The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 across the board is because none of the outlets near the bed worked. The plug wouldn’t stay in. As someone who uses a cpap every night I really need plugs that work

My son and I stayed here for one night and it was amazing. Bobbie and Renee were super helpful and went out of their way to help us. The room was clean as well as the hotel. We were unable to stay for breakfast due to us leaving super early in the morning, but I’m sure that would’ve been good too. We just want to thank Bobby and Renée so much for all their help and everything they do.

Thought I had a late checkout set up. There was a miscommunication and they seriously harassed me and then charged my parent $25 after I told them I was getting my stuff ready to go. Thinking I had til 1 and they started calling and knocking and harasssing my every 2 minutes as I was trying to get my stuff together and get ready. I was thinking we the top even when I said I was getting out of there to, just give me a minute to put my teeth in. But no. Every 2 minutes, knocking or calling which made it harder to get my stuff together. Totally rude and won’t stay there again if you paid me. 600 to be harassed Nope not again

We stayed at a Best Western for the second time on this trip - both had no elevator and both times we were put on the 2nd floor - we’re on a long trip and have lots of luggage, and we’re seniors, so this was difficult for us. Also the shower water pressure was very low and there were kids running and screaming in the hall after midnight. Breakfast was good and the employee who checked us in was helpful.
