I could hear the people in the room next door, and the furniture was old, but the staff and breakfast were great. I love the reflective light in the room and the beautiful desk furniture.

The evening staff who helped us check in was extremely kind and helpful. I believe it was a mother/daughter team who helped us with local recommendations and let us have our dinner in the lobby while watching the Penn State game. Wonderful people

I am writing to express my absolute disappointment with our recent stay. When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed, which was extremely upsetting and completely changed the experience we had planned for our family. When we book hotels, we specifically look for amenities that our family can enjoy. Quite frankly, the room itself is not what drives our decision to book a particular property. The amenities are a major factor, and the pool was one of the primary reasons we chose to stay at your hotel. Had we known the pool would be unavailable, we would have made a different reservation. What makes this situation especially upsetting is the impact it had on my child with special needs. My child was incredibly hurt and disappointed, and as a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch something that was supposed to be an enjoyable experience turn into such a negative one. This was more than a minor inconvenience; it significantly affected our family's stay and created an unfortunate experience that could have been avoided with proper communication ahead of time. Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there. The breakfast attendant's behavior was also unacceptable. The constant slamming of items, inappropriate comments, and openly expressing how glad they were to have the following day off—in language and a manner that were even worse than that description—created an unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere.

Excellent stay we had six rooms with no complaints. Continental breakfast was excellent !!!!

I do t know where to begin. It’s like a Motel with Hotel prices. Couldn’t use the pool because the heater was broke and it was ice cold. The pictures that I took in videos, you would be shocked. The only good thing I can say is the staff itself was wonderful and the breakfast was decent. Other than that you couldn’t pay me to stay there. Apparently, the place will be condemned in the next few years. There are tons and tons of leaks coming from the ceiling on the third floor, and they use buckets to catch the water. I can say that the staff itself has nothing to do with the way the hotel looks the ladies at the front desk were more than happy to help me as much as they can. Lovely woman to talk to. Hope the owner fixes the hotel and updates the furniture that has tons of spill spots and the rust in the tubs are horrible as well.
