The room and service met my expectations for the price paid. My special requests were that it be clean, no mold or mildew and free of bugs and rodents. The front desk was helpful in allowing me to see the room prior to bunking in and sending maintenance to fix the broken toilet lid the next morning. The microwave and fridge were very clean and in excellent working condition. There is coffee after 8:30am in the lobby. My room had a coffee maker and hairdryer in good condition. Our room had a funky smell but once I cleaned the air filters on the heating/ac unit( ur welcome RR!) and gave it a spray of deodorizer it was fine. The windows opened and closed and locked. There are grocery stores, coffee and restaurants in walking distance. Housekeeping was friendly. My only complaint would be the small strip of grass, bordering the parking area. I called it the sh$t strip where all the dogs go. It was gross and needed cleaned up. Also I believe some folks may be living in the rooms as they came outside to smoke and walk dogs in pajama pants all day long. This may be what the prior ‘seedy’ comments were referring to. We were not disturbed by this and had no issue. About a block or 2 down off Wayne ave there is an organic dispensary. Smelled it soon as I was on the exit ramp off I-81. Again it didn’t affect my stay but it’s helpful to know your surroundings.

Staff was kind and helpful. Receptionist noticed I was very tired and give me a bottom floor room close to the front. Able to park right outside the side door. Room is spacious and clean. TV works well. Climate control works well. I have to admit that I haven’t stayed at a RRI since I was paycheck to paycheck 20 years ago—now I am a 4 stars or more girl. Was desperate today b/c felt ill and could not drive anymore due to exhaustion, was an hour away from destination and just couldn’t make it. RRI saved me.

The 1 night stay was decent for the money. But the room had a sickeningly sweet smelling air freshener that was hard to tolerate all night and a few light bulbs were out. Still, you get what you pay for and I didn't expect this to be a resort. The room had a nice desk with power outlets on it, as well as a microwave and refrigerator which was nice.

roaches. There were roaches - in the bathroom, and during the night, in the bed - I killed several, but didn't get them all. Overall the place is pretty run down and in poor condition. Guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful, but yeah, next time I'm spend a few dollars more for a place that's cleaner, newer, and without roaches.

Dog friendly doesn’t have to mean stench of dog. The rooms were not clean, broken sink basin, sower in handicapped room leaked all over the floor, broken furniture and very seedy on the outside.

Service was pretty good but after checked into our room and got settled, we found a live adult bed bug on the bed. After looking further we found several dead ned bugs and other signs of bed bugs. When we informed the front desk they gave us a new room and that one appeared to be clean. Needless to say we were quite freaked out about it and petrified that we’d be bringing bed bugs home.

Just don't do it. Save your money. I know it's budget and you get what you paid for but I've stayed in other places with a similar price that were decent. This one is easily the worst I've ever stayed at. While I can overlook the dented walls, cigarette burns in the blankets, and busted up lamp shades, it's hard to overlook the toilet not flushing, cold showers, power outages in half of my room, a roach on the wall, and my key not working. Not to mention that the staff didn't really seem to care. Again, I know it's budget but yikes.
Just don't do it. Save your money. I know it's budget and you get what you paid for but I've stayed in other places with a similar price that were decent. This one is easily the worst I've ever stayed at. We were only there for about 10 hours mostly just to sleep, which is why we took a chance on this hotel. It’s fairly standard for a Red Roof Inn (think budget hotel!). The employees were very nice though and accommodating. The room wasn’t too bad, but could have been cleaner. The worst part was the smell from the hallway. We stuffed a towel under the door and opened the window; luckily that aired it out a bit or we would have had to leave.

Staff at check in and check out were great. The room was clean. A few things we noted, however, were that the lamps were in need of replacement/repair. They appear to both have a short. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Paid thru Expedia. Had to pay again at property. Received room w monthly construction workers already in it (after carrying a dog up the spooky stairs). Owner showed up and gave me everything I was supposed to receive but was told was unavailable. Hmmm? Room was fine otherwise. Except I paid twice for it and getting in was enraging.

It does smell like smoke in the hallways but thats about the only complaint. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that about some properties I have visited and it is very meaningful when you're road tripping and tired.

We were only there for about 10 hours mostly just to sleep, which is why we took a chance on this hotel. It’s fairly standard for a Red Roof Inn (think budget hotel!). The employees were very nice though and accommodating. The room wasn’t too bad, but could have been cleaner. The worst part was the smell from the hallway. We stuffed a towel under the door and opened the window; luckily that aired it out a bit or we would have had to leave.

