Q The pool was out of service and the kitchen for breakfast also had no coffee and for breakfast only bread, juice, cereal and yogurt.

Parking was plentiful.

The pool was warm however EXTREMELY DIRTY. Smelled like pee. Very cloudy. Lots of debris. At least there was a shower to get the slime off afterwards. Although there were never any towels. The breakfast was some of the WORST I've ever had at a hotel. I had to start bringing my own down every morning. The service was terrible. Never anyone at the service counter to help with anything. I asked for a clean towel once because my daughter spilled some juice at breakfast and the woman tried to hand me a disgusting rag from a dirty sink. No thanks. Another woman gave me attitude for using the GUEST LAUNDRY because they were using it for their towels. You realize it's guest laundry and you need to use your own machines. No cups for coffee either. A lot of difficulty getting extra sheets or towels. The room was okay but air flow wasn't great and got very stuffy and humid in the room. Toilet didn't flush well so I had to buy my own plunger to keep things working.

It was quiet at a certain time… late at night too much noise after 10:30 pm. Ice machines did not work.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Pool was closed 3 out of our 5 day stay.

Loved the heated saltwater pool! Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

After a long day of lacrosse games, it was great to be greated as soon as we we walked in, having washing machines and dryers available and a comfortable room to call home for the night.

The property was easy to find and parking was not an issue. Staff was there to greet us and offer assistance. The property however was disgusting. The room was dirty and the refrigerator smelled like old food. There was mold over the vent in the shower. You could not see the pool bottom nor were there any towels provided. The fitness area did not provide any sanitizer and there were no towels or water.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed while staying, good wifi, comfortable bed, good selection of TV stations, refrigerator, and a good chair to sit in. It is an older hotel, but everything was in good condition. The only negative I had was the hot water. The water never got very hot. It wasn't cold, but I would have liked it to be hotter than it was.

Not good!! My check in was for 3pm i didnt get to check into my room with my children till 440pm for housekeeping to clean up.!!! Very upseting.. There was still hair on my bathroom floor and my room didnt smell clean at all!. I will not return!.

When I arrived not only did both my rooms I booked had bugs but when asked to change rooms the second room was in way worse condition than the first changing the room did not accommodate me

Bathroom drains were slow, old soap still in shower, garbage still in can from a previous stay.

I liked the gym and salt water pool option even though we didn't get a chance to use it. I didn't like a booming humming noise the ac made in our room. Also the tv wasn't working and even though they sent"maintenance" it still was not matching the channels on the guide. The person who checked us in charged us an extra $ 71 and the person who checked us out didn't realized it either. We had to come back after I looked over our bank charges on my phone. Breakfast was extremely low quality.

Noted as a 4 star hotel. 2 star. Put on ground floor, curtain didn’t close completely over white curtain. So didn’t feel comfortable changing in the room. Changed in the bathroom. Street light shining in at night. Bed was comfortable. Advertised as including breakfast, but did not. Staff friendly and efficient.

Rooms did not look as advertised. Rooms are a bit run down and dirty. Exstreamly loud. You can hear everything in thr hallway and people screaming down the halls in the middle of the night. Would not stay at this location again. The staff was nice and they had a decent breakfeast.

Clean. But the rooms on the side of the highways are loud through the night. Lots of truck travel. Ask for a room opposite the highway. Really nice front desk folks!

So I stood at the check-in desk for quite awhile before the staff person rushed in from the back door, bringing the odor of marijuana with her. The area behind the desk had rags and a bucket on the floor, and general junk. It looked trashy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and linens were comfortable. There were just two bath towels, which seemed cheap. And there was not a single garbage can in our suite. The hotel needs some serious updating if you’re going to charge $179.00 for one night.

Beds and pillows were very comfy. Had the best sleep at a hotel

There was dust in the room and it smelled like old smoke.

Located in a business park / industrial area. Overall impression was worn and shabby. The vinyl upholstery on the chair in my room was torn, worn through, should have been replaced long ago. When I entered the room upon check-in, I was hit by a blast of hot air. The heat had been left running on "high" by someone all day, and it was 90 F. I called the front desk. She said they shouldn't have left it like that, someone should have turned it down. Advised me to turn on the A/C and "it'll cool off." The Guest Book in the room gives great advice about how to stay safe in a motel. Signs in guest parking make it clear thay are not liable for damage or theft. I made 3 trips to my vehicle, to be sure nothing of value was left in it overnight. Staff were reasonably pleasant, but I would not stay there again.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and received excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is well stocked. Plenty to choose from. The front desk staff are always friendly.

