Dirty floor. door had gaps around it. A/C was off when I arrived at 930 (100 degree day) at night and it took until the early morning hours to be cooled, about the time I left it got cooled down. hole in the wall. the face plate where the A/C was plugged in was missing. The bathtub drain was just a hole no grate. The sheets and towels were clean. So that is a plus.

Staff was nice. Room, you got what you paid for. No microwave, no refrigerator, but if you wanted to "Up Grade" more money you can have those 2. Not enough towels for 2 people.. Only 2 pillows. Fan in bathroom was way noisy and came on by it self.

Made reservation month in advance got a room with no refrigerator or microwave but was available for an upgrade cost. TV was stuck on volume 1 and would not go up. Have stayed here 4 times and never had an issue. Really went down hill

We stay for Pendleton Whiskey Fest. They hike the rates for events like this and charge astronomical amounts of money. The room was literally just a room. The beds looked to be on pallets or some sort of homemade base from scrap wood. The bathroom only had a partial light. No tv. There was a microwave and refrigerator which we didn't use, except as a clock as there wasn't one. Very sketchy neighborhood. Customer service gal I dealt with was very nice. Would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Okay for a cheap stay, but you get what you pay for. No mini fridge, floor and walls were dirty, bed was uncomfortable, but it could be worse. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, so it filled with steam from the shower.

Someone pee’d all over our new room’s bathroom floor. The night manager told us we did it and she would give us a towel to clean it up. We asked for another room and she said no. We could wipe it up or leave. We left. It’s no wonder they have such a a low rating. We moved to the one east on the next exit. Great place and great people. Do not use the motel 6 west in Pendleton. Go to the east one.

They took 5 minutes to come out for us to even check in. We get checked in and there was easily 50 bugs in my friends from and at least 15 in my room. We told them about it and they handed us a broom. They need to exterminate this. That was disgusting. They said we have to deal with it. No different room and no refund. Worst experience ever with Motel 6. I will never stay there again. The ceiling is about to cave in on the 2nd floor. Lady up front was extremely rude! Most uncomfortable bed for 125 a Piece for a one queen bed room. Ridiculous! You should not even advertise them on this site! Makes me want to use a different site next time!

the room looked like it wasnt even swept, there were dead bugs dried in corners of the room and on the floor. there were even two big drops of what looked like blood, one by the window and the other in the bathroom. the mat in the shower was questionable so we didnt even use the mat. the bed seemed clean, but there were only two pillows and they were extremely flat. the bed felt as solid as sleeping on the floor. next time i will just pay more for a better motel to avoid these kind of conditions.

I successfully booked a room and when we arrived after driving hours they inform me that they canceled our reservation and tried to call me all day and that was not the case! She dialed a number behind the counter that went straight to VM which wasnt my voice msg and said see! My phone was facing her and never wrang. There was an event in town that day and hotels were sold out. The hotel up the road was able to accommodate us for the night. This hotel is in a bad part of town and was very run down we do not recommend and took it as a god send to have to find another.

If you need a place to lay your head and don’t want to spend a lot, this place will meet that need. Unfortunately, the condition of the room wasn’t the greatest. The towel bar was coming off the wall, the mattresses were not the most comfortable, and the in room shampoo was empty. The towels were minimally stocked. You can tell some effort is being made to improve the property but, some work needs to be done. The best part of our stay was how friendly the staff was.

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. The bathroom light where a heat lamp should have been had the wiring and no lamp. The room blew a fuse when we only had one light on and I tried to blow dry my hair. The staff fixed the breaker but it blew again.

Only stayed for one night, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. It is an older hotel with older fixtures, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again. I have spent more money for a newer hotel with modern conveniences and did not sleep near as well.

The check in girl was very nice. The room was okay it was clean but it was very dark. The beds were comfy and my grandson enjoyed the tv. But the overall mood of the room was dark. Not enough towels.

My stay didn't happen. When I got there with my reservation # I was told that something was wrong with the booking sites and that they were overbooked and they didn't have any more rooms.. So I moved on and I was able to book a room in Ontario with a different company...@ 1:30 AM... They told me to call the booking company to get my 💰 net refunded...

Someone pee’d all over our new room’s bathroom floor. The night manager told us we did it and she would give us a towel to clean it up. We asked for another room and she said no. We could wipe it up or leave. We left. It’s no wonder they have such a a low rating. We moved to the one east on the next exit. Great place and great people. Do not use the motel 6 west in Pendleton. Go to the east one.

Motel is convenient for easy off and on I-84. There are several dine in and fast food restaurants nearby. I made a reservation via Expedia. When we arrived, there was no one at reception. No bell to ring. After 7-8 minutes, I went to get my phone from the car to call the number for the Manager that was on a card at reception, because I didn\'t know what was going on. I was explaining this to my husband and a young woman walked up behind me and said "I\'m right here." She goes in the staff door, and then comes out behind the reception desk. No hello, no welcome or how can I help you. Just "What do you need?" I provided my Expedia confirmation info, and she said "I don\'t have a reservation for you." So, I said "Should I call Expedia"? And she replied "I\'m not going to give you a room based on talking to someone on the phone." So, I asked her what I could do to help. She then said she was going to check the other computer. While she was gone, I called Expedia. I asked if they had forwarded the reservation, and the Expedia agent said everything on the reservation looked fine. I had prepaid Expedia. About 5 minutes later she comes back. She is complaining about the systems not working. Then she says "I need your ID." So, I said "Please" and handed her ID. She then said "I said please three times." Which she had not. She then said "I don\'t even know if I have this room available." Seriously needs customer service training or a new line of work.

The check in girl was very nice. The room was okay it was clean but it was very dark. The beds were comfy and my grandson enjoyed the tv. But the overall mood of the room was dark. Not enough towels.

We stay for Pendleton Whiskey Fest. They hike the rates for events like this and charge astronomical amounts of money. The room was literally just a room. The beds looked to be on pallets or some sort of homemade base from scrap wood. The bathroom only had a partial light. No tv. There was a microwave and refrigerator which we didn't use, except as a clock as there wasn't one. Very sketchy neighborhood. Customer service gal I dealt with was very nice. Would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Nice basic motel, no frills but clean and we were comfortable. Be aware they charge a $60 deposit- although by the time it cleared our bank it was already refunded. We miss having the Dennys close by since it closed.

Walked up to the door it looked sketchy shut the door and could still see outside through parts that didn't seal properly. I then walked in to the room being at least 80°+(enough to start all of us sweating at 11pm). I then go to turn ac on and notice an entire window seal full of dead bugs. I started looking around and even more dead bugs scattered throughout the room. The towels were stained, looked unwashed, had hairs sticking out of them, and the bedding had random hairs as well as the pillow. When taking a shower the towel I laid out on the floor was empty but getting out another dead bug was there. Overall my family won't ever go there again was not worth the rate paid for this room.
