Room floor was so dirty on check in that I called to have it cleaned . Staff informed me that they don’t have 24 hour housekeeping (it was 6pm). Linens were clean and beds were comfy. However, cleanliness is a basement level expectation- as sch I would not stay here again.

The stay was nice with a few exceptions. I spoke to the front desk today about the food poisoning I experienced after eating at the onsite lounge last night, I was told a manager would be reaching out and so far nothing. I expect a full refund for the meal, and hope the manager will do due diligence with the kitchen to ensure no one else has to go through what I am. Additionally, the server last night was terrible. Final piece, I reported the hot tub was cloudy and had a bad odor, I was told the maintenance person was alerted and I would be called when the hot tub was checked and ready for use. No one called, and when I checked back with the front desk, they said it was being taken care of and I would be called on my cell phone, as I also discovered the room phone did not work. No one called. I also had to fish band aids out of the pool. The GM for Marriott reached out after I shared my experience, and said he would call and so far has just made excuses via email. Honestly, when you spend the money to stay at a nice hotel, the expectation is the service will be there. I would not stay here again.
