Check in very slow. Booked for 2 nights, paid for 2 nights, card turned off after 1 night. Wallpaper peeling off walls, bathtub either dirty or terribly stained. Dirty washcloths hanging on shower rod from previous occupants. Furniture looked like a beaver had been turned loose in the room. Pool closed. Workout room ac not working. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and location felt safe. There were a couple small things that needed attention and we were not able to use the pool, bad timing due to it being cleaned. All together it was a nice stay and we will book there again in the future.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was priced well, but 1) pool was closed, 2) one super rude guy vs a great guy at the front desk, 3) key stopped working and rude front desk guy blamed me, 4) one day the waffles were inedible and another day they were great. Basically, it was uneven. There was no room cleaning until you left.

Standard accommodation at a decent price. The pool, though unheated is indoors in a warm room so it is tolerable for swimming. It opens at 6 am, which is good for me.

Overall not the worst place we have stayed. WiFi sucked. The kids couldn’t stay on or couldn’t connect to it period because it never popped up on their list. Seemed a lil outdated. Front desk was always nice and helpful. Pool was broken so we had to go to a sister hotel to use a pool. Least the breakfast was good.

The room was not adequately cleaned - for example, crumbs on the bed and garbage from the previous stay not emptied, which led me to question whether other parts of the room were cleaned. I notified the front desk attendant who told me there were no other rooms available, meaning there was nothing he could do. Without any other options at the hotel or in the area, we go back to our room because we need to rest from our road trip. We attempt to turn up the heat and realize that doesn’t work either. My family and I slept in our coats to stay warm and as clean as possible. We left the hotel at 4am to get back home. No one was at the front desk, so there was no one to check out with a file a formal complaint. I do not recommend staying at this property.

It was infested with bed bugs. My son got bitten badly and I took 4 bed bugs down to manager to show them and would not refund! I also informed one choice and they gave me 25$ forwards another stay! The manager told me it was not that bad!

I’ve driven across the country from California to New York, stayed in countless hotels and motels, and have never once written a bad review — until now. This was by far the worst and most disgusting hotel stay of my life. The “non-smoking” room reeked of cigarettes, and there was an actual cigarette burn on the bedding. The sheets were filthy, and there was visible mold in the room. The A/C didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. When I brought these issues to management, they refused to move me to another room and only promised a partial refund that I never received. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was shocking. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place should not be operating in its current condition.

This is an older hotel with few to no recent updates. In the first room the bed frame was broken. I was given another room across the hall. The bed frame was fine but as I inspected the bed I found a cigarette burn hole in the comforter and a blood stain on the mattress. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in several areas and the “clean” bath mat was damp as if it had been used and not replaced from the previous guest. Amenities—none to shout from the roof about. The pool was closed with no explanation as to why. The secure side entrances were left unlocked all night. Breakfast was minimal and lackluster. For the price I paid I expected more. Won’t be back to this one.

The check in was good. The room was dirty. Floors were not clean bathroom was moldy and also not very clean. A bottle of alcohol was left in the room. Sheets and towels were stained. The pool was cold. In the morning I told the gm about this and he said I already had a discount from booking thru hotels.com so he wouldn't give me anything off... He also said I should've came and complained after we went in and got a new room. At that point I was over it and mentioned it in the morning but that wasn't good enough

Staff was great. Room was clean. Wide variety for breakfast. Room was updated, not what the pictures show. Only issue was the plug in cover was broken and hanging on barely. Walls were super thin so we heard everything but overall nice place.

Interior of rooms is showing a lot of wear & tear, molding and walls showing damage. The hotel chain needs to start reinvesting in room quality. If the conditions do not improve, I will seek a newer/updated venue nearby.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable however our room was very hot when we checked in and our air conditioner was very noisy the entire time it was on. Had to shut it off to sleep in a hot room!

Pleasant surprise for A three star hotel. New floors throughout. Nice comfortable bed. There are scuff marks and scratches and the tubs and metal door frames. But overall, this was an amazing stay for the price. The hotel staff were pleasant, professional, and attentive. The hotel was quiet and organized. It is a beautiful location central to everything. Wi-Fi worked. No YouTube or Internet connection on the TV.