Staff was kind and helpful. Receptionist noticed I was very tired and give me a bottom floor room close to the front. Able to park right outside the side door. Room is spacious and clean. TV works well. Climate control works well. I have to admit that I haven’t stayed at a RRI since I was paycheck to paycheck 20 years ago—now I am a 4 stars or more girl. Was desperate today b/c felt ill and could not drive anymore due to exhaustion, was an hour away from destination and just couldn’t make it. RRI saved me.

The room and service met my expectations for the price paid. My special requests were that it be clean, no mold or mildew and free of bugs and rodents. The front desk was helpful in allowing me to see the room prior to bunking in and sending maintenance to fix the broken toilet lid the next morning. The microwave and fridge were very clean and in excellent working condition. There is coffee after 8:30am in the lobby. My room had a coffee maker and hairdryer in good condition. Our room had a funky smell but once I cleaned the air filters on the heating/ac unit( ur welcome RR!) and gave it a spray of deodorizer it was fine. The windows opened and closed and locked. There are grocery stores, coffee and restaurants in walking distance. Housekeeping was friendly. My only complaint would be the small strip of grass, bordering the parking area. I called it the sh$t strip where all the dogs go. It was gross and needed cleaned up. Also I believe some folks may be living in the rooms as they came outside to smoke and walk dogs in pajama pants all day long. This may be what the prior ‘seedy’ comments were referring to. We were not disturbed by this and had no issue. About a block or 2 down off Wayne ave there is an organic dispensary. Smelled it soon as I was on the exit ramp off I-81. Again it didn’t affect my stay but it’s helpful to know your surroundings.

Likes… bed was comfortable, area was quiet, safe… card key necessary for building entry, then into room, room was clean. Staff members were polite and helpful. Dislikes.. the property is in major need of updates and repairs. The organization is cumbersome to say the least. 1. No elevators.. it was no problem for me but those who are handicapped.. this would be a major issue if an individual needing extra assistance was on second or third floors. 2. In order to get to your room, it was necessary to enter via doors outside and up steps. Again cumbersome for entry. It took a while to figure out how to navigate the building. 3 very funky/ bad smell on floors— from musty to” something is decaying “!. While this wasn’t the case in my immediate room area, I did not have to walk far on any floor long to experience a gagging sensation. 5. Overflowing dumpsters were in close proximity to the building entrance.. This gives the feeling of being in an unsafe, sleazy area. 6. No continental breakfast I did consider checking out and staying elsewhere but I would have lost the $ 117–

I booked myself a non-smoking room and was placed in a smoking room, complete with an ashtray on the table, burn holes in the bedding, and horrible smell. The lock on my door had a bunch of masking tape all over it for some reason. There was supposed to be in-room coffee…none. I had to ring a buzzer twice then call in order to check out (this seems common lately..?) Expedia keeps on disappointing me. This is the third booking in a row I’ve had issues with.

The staff were helpful. We couldn't find a single working vending machine, so went to the gas station. There were 2 cockroaches in the hallway. It was conveniently close to the Wawa, restaurants, and the room itself was fine. Not our worst hotel stay, but room for improvement.

For the price of the room per night the hotel was a nice place to stay and they are trying to update the facility what they can. Very well located for travelers with many stores and restaurants close by.

You get what you pay for, and I expected the room to be not so great. I booked weeks ahead and had already paid for the room. Arrived about an hour and a half early for check in, which was at 2:00 p.m. They said they wanted a $30 early check-in fee. Whatever. So we just went and shopped around for an hour and a half instead. No big deal. The hallway smelled really bad. Cig smoke and not sure what else. I'm pretty sure I smelled weed different times throughout the night. Expected at that price. Every door grinds open and shut, and doesnt latch unless slammed. So everyone slammed their doors all night so they would close proper. The bed spread had two holes right on top. The cealing had missing patches of texture and looked like repaired holes just painted over, all over the room. One wall look like it was getting ready to explode from the inside , and that was just painted over. There was a big bubble in the ceiling above it. The bathroom sink, which was a vessel sink, wobbled and I could have probably just picked it up if I wanted to. The water that was supposed to go down the drain all came out on the countertop. Safety hazard and made the counter unusable. The maintenance man did eventually come in try to reseal it I think, while I was out of the room. A taxa para animais de estimação indicada na secção "Taxas" aplica-se apenas se os hóspedes trouxerem 2 ou mais animais de estimação. Os animais de estimação têm de usar trela nas áreas públicas do alojamento. Os hóspedes devem limpar os dejetos dos seus animais de estimação.
