The location of this hotel is easy access from the interstate with restaurants in walking distance and Walmart. While the stay met our needs, the hotel looked a bit tired. The room was dusty and the carpet needed cleaning. The pool area was very relaxing in a nice sun room. The rinsing shower in the pool area was not working. The hot tub temperature was good although the jets didn’t function properly and the timer didn’t work. I felt safe and would stay again.

There is a decent restaurant on site and some choices near by. The property used to be a motel that was branded as a quality inn. Paint is peeling in some places and the place is a bit run down but the room was ok. If it wasnt for the price it was i wouldve changed to another location.

The place is filthy i would never recommend anyone to stay there. I walked from the bed to the bathroom bairfoot big mistake.I wiped my feet and the rag was black. I have pictures if there's any way to post them on here.I usually take slippers for hotels and I had forgotten this time. The paint on the walls on chipping off in big chucks. The pillows are so flat. The funiture doesn't even match.

This place was filthy, electrical issues and generally 'a dump'! Only one half roll of toilet paper, soap dish in shower was filthy, lights were unplugged as well as the A/C. Walls dirty, shower floors un-swept, cigarette burns in bedding, tv remote missing back to hold batteries. Horrible place that I can't believe the Quality Inn brand would put their name on. We won't even use the shower. Only redeeming value was the attached restaurant. Fair bar food and nice staff. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE!

This room was filthy! There was mold in the shower, a dirty towel behind the bathroom door, dirt and hair all over the bathroom floor, and hair all over the back of the bathroom door. The floors in the room were gross! We went there with brand new white socks and the were black with the filth on the floors. Huge Cobb webs in the corners. And the most disgusting of all, a used q-tip behind the front door that looked like it had been for well over a month! I do not recommend this hotel!

We went to the front desk Saturday morning requested housekeeping, clean sheets, extra pillows and towels never got any of them. We had a convenient first floor for a very good price. Our door was extremely difficult to lock taking 5 tries or more. The floor in our room was very dirty. The staff were polite and courteous and helpful but the property is dated. We would not stay here again. We heard some noise but no more than the usual for a hotel and it didn’t disturb us.

Very easy check in, clean room, plenty of towels, wifi and Free breakfast, a later check out time (11:00), we stayed in a two king beds room, roomy, very comfortable bed and pillows. The only negative thing was people outside passing by talking loud in the middle of the night and it kept waking me up, I will return there, good location among other things.

Staff was really helpful. The first room was so bad that they moved us to a second room. The whole place is just rundown though, but you also get what you pay for it and cheap hotel. * if you’re looking for a real breakfast, this might not be your favorite place to go. They had waffles, toast, and bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

Check in was smooth. Had to wait a few times at the desk for someone to come to help us with towels and such. We had no hot water 1 morning out of 3 but they had it fixed with in an hour and all was ok. All in all wasnt a bad stay for the price. We would stay there again.

Waited 20 minutes at front desk before anyone showed up to check us in. Our room wasn't ready (it was 7pm) they put us in a different hotel that was next to them. That building was under construction and was a mess.

The room was nasty there was no hot water. The attendant behind the desk was rude and was yelling and when I asked for a refund she threatened to call the police. Then they refused my refund and so did the app that I booked through it’s all a scam

I booked multiple day stay at this hotel. The first night the room was pretty dirty and it was extremely loud. After that night I really could not stay there and I found another local hotel for my remaining visit. I checked out and I asked for a refund on my remaining days and the man there told me that I would have to call Expedia since that’s where I booked it. I called them they called this hotel and the manager said that II checked out and I asked for a refund on my remaining days and the man they’re told me that I would have to call Expedia since that’s where I booked it. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We went to get something to eat from the bar and the food was amazing and the waiter was the most polite person I ever had in my life.

The location of this hotel is easy access from the interstate with restaurants in walking distance and Walmart. While the stay met our needs, the hotel looked a bit tired. The room was dusty and the carpet needed cleaning. The pool area was very relaxing in a nice sun room. The rinsing shower in the pool area was not working. The hot tub temperature was good although the jets didn’t function properly and the timer didn’t work. I felt safe and would stay again.

