I chose this facility because it advertised there was a gym. I need to exercise on a treadmill, in particular, to help ease pain in my back upon awakening. They didn’t have a treadmill. They did have a recumbent bicycle & an elliptical machine that did not work. Plus, I didn’t know about the extra fees for dogs. Without the exercise my road trip is very uncomfortable. I reported it but still not fixed before I left. However, the room was comfortable.

The breakfasts is always bad. The eggs taste like they were cooked in a microwave and the bacon too. It’s the same breakfast every morning. The gym equipment doesn’t work and the internet is horrible. Staff is really friendly, rooms were clean and parking was okay if you get there earlier enough.

I stayed there pm Dec 19th & reported to the front desk that the equipment did not work. I need to exercise in the mornings because my back needs to stretch and unwind. I made reservations (months ago bc of Xmas) to stay there on Dec 27--on my way back home to WA state. The equipment was still not fixed. They don't seem to care. I will never stay there again & will tell a friend about my experience.

Check in was quick and easy. Person at front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. The hallways were clean. The elevator was slow, but also clean. The breakfast the hotel provides free was appreciated and not bad. Bacon, sausage, egg cereal, waffles, toast, some fresh fruit, yoghurt etc. The breakfast room was clean. The breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. which always feels a bit rushed I think while one is vacationing. 9:30 or 10:00 seems a bit more gracious for folks travelling I think. The property had a laundry. I appreciated being able to wash some clothes while being on the road. The proximity to a very large outlet mall was nice. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. We felt safe walking. Access to I-5 and other more scenic routes are easy to navigate to. All in all it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

Most aspects of stay were fine. Wanted to swim in pool because temperatures in the 90s, but spent half an hour skimming crud off the surface and then decided the cloudy water didn't look appealing anyway. Room was good. Breakfast standard but decent.

The coffee maker was broken (room 303). The pool not very clean, no clean towels on the table, the gate was swinging open because there’s no latch I assumed. Other than this, the room was very nice and clean.

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. Absolutely the WORST hotel experience. I have ever had. Upon entering the room was the overwhelming smell of industrial cleaners/chemicals. The carpet was NOT vacuumed. There was a pill, piece of candy, all kinds of stuff on the carpet and on the floor in the bathroom. Tons of black hair on the bathroom floor. Candy wrapper on the bathroom floor. Empty Kleenex box. Very old hotel that is NOT being kept up. I requested a room change but nothing available. Front desk person offered to vacuum but could not find a vacuum. NO vacuum in a hotel?? Offered me two free bottles of water and granola bar. After a couple hours of that chemical smell irritating my eyes and throat I went out in my car with my small dog to sleep. If it was bothering me that much it was worse for my dog. Finally left to look for coffee somewhere at 5 am. Couldn't wait to get home and wash every piece of clothing I had with me. I should have been offered at least a partial refund but nothing but water and a snack. It was a totally horrible experience.

Room was clean and in nice condition. Staff was friendly. Hubby states the elevator shaft needs cleaning. Hot breakfast was pretty good, eggs were so-so but waffles were wonderful.

My room smelled like old stale beer and cigs. We also had a lovely colony of ants kept us company. The ants were a problem for the other people in my group that stayed in other rooms in the hotel. It’s cheap and I would not choose to stay here again, if it’s my choice.

Tried to check in at 430, went up to the room, and the door had been kicked in and would no longer shut or lock. We couldn't get another room as they were fully booked and we had to find something to do with ourselves until 930 when maintenence fixed the door so it would lock.

The room was quite small. The bathroom was a little dilapidated and tiny. Other than that, the beds were comfortable the space was clean and they did given amenities. The room was so small we could not accommodate a rollaway

The price was great for a comfy bed, clean room and average breakfast. It was noisy on the freeway side so I recommend asking for a room on the other side of the building. Don't know if they will honor it.

Bed was new and excellent. Sheets were excellent. Pillow options (soft to hard) were excellent. Decor was modern. Bathtub in room is a plus, however the water temperature wasn't very hot and the flow restrictor on the shower head is unfortunate, but better than a dribble.

Our stay was fine, but housekeeping kept trying to enter our room, even with the do not disturb sign up. It started about 8:30 am. 3 different times, and check out is at 11:00. It was very irritating, really disturbed our sleep!