I don’t write reviews, but I was disappointed with this hotel. The front desk was not so nice. The bed was so uncomfortable that we barely slept the first night. I actually slept on the floor the second night we were there way better than the bed. I would not stay there again, and we travel a lot.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here Terra( probably misspelled) was awesome! Super friendly and The Continental breakfast was pretty awesome too. Quite a few restaurants, fast food options nearby. And a Walmart too - if you are a Walmart shopper for Room was clean

Scott was very rude to my daughter 18 yrs old. Told her she needed to be 21 to stay in/booked room? But he’d let her stay like it’s a grand exception. She’s in college, driving back to school 8hr and doesn’t need a lecture about her age like she’s 12 and has stayed here before with no issues. Also paid and booked the room by me (mom) as she was driving and was getting fatigued. However when I went to their website, no rooms available. Booked through Expedia without issue- several rooms available and easy! Scott told her she should NOT book through Expedia next time just call the hotel directly because it makes it easier on the staff. Then proceeded to get her drivers license, car description, cc etc. room seems fine as in the past but she’s only staying for a few hours to sleep and continue on her trip to school and this has been a good midway point without previous issue. Expedia has been a great tool for us in the past.

I arrive 4 o’clock in the morning, This hotel cancel my reservation, they didn’t have my room ready, I had to discuss to get a room to rest that I already paid, I request late check out the MOD said 12:30, but at 11:30 I had 3 phone calls from the employee Terra then 12:01 she came slamming the door yelling us to get out, she came into the room and said she will be there until we get out, at the time I said will recorder her she left, she said will charge me for another night. My teenager boy were in the shower, Then when we were in the car to leave, the police came, they ask us what happened they write the report and asked us if we will comeback, we said “never” they said that the employee ask for us not comeback. Plus at 9:00 AM we ask for 4 little bottles of shampoo but she said “I can give you just one, because it is complementary” bad experience.

The staff were excellent. The person who checked me in and switched my room for me twice was gracious and so kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I don’t write reviews, but I was disappointed with this hotel. The front desk was not so nice. The bed was so uncomfortable that we barely slept the first night. I actually slept on the floor the second night we were there way better than the bed. I would not stay there again, and we travel a lot.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff was great! They were helpful and friendly! The hotel wasn't as clean as I remember from before when I stayed there and things looked a bit with but overall, it was a decent stay.

The staff were all very friendly, hotel was clean, bed was really comfortable, and it was half the cost of other nearby hotels. My only real negative issue is I arrived at night and it’s a bit difficult to navigate up to the hotel in the dark.

I often stop at this Quality Inn on my long trips along Route 80. It's a great option for a quick overnight stay: much cheaper than nearby hotels, but it's always clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but that's to be expected for the price, and they offer 24 hour coffee. The hotel is located just beyond the busy shopping and hotel area you see from the highway. The entrance to the driveway isn't clearly marked, but you can see the Quality Inn sign at the top of the hill on your left. Just follow your GPS.

The stay was good, friendly staff, room a little dirty, dusty , bed not as comfortable as I would like . Breakfast is always the same (scrambled eggs and sausage), orange juice machine was not mixed properly.

The breakfast was really great -- way better than the average hotel breakfast. Fresh hot options, delish biscuits and gravy, and an attentive, friendly, hardworking attendant who kept it clean and hot and did a great job. Very nice staff all round.

Room was clean. The hotel didn't look at my booking closely as they put us on the second floor when I stated we had a child in a wheelchair and they had no elevator. We had to settle with a king bed and pull out sofa, wasn't bad but would have prefered the 2 queen beds we booked. Steve was very helpful though. Breakfast was good. It was raining and the water was puddleing up in front of the main door which was an issues with getting wet feet.

I made a previous review, at the time we had just arrived and we were trying to close the heavy outer drapes they didn't close so we spent the first night with just the shears closed, not happy, we didn't realize that there was a third layer of solid drapes behind the shears on a separate rod behind the shears. The maids should leave them partially drawn so people know they are there. This wasn't our best stay there, we received no maid service the towels weren't changed out, the bed wasn't made and we were there most of the day and never saw the maid for our room, we seen one in the hall working on the next room, we were not told there would be no maid service. So we weren't happy about that. But the room was clean when we got there. There were plenty of towels, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, nice big selection. I really loved the tiny little waffle maker it made just the right size for someone who can't eat whole big one. There was lots of parking, and the staff we did see were very nice.
