SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hershey Near The Park

We were told our room would be cleaned every other day, only when we asked, but with 3 kids and meals, we accumulated a lot of trash and it would have been nice to get it cleaned every day. However, when they came the alternating day, they only replaced our towels and emptied the trash. They didn’t make the beds or replenish the coffee. Also when I went downstairs to ask for plastic utensils, the front desk person pointed me to the breakfast area which was closed. I kept looking to see if there was an open door since he pointed me there but no. Finally I found the kitchen door open on the side and got some. But it felt a bit dismissive. Also, it would have been nice if the indoor pool was a little heated. It was cold like an outdoor pool. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

No room morning clean nor towel change, morning coffee was cold. would not return

Room was spacious, clean, and efficient! Comfy beds and sofa. For a stay of 3 people, plenty of room for us all to enjoy it and relax. Breakfast could have had more meat options but overall decent selection. Perfect location if you plan to visit Hershey Park or the Giant Center… Just 5 minutes down the road!

Very nice hotel. The check-in was quick and friendly. The room was very clean.