3 hours into my trip, I realized I hadn’t booked a hotel for the night. I quickly booked at La Quinta in Woodburn OR. I arrived at 11:20pm; the concierge warmly greeted me and provided excellent service at such a late hour. I was so tired from working all day and driving so long that I was truly grateful for his kindness. I feared that my room would be inadequate due to my last minute reservation but it was the contrary - the room was comfortable, clean and quiet, all amenities were as advertised. I enjoyed a quick bit filling breakfast and chased it down with good coffee. I will be choosing La Quinta as my hotel of choice!

The property was fine, not great and not terrible, a little worn and the area around seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have problems but had we known about the location we would have chosen a different place. Lastly, the check in staff was unfriendly.

It was as a good value for us. We had kids so needed 3 rooms. Our room was as clean. Our phone in our room didn’t work so I had to cannot the front desk on my cellphone. When I mentioned the phone the gentleman completely ignored the information. I called regarding how to use the wi-Fi. He said it would be easier to come down to the front desk and he would do it for me because it was hard to explain over the phone. Since I wam wearing a walking boot my husband went and didn’t know how to show me because the gentleman at the desk had done it. Maybe explain the Wi-Fi upon checking in to make it mor convenient for guests. Other then that no complaints, the free breakfast offered plenty of options!

Great customer service. We arrived late to our booking and Ismael at the front desk was very kind and polite. He helped us out so much . He has great customer service and the all the staff are very friendly. This is our favorite hotel to stay at we come here once a year and we always look forward to staying here. Shout out to Ismael you are the best!

The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a good stay, close to everything. I’d definitely stay there again.

Everything was great and the people were very gracious. However the La Quinta sign is only visable from the freeway, making the hotel very hard to find. We went in circles for quite some time before finding the entrance. Additional signage guiding people to the hotel, and at the entrance of the hotel are needed.

Hotel is right off the 5 Freeway. Close enough to walk to restaurants and outlet shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was excellent. Not a 5 Star Hotel, but for what you get, you can't beat the price. Cheers and travel on!

The price was great for a comfy bed, clean room and average breakfast. It was noisy on the freeway side so I recommend asking for a room on the other side of the building. Don't know if they will honor it.

The breakfasts is always bad. The eggs taste like they were cooked in a microwave and the bacon too. It’s the same breakfast every morning. The gym equipment doesn’t work and the internet is horrible. Staff is really friendly, rooms were clean and parking was okay if you get there earlier enough.

Pros: Shopping and eating is walking distance. That was a huge plus! Quiet area, close to freeway. Breakfast is good (see cons on this below). Cons: Breakfast was good (buffet style- waffles, eggs, sausage, etc). But weekends it’s supposed to go until 10am and food was out by 9am. Front desk asked staff to supply more food and the person had a huge attitude and only gave a little bit of waffle batter and left the room. My family as well as others had to go without breakfast although hours were to end by 10am. This property needs a huge remodel. Our room was so stuffy and dusty. It’s a non smoking facility. But our room smelled as if it was once a smoking room. The air conditioning blew lukewarm air and opening the window didn’t help. Carpets are old and seem to not have been cleaned in awhile. The couch in our room was old and stained. Couch bed was warn and dirty. Walls are dingy and yellow. It was uncomfortable and dirty. This is not to blame the cleaning staff, they do what they can with what they have, property owners need to make this hotel better. I will never stay here or recommend this location to anyone.

Room was clean and in nice condition. Staff was friendly. Hubby states the elevator shaft needs cleaning. Hot breakfast was pretty good, eggs were so-so but waffles were wonderful.

The elevator was broken so we had to carry suitcase down stairs. Thankfully, the staircase was short and the lobby was on the 2nd floor so all guests needed to go up or down a max of 1 short flight. Stuff happens and the staff was working to resolve. Otherwise, our stay was very nice. Typical hotel breakfast with variety.

Our room smelled really moldy and the shower was dirty and also the bedding was stained and had hairs in it. Also there were cobwebs. We actually thought about leaving and giving up the 2nd night because my daughter was getting headaches from the mold smell. I am a non confrontational person, so unfortunately I didn't give them an opportunity to make things right. I have been in better hotels for half the price.

Outside entry door was broken making it so that I had to walk all the way round to the check in area to get back in. I’d requested easy access due to knee and back problems. Repeatedly having to use multiple sets of stairs was very painful. Staff were wonderful. Friendly and happy.