Looks like a very low end place which may provide space for sketchy types. TV has limited channels and the tv viewer guide requested at the front desk does not match up with the channels on the tv. When noted to the front desk, nothing happened. I made a very bad choice picking this motel and Expedia made a bad choice representing this motel on its website. Unfortunate.

ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE surroundings before we even got in the front door to check in! We ended up NOT FEELING SAFE TO EVEN SPEND ONE NIGHT THERE! WE, UNFORTUNATELY BOOKED A NONREFUNDABLE NIGHT AHEAD OF TIME ABOUT TWO HOURS BEFORE. As soon as we pulled in to the parking lot there were three broken down vehicles with unsavory characters surrounding them. Two hookers, YES HOOKERS having a verbal argument in front of the entrance to the hotel. When walking into front lobby we got approached for money from some random guy needing to eat! There was two guys and a half dressed lady smoking sitting under the NO SMOKING SIGN between the doors of the vestibule of the front entrance. We ended up not checking in and forfeiting our money due to HUGE SAFETY ISSUES! We will never book any lodging at a Quality Inn, at least the one in ERIE PA again! THANKS BUT NO THANKS!

Rooms were clean and comfortable enough. The complementary breakfast was totally lacking! 1st morning offerings were stale cold cereal, waffles and yogurt, a couple slices of bread. Monday was worse, no bread, no waffle mix and still stale cereal, no hot water for instant oatmeal or hot chocolate. Very disappointed!

Found a broken crack pipe in the walkway to the pool. Extremely limited breakfast. Out of order coffee machine. Orange juice didnt work. Cranberry juice didnt work. Television remote was difficult.

The cleanliness of the facility was abysmal....dirty floors in room, lobby, dining area, front doors with fingerprints. Flies n ants in room. Lack of food (waffle mix, syrup and coffee)...staff stating that wasn't their job to correct. Room in need of painting, new mattress and bathroom maintenance (tub grout/mold).

Didn't like that the room assigned to us looked as if it was the bottom of the barrel. The door looked as if it had been forced at one time the floor was dirty, there was only one end table next to the bed, the refridgerator and microwave looked to have been tossed around a few time, the sink drained very slowly. Not anything like the picture of the room described. I felt as if the desk clerk knew we had booked online and treated us second rate. It was late we were tired so we didn't want to take the time to complain to someone who didn't seem to care. Not very sociable fellow. The breakfast was a farce. The waffle machine was broke(they were trying to fix it but we didn't have that much time). Other then toast the only hot items on the menu. Only cold cereal and yogurt and fruit!!! The hotel was certainly not what we expected of this establishment!!!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We went to get something to eat from the bar and the food was amazing and the waiter was the most polite person I ever had in my life.

They didn't even have phones in the room picture are deceiving the room definitely don't look like that. Hot breakfast 💔 the only thing hot was waffles u had to make no sausage no bacon no eggs and juice ran out and never got any other

I waited at least 10 minutes (probably longer) for someone to come to the front desk & finally asked the bartender at the restaurant if he could contact someone. The guy showed up (not looking like a hotel employee) and it seemed like he had just woken up (it wasn’t that late; like just after 9pm). When I was finally checking in he said my payment didn’t go through but I said yes it did because I signed for it but I did it again and got two alerts on my phone so he had to make sure it only charged me once. The door to the first room I was given wouldn’t open so I had to go back & wait while he was checking someone else in. I got a second room around the back that definitely smelled like smoke but I was too tired to go back to the front desk. The room was dingy & a lot of areas needed repairs and/or a good cleaning, specifically in the bathroom. The options for the continental breakfast were minimal. I was there for less than 12 hours because I just needed a place to sleep overnight, so it did its job, but I will not be going back.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Poop on the floor. Sheets are dirty. Walls have blood splattered. Floor filthy. Never book this hotel. Health department should investigate this property and shut it down. NEVER STAY HERE!!

The room was very dirty and run down, we ended up leaving early. Cigarette burns on the sheets, paint peeling off the walls, ripped curtains, rusty air conditioner, the tub and toilet where dirty and did not look cleaned and the trash in the bathroom was full and never emptied before we got there.
