helpful staff when i left phone charger in room

No surprises.

It was a great overnight stay. It was clean and comfy. Lots of nearby eating opportunities.

Room was clean. Sheets don’t fit the mattress great but they were clean. Check in was easy and they were friendly. There was a puddle in the hallway with no bucket to collect the dripping from the ceiling nor was there a “caution wet floor sign”. Body wash bottle was hanging off the shower wall. It needs fixed before water gets in the wall and causes water damage and mold. Heat took a while to warm up the room, but it worked. Air filters were clean. Breakfast was skimpy. I got the last of the waffle batter and had to tilt the canister to get enough out to make 3/4 of a waffle. There was no butter. There were two types of cereal and milk, juice, coffee, and 3 granola bars. But that’s it. No fruit. No muffins. No bread to toast. Someone spilled syrup all over the floor. The lady who spilled it tried to clean it up, barely. A staff member should have been monitoring the breakfast area and was not!

We stayed here for 4 days and every day they had potent incense infusers in the Halls. So, there was a strong smell in the halls. The smell wasn't unpleasant but not pleasant either.
