The hallways smelled, the room smelled, and the air conditioning was on but non existent: it was well over 90 degrees and made for a terrible sleeping experiences. our cards wouldn’t work so we had to go to the lobby twice to get them fixed. No airconditioning in the gym room either. Just overall terrible. Would recommend this hotel to no one.

Everything was very nice, comfortable bed, clean room, nice pool and gym available. On the negative side, the extracter fan in the bathroom didn’t work and not a smart TV. They have Direct TV but there were some satellite issues.

If you’re looking for quality this place isn’t it. It’s fine for a quick cheap spot to sleep but the building itself is in rough shape. The gym has little to no equipment and smelt awful but the pool was nice. The shower/tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. There were stains in the tub and hairs all over the shower walls.

All in all the area around the property was nice, but the pool didn’t look like it had been attended to. There was food and dirty tables. The room had crumbs on the floor before I even got in the room and the curtains had weird brown stains I ended up leaving and not staying the whole night.

Did not stay either night but went back to check out and request refund which the manager lied and said it wasnt up to him but to hotel l.com which is the exact opposite of what hotel.com is saying. Still not resolved after providing pictures via chat and phone calls to customer service

Registration was slow, but good when registered. Need more help at desk. First floor was attractive and refreshed, but the room was clean, but tired and small. Morning breakfast was good, but not excellent. Requests were followed up quickly, like new towels. The staff was friendly and considerate. It would not be my first choice, but I would stay there again.

Room was clean but in deep need of updating and the wall has a white spackling patch on it. Curtains were dirty. Halls were noisy. A hood like atmosphere. If my child has been with me I would have checked out to go elsewhere. You could smell marijuana in hallways. The TV picture was snowy on every channel.

There’s an old, musty smell in the room — you can notice it as soon as you walk in. The furniture and interior are quite dated, and there are water stains on the ceiling. I'm staying in Room 139. There’s a door next to my room that supposedly connects to the hotel’s main entrance side. There's a sign saying it can be opened with a key card, but I tried multiple times, even after changing my card, and it still wouldn’t open. So every time I want to get to the main entrance, I have to walk all the way around the outside of the building, which is quite inconvenient. Honestly, hotel prices in this area are pretty high in general, but this place doesn’t feel worth the price.

Lobby and room were fine, but there was no front desk staff when we arrived. We rang the counter bell, a buzzer on the wall, called the hotel's local number and the general reservation number but got no answers. There was no note saying "We'll be back at ___" We would have moved on to another hotel but had already paid online. We were exhausted and laid down on the lobby couches. The hotel staff eventually showed up at least 45 minutes later with his shirt 1/2 tucked in. When we checked out there was also no staff in sight. I dropped the key card behind the counter because there was no designated drop box.

Amenities are poor, the room flooded. Got yelled at by the maintenance man and the woman on staff. Extremely rude. No apologies for having to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They didn’t grab all my stuff from the other room. Rude, mean and they are not looking after the customer.

Arrived at the hotel and as soon as I got out, there was a horrible odor of drugs. I went in to check in and asked the desk man I’d refer was an incidental fee. He said there was, however the booking did not say so. I told him I did not have that. He said he would not charge me one, but I needed to give my card to be kept on file just in case. So I agreed. He kept trying to swipe my card over and over and said it would not work and he could not type on the number manually. After several attempts, he just typed it in. Said there was no fee, but ended up with multiple charges from him. As if that wasn’t enough, I was sitting in my car deciding where to get dinner and he came out looking in our car and then snapped at me asking why my lights were on. This man made my family and me so uncomfortable that we left the hotel and did not return. Do not choose this hotel. They will charge you an arm and a leg and then be incredibly rude.

As if that wasn’t enough, I was sitting in my car deciding where to get dinner and he came out looking in our car and then snapped at me asking why my lights were on. This man made my family and me so uncomfortable that we left the hotel and did not return. Do not choose this hotel. They will charge you an arm and a leg and then be incredibly rude.

The location was perfect as we had to be at surgery center next door at 5:30am. The man at desk was nice & came to our room due to our TV not operating. This was 1st Quality Inn I was ever at that was more like a motel. The room was enough for our needs. We did not get to use the pool or have opportunity to have breakfast due to our early check out.

Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants down the road. Highways are right around the road to get to the stadiums and downtown.

Near many restaurants right off 76 and 79. Only 25 miles from PPG Arena in dtwn Pittsburgh & in & out of dtwn within 30 minutes with north 295 HOV being open after event. Convenient location for us coming from Akron Ohio. Normal lodge room & clean, nothing fancy but we aren't fancy so ya know. Nice breakfast area. Hot shower water is nice. Friendly people.

Great location for our visit to the area to attend our son's graduation from Duquesne university. Enjoyed the area, did a little Christmas shopping and it was great to have a comfortable place to relax, sleep and get where we needed to be after enjoying coffee and breakfast at the motel in the morning.

Great breakfast, with lots of variety (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, juice, etc) staff was friendly and helpful. Happy to see paper plates (vs gross styrofoam that melts w the food). Our room was clean until I opened the shower, the walls needed a wipe down. But I’d still stay again because everything else was great.

Pricing and room selection was confusing. We ended up in an adequate but small room, fine for overnight. The breakfast is very nice - served in a clean, comfortable dining room. There is a very nice Indian restaurant right next door, Tamarind.

Run down, everything broken in the disgusting room. We were too tired to find somewhere new. Could not even shower it was so disgusting. Staff had to be called on the phone to locate them. Horrible stay! Over priced at the discount received.

During check in the man at counter told us there were no available rooms on 1st floor at all until he realized we had our 2 small dogs with us then he was like oh yes I have to put you on bottum floor if you have pets ! Room was very outdated and the faucet in shower dripped from time we arrived all through the night. Room had strange smell in it and there were holes and marks all over walls in bathroom and floor carpet was pretty bad ! Also the comforter needed to be replaced had stains all over it and holes ! I took a video and some pics as well

Hotel is very convenient to PA turnpike. Obviously older, it was decently maintained and my room was quite nice. It seems to draw fewer guests than newer or more upscale hotels. I didn't use wifi or the pool. Breakfast was basic and some food could have been hotter. Bathroom was compact but clean, lacking only a rubber bathtub mat (no grab bar). Staff businesslike, not smiling.
