What an amazing Inn. Not one negative issue. The room was excellent. There is a dining room which serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There is also a full bar. Everything is walking distance including the Train ride. The architecture of The Inn and every building in Jim Thorpes, PA is breathtaking.

Beautiful restored hotel. Loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the second floor porch overlooking the downtown shops and restaurants. Hotel personnel went out of their way to make everything perfect. Will definitely return

Check in and out was simple with no issues and very friendly staff. Loved the second floor balcony where we sat and rested after our day of adventures. Beautiful building! Great location, close to whatever you wanted to do. Have already told friends they need to go!!!

Great service, the Inn is beautiful and the town of Jim Thorpe is quaint. The river and the train is within walking distance, and there is tons of parking there. The town is walkable with plenty of shops. The Inn has a restaurant and bar on site. Parking at the Inn itself is very tight and limited, but parking at their other site right across the road is available also.

The Inn and neighborhood is a walk back in time. Quiet and clean streets. Many shops and eateries within walking distance. Came for the bike trail, was not disappointed!! Parking is tight and limited, the only drawback I saw.

The Inn was very nice. Exceptionally clean, nice updates but still kept the historical charm. We had dinner and breakfast there and they were great, with excellent service! The employees were very friendly, accommodating and professional. We loved the town of Jim Thorpe and are planning a trip in the fall.

Inn was very nicely decorated and in a great location. Town was completely walkable. Room was spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant had good food and service and the bar was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Our room smelled very musty. They offered to move us but we declined and opened the windows. Shower had lukewarm water. Chairs in our room are old and worn. Since we booked through a third party, we did not receive a breakfast voucher. The staff were very kind.

Perfect location, within walking distance to all of the historic downtown attractions. By far, the cleanest hotel we've stayed in! We toured the jail and rode the train. Next time we'd like to get in some hiking and biking along the river! Would definitely stay again! Note...most attractions, shops, and eateries have limited hours...plan accordingly!

Beautiful property but rooms do not include a desk or work area. When we asked the front desk to find us something, we doubt he tried. We ended up finding folding tables in the game room in the downstairs and brought tone up. The parking is tough. Too few spaces for the size of the hotel and since we had a Ford F150 we didn’t fit at all and had to back out. Food was good and the location can’t be beat. Very charming.

Really nice rooms. Halls and lobby are older but rooms and bathrooms are updated. Restaurant/bar attached very nice with really nice porch overlooking pretty Jim Thorpe. Staff was wonderful.

The Inn has a lot of charm, but because it’s older we did feel a bit tilted in our room, haha! Nothing terrible, just apparent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice staff.

Really nice Inn. Older lobby and hallways but room was nice, beds were fine, bathrooms were updated. Restaurant/bar attached, beautiful sitting outside on porch at night on street overlooking Jim Thorpe. Staff was wonderful.

Location and property were great. Love the area where you can sit outside. Great stay. My only negative was that the room was dark. But that i guess is the luck of the draw.

Great option for staying right in the center of Jim Thorpe. The facility is clean. Staff is friendly. It definitely has been kept updated but is an older building and hotel. Would recommend.

This is a nice, quaint place. It is very historical. You have to be careful walking, especially on the 2nd floor, because I think, there has been some settling and it is not always level. The Wi-Fi is questionable. It is not secure do we were constantly getting messages of warning and we had trouble connecting. I brought it up with the front desk, she said she was on it and it was fine. It wasn't. The other issue was the television. It is a nice flat screen TV but you have to watch it sitting on the bed. It was small. This place is in great location, close to shopping and other activities.

The front staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. The room was lovely and neat. Our night was restful. The morning staff was noisy, talking loudly in the halls, and there was a lot of doors slamming. It made it hard to sleep in. Overall it was a nice stay though.

The property itself is beautiful, with decor that reflects the charm and history of the area. The art collection throughout the building is impressive, adding to the overall ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying coffee on the terrace—truly a serene experience. The rooms are very nice and well-appointed, offering a pleasant atmosphere. However, the bed and pillows left something to be desired in terms of comfort. It was a bit disappointing given how lovely everything else was. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was underwhelming. We received no information about the hotel’s history, amenities, or nearby attractions. The Inn is located in a great spot. In general, I think it needs to be updated a bit. There was plenty of staff but they really didn't interact with us much. We had made reservations at the Inn for dinner at 7:00 p.m. and the day before they cancelled it and closed the restaurant at 3:00 which was annoying as if you go to Jim Thorpe on a Mon-Wed hardly anything is open!

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The location of the hotel was so convenient for walking to attractions, restaurants and stores. We will definitely visit again!

