The hotel is in a convenient area with a lot of businesses near by. They’re kind staff and good rates. My room clearly used to be a smoking room. When I would shower it would begin to smell like cigarette smoke and yellow/brown droplets formed on the ceiling.

there was a huge patch of mold in the shower on the underside of the soap dish, and the toilet seat had like scratches...but the thing that really bothered me were the stains on the walls. just weird and gross. the staff were all great and the location and price worked so that was that.

We were welcomed to swarms of flies in the lobby and in the hallways. Nothing in our room worked and were told we needed to plug it in to work. The bathroom door had no lock, the beds are full of hair, the lights are covered in dirt, the furniture has carvings in it, the bathrooms are dirty. I don’t know why anyone would waste their money here willingly. I know we never will again.its the kind of place you count down the minutes until morning and leave as soon as possible

The property is in a good location, conveniently located right off of I-5. Has a shopping center right across the street with a Target and a gas station directly across the street. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was very quick. The building was clean and seemed safe. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and basic, which is was we were looking for. There were other options in the area that were easily twice or three times as much in price, but we just needed a place to sleep for the night and this did the job. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked into our room late in the evening and were looking forward to going to sleep soon after check in. Unfortunately we found 2 dead bugs on the floor, I think they were cockroaches. When turning back our bed covers, we found multiple long black hairs and a stained sheet, the bed sheets were obviously not changed over/cleaned. Fortunately we were able to change to a different room that was clean and the front desk gal was nice about finding us a new room.

The place was filthy. Mattress pad had blood on it. There were blood spatters on the bathroom wall. Furniture was broken and covered in grime. Bathroom hardware was all rusty. Wreaked of cigarette smoke, even though it was no smoking. Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend!

Very convenient location. Quick on and off highway with a huge mall (with food) across the street. It is an older facility and dated. Beds were comfortable enough but not luxurious. It was worth the price if you are on a budget.

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly, kind, & professional!!! The room was obviously outdated. No coffee pot, no hair dryer, not even a comfortable chair to sit on. It felt STRIPPED to the bare necessities!! The bed felt like a metal cot with a very poor mattress. The room was very clean.

Noisiest place ever. We were near the back door and people were going in and out ALL NIGHT LONG and the door constantly slammed. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The room has ants. We made sure the dog dishes were always picked up. The beds are worn out, noisy, gross, and extremely uncomfortable. It wouldn’t kill the business to do a bit of upgrading. There were people who looked like they were living near the dumpster. It was concerning because part of the time, the back door was kept opened some of the time.

Best motel for the money in the greater Portland area hands down. Noisy neighbors seem pretty common. Clean rooms and nice bath tubs. Make sure your motel room isn't near the side door entrances or elevator. Those doors slam hard all night and can be heard all through the building. Overall a great place to stay

The rooms seem clean, but they are very dated. Also it gives you a sketchy vibe. Front desk girl was easy enough to work with, a marijuana odor coming from the cleaning staff area. All in all the very poor experience.

I have to say with all of the problems, the staff was helpful and responsive. The walls are paper, thin and you can hear everything going on in rooms above and adjacent. There was a loud guest sitting in the hallway for an hour and a half talking loudly on his cell phone but when I complained, the staff took care of it. There was no shampoo or conditioner, and the shower curtain was thin and clung to your body because it was so thin it was uncomfortable. The decor looked like it was purchased from a yard sale. The bed was very uncomfortable. The vending machine was broken and I couldn’t get water other than from the sink in the bathroom. The TV lost connection somehow by touching the wrong button on the remote, but the staff was very helpful in getting it reconnected after I worked on it for a while. I didn’t sleep at all.

I have stayed here many times and really liked it. But this time I had a 2 night reservation which was prepaid and I called to say I wouldn't make it in for the 1st night night but to please hold the reservation for me for the second night. When I went to check in they had cancelled my whole reservation and I had to pay out of pocket for the 2nd night and now I am having trouble getting reimbursed for the cancelled prepaid reservation. Not good customer service especially for someone who stays at your hotel often and has really liked it.

I have stayed here many times and really liked it. Because I no longer have a car it was very walkable for me and I chose it because I go to target and Costco and Petsmart quite a bit and they're all in the same shopping strip hall

It was a one night stay. In general the room, amenities, breakfast was all good specially the hot breakfast. My only concern was that the hotel is having some renovations hence you can understand that things would be bit untidy but not a major concern.

it was located directly off the highway, yet far enough back to be protected from the traffic noise! it is a clean, safe place to stay. eating accommodation are close by.

Very basic accomodations. Shopping Center across the street for easy access to stores & restaurants. Easy on/off I-5 access. Has laundry facilities. No in room coffee.

The sheets and towels had loose hairs. I doubt the sheets were washed or changed. I was so tired that I had to just put on as many clothes as possible to shield my body and pass out. I left as early as possible to get back on the road, but worst nights sleep in a long time.

Much better than I expected. Clean room, laminate flooring, fridg and microwave. Pets allowed at no extra fee.

The hotel was basic. Reasonably clean and maintained for the price. What didn't work for me was the lack of electrical outlets to charge my phone, there was no coffee maker in the room, and there was no blow dryer in the bathroom.

This hotel looks nice from the photos but in reality its run down. The airconditioner in our room did not work and the hotel was fully booked so we could not be moved to another room. We ran into several other guests who told us the air conditioners in their rooms did not work either. The common areas and hallways had dirty carpet and smelled. There was trash all over the parking lot.
