choice we would have left.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room however was mediocre at best. The tub in the shower bowed when you stepped in. (We weight 240-250lbs each. We have never had a tub bow under a single person in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at.) Blankets were torn and stained. No glass plate in the microwave, just the track for it to sit on. One bath towel in the room. The air conditioner was the best feature in this hotel.