Everything was great, great location, and easy parking. The only slight issue was that we had a fly in the room that kept waking us up. The restaurant service was slow. (during breakfast) We and a few people had to get up to ask for more coffee and to get a check. The place was empty. They were too busy talking. We will be back

This was my first visit to Jim Thorpe. The positive reviews for the Inn did not disappoint. It was right in the middle of the attractions. Walking distance to the train, the trolley and restaurants. A big plus to not have to pay for parking. The facility itself was very pleasant, friendly, clean and. comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the 2nd floor balcony with a glass of wine and a book. Thank you to those from the front desk reception to the restaurant/pub staff for making my birthday week there a memorable one.

The Inn at Jim Thorpe is perfectly located - right in the heart of the historic district, across from the train station and an easy walk to all the main sights. It's a beautiful old building with clean, modern rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the amenities. It's wheelchair- accessible and has an excellent restaurant and bar serving breakfast, dinner and drinks and snacks.

Check in and out was simple with no issues and very friendly staff. Loved the second floor balcony where we sat and rested after our day of adventures. Beautiful building! Great location, close to whatever you wanted to do. Have already told friends they need to go!!!

Great service, the Inn is beautiful and the town of Jim Thorpe is quaint. The river and the train is within walking distance, and there is tons of parking there. The town is walkable with plenty of shops. The Inn has a restaurant and bar on site. Parking at the Inn itself is very tight and limited, but parking at their other site right across the road is available also.

Perfect location, within walking distance to all of the historic downtown attractions. By far, the cleanest hotel we've stayed in! We toured the jail and rode the train. Next time we'd like to get in some hiking and biking along the river! Would definitely stay again! Note...most attractions, shops, and eateries have limited hours...plan accordingly!

We only stayed at the Jim Thorpe Inn one night. It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely attentive and the location in town is the best. The hotel restaurant is just average, but there are many options nearby.

What an amazing Inn. Not one negative issue. The room was excellent. There is a dining room which serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There is also a full bar. Everything is walking distance including the Train ride. The architecture of The Inn and every building in Jim Thorpes, PA is breathtaking.

The Inn was very nice. Exceptionally clean, nice updates but still kept the historical charm. We had dinner and breakfast there and they were great, with excellent service! The employees were very friendly, accommodating and professional. We loved the town of Jim Thorpe and are planning a trip in the fall.

This hotel was one of the best I’ve been to. We were greeted upon arrival by a very polite and knowledgeable staff member at the desk. We loved the character of the hotel and just loved everything. The restaurant and breakfwe had was exceptional.

Great place and great room! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay. But we could walk to other places for food and drinks. Will definitely be back either way!

Inn was nice and staff friendly. I think the internet service was spotty in my room. Also I did not care for my dinner at the Broadway bistro but loved the breakfast.

The Inn is historic but in excellent condition with all the modern conveniences. The staff was professional, proactive and personable. Its location in the historic district is perfect for a walking weekend. That said, it is a busy area and a little noisy. The restaurant and bar were also excellent.

The apple cider, cookies & coffee in the lobby was very welcoming. The room was clean & everything we needed was there. The food in the Grill was great & the old fashioned at the bar was delicious. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. The location of the Inn & parking is perfect for walking the town & dropping off purchases. The Inn & the town is beautiful at night.

What a lovely place. Centered on the Main Street of town and easily walked to all major attractions, except Jim Thorpe Burial site. The hotel was well updated with all conveniences you would expect in a modern hotel. We had a front room overlooking the street. The only negative was there is a balcony across the front of the hotel and people sat right in front of our windows and you could hear them talking. But it would go quiet by 10 o’clock at night. And we did spend a few hours out there enjoying the activities. We didn’t mind the activities out there at all and met several interesting people. The hotel restaurant was perhaps the best restaurant in town and was reasonably priced. Service was outstanding and friendly. We would stay here again if we decide to come back in the future.

If you book directly thru hotel you get a $10 breakfast voucher. Myself and other guests did just that on line and were redirected to third party sites ie... hotels.com, expedia and such when we booked months earlier. None of us got vouchers even though we started on hotel site and the site sent us elsewhere to book the rooms. When staying at hotels,we look for brkfst included to help save money like most travelers do these days. We are in 3 different hotels on this vacation for 7 nights total (5 weeks on the road next month). The other two hotels offer free brkfst to all guests no matter how they booked their stay. We are all guests at the hotels and probably paying different rates but still we all get brkfst. It's kind of strange that in the dining room you overhear wait staff asking each table if they have a voucher or not. Doesn't make sense and a few other guests were not very happy as they complained to each other at their tables after the wait staff walked away. Nobody really had a good explanation as to why it's this way except that its just been this way and we are not sure why and alot of people complain to us about it. This sounds very trivial but when in the elevator guest say how nice it was to get discounted on the same breakfast you just paid full price for, we'll it kind of rubs you the wrong way
