Quality Inn & Suites Bensalem

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. However if you need to wash your hair make sure your room has a working hairdryer.

The staff was pleasant, the room was ok except for the 2 roachs I saw. The gentleman in the room across from me was smoking as I witnessed this when I walked past his open door. There was a spill in the elevator which I reported to the front desk that didn’t get cleaned up. The property needs an overhaul

Avoid staying here! It’s cheap for a reason. Many undesirables. Common areas are dirty ( hallways need vacuuming, syrup all over counter in dining room, cigarette butts litter entrance and exit areas). Loud music blaring from parking lot. Odor of pot in hallway. People yelling/ fighting in rooms. People in room next to me were actually so violent they shook the wall attached to the headboard!

Walls were dirty and marked up. Comfy bed, saw a few ants in bathroom. Nice staff.
