There was no desk staff at a 5-6pm check in. I had to call a number and they told me where my key was hidden. Okay, but the person was hard to understand because of how fast he spoke and the noise in the lobby. Frustrating to have him repeat things several times before I finally understood the procedure. The room was okay until I opened the ice bucket and found it full of trash and then found food splatter in the microwave. Not the most pleasant experience. WiFi was not accessible for even downloading email in my room.

My payment for nicer room, in this case a suite, was a disappointment. Perhaps I can find a way to include photographs in my review. In brief the full size refrigerator was filled with breakfast items. If a guest had planned to use this room for entertainment little room would be available for food and drink. The stove surface was very unattractive. The energy saving light over the sink was barely adequate for shaving. The bath is small.

something happened with the light in my room and I have no light in the bathroom- at first I went to the front desk and she told me that she don’t have any room available- and there’s nothing that she can do- then the overnight Manager asked me to move, but at that point I already have a lamp- also in the bathroom the sink was not working. The water was not coming down./
