You get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable. I asked for a smoke free room but it smelled like cigarettes

Overall very good experience improvement necessary with the door lock in the room I stayed. This property has option for smoking or non smoking rooms. Smoking should not be permitted in the rooms. This should be a thing of the past, most properties are eliminating smoking option rooms. Otherwise pleasant staff, check in was seamless. A good experience.

I asked for a refund due to the place was not what the pictures showed. It was dirty, outdated and no breakfast provided.

I feel it should have better tv channels at least a hbo or something

The room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Everything worked as it should with the heating/cooling and the refrigerator was ice cold. We chose this hotel because of the price and the ability to bring our dogs. The hotel was well worth the room rate and we will stay here again when we are in town for the competition that brought us there. The area around the hotel was well lit and we had no worries about our safety. The smells coming from the attached restaurant were amazing and we wish we had the opportunity to dine there but our schedule wouldn’t allow us to. The area was very quiet and we had no complaints from any loud neighbors as there were none. There were some minor imperfections with paint in the bathroom but nothing I haven’t seen at more expensive places I’ve stayed at.

Property was kept clean, friendly staff. Only thing we didn’t like was we requested a non smoking room, which we got, but the room next to us was smoking like a chimney.

This is my go-to hotel/motel when I need a place to stay. It's affordable, it's clean, has smoking rooms, and it's conveniently located for me. Only negative comment I have is it is a bit difficult to turn in and out of since it is located on the 309 highway. Not their fault, nothing the establishment can do about traffic.

Absolutely horrible. Nowhere in their Expedia booking process does it say anything about a "Smoking" nor "Non-Smoking" room. Yet when I showed up, the staff claimed that is what I booked. I didn't fight him on it, because I couldn't recall if I missed it in the description during booking. Skip forward: I went back and tried to book the same 2-bed, "Mountain View" room again, and there is nothing noting anything about it. There IS an option to manually type a request (which I never did). I'm convinced that the staff on property edited the booking to assign me a smoking room, because all of these rooms are "Smoking" and gross. Regardless of the "Smoking" vs "Non-Smoking" (which is honestly a big deal, since we stunk like the room and so did the entire contents of our suitcases) - the place was absolutely gross. Our first room had black mold in the bathroom. I had to request a different room. The guy said nothing to me to dispute it. Didn't ask for photos, didn't want to go inspect it, didn't check the housekeeping logs - nothing. He knew. And he knew when he assigned me that room, that it was disgusting. The carpet was sticky. We didn't want to walk around without shoes. None of the outlets above the nightstand between the beds worked. Those are pretty important for phones and medical devices. Our second room was the same, with less black mold. There was no working ice machine on the property. Both rooms had doors with locks that were not fully cooperating. Shady place.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay, i would highly recommend. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and the beds were soft. It had a good sized TV with many channels and softer blankets than the majority of hotels I've stayed at. Great location with many stores nearby.

I cant imagine where this place would hold a conference. It is mostly weekly renters and guest from the adult entertainment building in the back lot. The walls and rugs are stained. Overall it is a one star rating.

Room needed thorough cleaning. Bathroom showed signs of mold in tub area and floor. Desk lamp had no shade. Curtains were ulnhemmed in areas and hanging. Ceiling water damage with peeling area. Definitely in need of some TLC!

The condition of the room and buildings were HORRIBLE. Stains in carpet, bugs in bathroom, stained towels and sheets, cracked and peeling walls. Just VERY poor condition! Smelled bad.

There were bed bugs in my room. I got bitten about 15 times. I got up at 4:00 am and requested a room change. I was told there were no available rooms. Miserable.

Terribly old, rust in tub, holes in walls, microscopic soaps.. Brittle towels.

The staff was very polite and check-in was a breeze so I was expecting a great stay but the room was so unbelievably disgusting. Black mold all over the place and the bathroom. General wear and tear all throughout the place. Just gives a bad vibe. Water was hot and bed was comfortable enough and I was exhausted and checked in at midnight so I just slept and got out as soon as possible. Place wreaked of cigarette smoke as well.

Significant maintenance issues, such as peeling flooring, missing grout and sink stains in bathroom; hole in carpet; damage to front door.

The manager at the desk greeted me warmly and later sent immediate help when I had trouble getting into my room. The hotel is very convenient and economic, but it is showing its age. The room was clean and had good working Wi-Fi.

Sort of sus but bed was comfy shower was hot and good water pressure. Someone knocked on my door at 10pm but I’ve stayed in worse places

Toilet was dirty. Door jams were rotted allowing light and air to come in from outside. Neighbor played loud music until 2am.

If you're looking for something nice and cute, this is not the hotel. If you looking for something to nothing then go with this or you just play the extra hundred dollars and stay somewhere else. Old furniture paint chips of the wall Sheetz had cigarette holes in them or holes from something being smoked in the room. Looks like people live there at this hotel. Staff was very nice tho ..... Just needs to be updated tremendously Soon as I walk in the door I said where's the lights. All this looks like somewhere that bed bugs reside smh but the bed was very comfortable

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The AC worked. Dislikes werewalls were dirty, furniture very old, shower head leaked shooting water onto ceiling tiles.

The hotel needs to be updated. Bathtub was old and rusty. Walls very thin, could hear back occupants talking.AC was not adequate to keep it cool. The bed however was comfortable!

I checked in on November 25 at about 3 PM. Clerk at the desk was very polite expedited my order and gave me room key to room 115. Everything was fine. The next day before checkout, I decided to extend my stay for another 10 days paid in advance on the credit card .During the next few days the maid service came in cleaned, emptied the trash, but did not make the bed. In fact that happened several times during my 10 day stay. On Thursday, December 5 ,I was out all day. Came home to the room about 8 o’clock in the evening bed was made trash cans were emptied room was clean but there was a terrible cigar smoke smell in the room so I went to the front desk talked to the clerk.He had his maintenance guy go out and take a look immediately to my room I stayed in the office waiting Maintenance man came back to the office and said that he didn’t smell nothing. I said you gotta be kidding me I can smell the odor of cigar smoke. I said I’d rather not argue. I Turned to the clerk and said I’m checking out early. They would like a refund for the days not used. The clerk issued a refund for a total one night stay and I was I was happy with that. There was also one other thing that I recall that I mentioned to the clerk before leaving that I heard a scratching noise in the middle of the night a few nights wasn’t sure what that was. He informed me that the adjacent room behind me the tenant had pets. I replied oh that makes sense that explains it.

Overall great stay! We just needed it for a night to sleep. Nothing luxurious, but great for the price! The staff were very nice.

This was a good place to stay and met our expectations. The gentleman doing check in and check out was great and easy to work with!

I was the only one in line and it took 10 minutes.

The place was reasonable, convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Had a last minute large group booking. Staff was flexible and went out of their way for us. Made us feel welcome and the checkin was smoother than any hotel I’ve ever taken a group to.

Place needed a revamp. Was somewhat dingy although overall it was clean. No good food available nearby.