The lady that checked us in was AMAZING and SO NICE~

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful—not welcoming at all. To make things worse, there was no running water when I checked in. No explanation, no apology. The next morning, I had an important interview and woke up early to get ready, only to find there was still no hot water. I had no choice but to take a freezing cold shower. It was incredibly uncomfortable and stressful before such an important day. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Basic hospitality and courtesy were clearly lacking.

Water damage and peeling ceiling in bathroom, lumpy beds, breakfast bar was very untidy and slim pickens, door to the room had light from the hallway shining through on both sides, my husband requested a few towels and soap, he was told they would bring them up even though he was at the desk and offered to do it, they never brought them and when he called they said sorry they forgot and he went down to pick them up. Overall very disappointing and we will not use this facility again.

Check in was a breeze. Staff extremely courteous.

The front desk staff is amazing

We arrived about 5pm on a Friday and with several events in town, including the 3 day car show I was attending and the had 1 check in representative, waited over an hour in line to check in. Tub drain was extremely slow so you stood in a puddle of water while you showered. The bathroom has no exhaust vent so when you got out of the shower everything was damp and the light fixture has a broken cover.

After a few years of many hotel stays, I’ve found that the friendliness and kindness of the front desk staff can make or break a stay. This hotel earned 5 stars from me on that basis. The value for money spent was excellent, but the diligence and kindness of staff was where the real value came through.

Place was clean and easily accessible, however breakfast was a nightmare, they advertise “continental breakfast “ but what they have is a waffle maker (yes you have to make it yourself) 2 containers with cereal, and mini muffins, 2 pitchers of juice one with orange juice and apple juice. That’s all!. Staff were horrible, there’s a young lady that walked around the place, cleaning and filling up the things that had a piss off expression every time. Not a good experience, will not be returning

Stay at the Allentown Park Hotel was fantastic, and I want to give a special shout-out to Lynda at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her assistance and welcoming nature made a significant difference, making my stay a breeze.

Very quiet and easily accessible hotel

Hotel and staff were great. Location is close to a few major highways and industrial complexes so it is not that quite when you are outside the rooms. Approximately 8 miles from Allentown.

The hotel is not as clean or modern as pictured. The front desk charged me $20 for “incidentals”. I checked in at 11:30pm and left at 7:30am, what “incidentals” did I incur while I was sleeping? The room while clean was very dated looking. The hotel is not near anything except office buildings. Was worth the $100/night I paid I guess.

Stayed here as we were in for my cousin’s wedding in Macungie. This hotel was perfect, close convenient to everything.

New hotel conveniently located near interstate. Friendly staff, clean room. Didn’t see many dining options nearby. Vending machine takes cash only.

Great property with caring friends staff and really cool murals painted on exterior walls. not the best location , hard to get to and no restaurants in walking distance but safe, friendly, clean and and well kept

Good for when you’re in the area

Parking lot needs paving and better signage for this hidden hotel. Elevators can be heard throughout the whole floor. Otherwise, quite fine and basic.

The front desk staff were incredible. Very polite and professional. They made excellent recommendations for dining. The hotel had a great indoor pool and the breakfast was good. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage available. In addition to the usual pastries and cereals. Beds are comfortable location was convenient.

The Hotel was very dark, no outside lights. Not comfortable leaving my vehicle. Why bother with pretense of breakfast?? There was very little to chose from. We wont stay again.

Parking was great. Room was clean, office chair looked like it had been through a shredder. Not a great area for walking my dogs, (lots of broken glass) and there wasn't a garbage can outside to put used poop bags in. Staff was nice. There was a breakfast included. It was dull. Juice machine was broken, so they had juice in pitchers, in the yogurt fridge, but the juice was warm.

There was no free breakfast as the website stated. I purposely booked this place so I can grab something to eat before a long day work. Apparently it’s off season so no breaks. Very disappointing that the description failed to mention this.

The breakfast here was among the worst I've seen in quite a while (nothing hot was served and you had a few bagels and two boxes of cereal). Otherwise, the rooms were adequate.

The price was good, room clean, bed comfy. Breakfast options, not so much. The juice machines were out of order but there was Sunny D (which is yucky to me) and bottled apple juice. Cereal was stale, waffle machine not working, and flies in the bagel container

Not sure how this place got such high ratings. They are trying but it is not even a 3 star property. Just eliminate breakfast if you can’t offer something decent. On their behalf, I will say that the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
