Awful hotel. Dirty. While front desk staff was nice, the bartender was a disgrace. Refused to allow patrons to change the channel on the tv and the bar / restaurant was cash only without the ability to charge to your room. Breakfast was bad as well. Embarrassing.

Fitness center: 5 gallon water was empty, air conditioning didn’t work. 1 of 2 elliptical were down and the cable weight machine didn’t work. Room: water from spigot sprayed . Breakfast: pretty good but on keto we could only have the eggs and bacon. The eggs were some sort of egg substitute.

Extremely clean inside our room and throughout the building. A very nice breakfast was served with a lot of variety of food and drinks including different juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, etc. It was nice to have a bar/lounge right in the building. I would definitely recommend and we will stay there again when in the area. Also I would like to note that all of the staff were very friendly and helpful .

The hotel was very clean (a little dated) and the breakfast was great. Safe location. Hotel staff was so helpful. Parking is easy with plenty of spots. Can’t ask for more (and not break the bank) when passing through the area. For a 2-3 star hotel, I give it a 5 out of 5.

We checked in - given room on first floor. There was no soap by the sink, nor in the shower area. It was late and We were tired so I got out a soap we had bright for our trip. We noticed black mold under the toilet rim. I had to use a cloth to clean it. I left a note explaining these things for the maids. If it was earlier we would have asked for a different room.

Only lukewarm water on the fifth floor. Not warm eenough to take shower, microwave did not work, Had to flush the toilet twice for paper to go down. I expect base line service at a hotel . I did report the problem and requested a change of floors none of which was accommodated

Room was very clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good. Hotel staff were very nice and did a good job keeping food going during breakfast and keeping things clean and tidy. The heat worked well in the room and it was very comfortable. The bathroom had flickering lights but not the end of the world. There were a few things that looked like it should have been in a cheap shabby hotel and not a comfort inn, such as the toilet was not flush with the wall and you could see behind it. They hadn't hired a good maintenance person to fix things, but the overall experience was good and I would go there again. Oh, Wi-Fi barely worked and they didn't have streaming platforms available on the TV. If you don't need those amenities you'll be fine.

Hotel is nice. Great breakfast included. Bed was very hard and slept maybe 2 hours and got up with a screaming back ache. Then the slamming of doors started at 6am that actually shake the bed and that happened at least 6 times with kids running back and forth at that time in the hallway laughing and chasing each other. Cleanliness A+.

The location worked great for my long distance drive which was divided over two days. Comfortable bed and clean room. The water pressure in the sink and certainly the shower was the weakest I have ever experienced. Fortunately my hair is very short and rinsing out shampoo was not an issue.

I recently stayed one night at the Comfort Inn after visiting Dorney Park. I checked in around 9:30pm and staff was quick and somewhat friendly, but informative. I had room 501 and they honored my request for a higher floor. The room was a great value, I booked a non-refundable rate a week prior to my visit as I had changed travel plans for a week long trip. I had a regular king room and in the past have only had the Jetted tub rooms here but they were sold out. My room was large, comfortable, and clean, with no significant issues. There were some areas of patches/paint and the area where bathroom counter met wall was looking rough/detached/damaged. Also the toilet seemed to be missing some bolts but was sturdy. Everything else was fine in the room, bed was comfortable, and plenty of pillows! Good water pressure too! Breakfast was great, many options, everything tasted delicious, and they had BACON! Lots of it which was great! Last time I stayed in June they only had sausage which I don't care for. The breakfast lady was in a tizzy about my friend though, who made a waffle and put bacon in it, on the iron, inspired by Hash Hash A Go Go restaurant, as she shrieked it would catch fire, although it did not, and came out great! She didn't seem too pleased with his creativity! I like how everything is in it's own wrapper so other's hands aren't on your food or utensils. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to others, great breakfast, value, and large rooms!

The property seemed past its prime HOWEVER the employees were so very nice and the hotel was older but clean. I will even say our room smelled really nice, which was a pleasant surprise.

The room was not clean and definitely has not been updated in a very long time. Holes in the walls, trim pieces missing, years of crud built up on the walls and in the corners. The front desk staff were just going through the motions when checking in and out. The tv/remote did not work. The air conditioner would only run on the fan setting. The ice machine was broken. The room was dirty, dingy, muggy and overall gross.

This place has a higher rating than it should. It's an old beat-up building. Our bathroom floor was sticky and there were a people hanging around outside yelling about alcohol which woke us up a few times. Bed was great though. Breakfast was nice.
