Staff was very nice and accommodating. Especially Gloria. Liked renovated rooms, clean room Disliked cloudy pool, no cut fruit for breakfast (they used to do this). The hwy was very noisy because our room was on that side. The shower water kept cutting out. I mean it actually stopped mid shower. Then came back on and kept being intermittent.

The Hôtel was bring renovated, so the breakfast was incomplète and no place to sur. The Room was extremely humid and had a very bad smell. I love Hampton Inn usually, but I would have liked to ne informed when booking that IT was under construction. The sight was inversible though, with the mountains behind the Hôtel.

When we arrived at the Hampton inn we were not aware that it was under construction. When I mean under construction I mean from the outside in. Things were still old and needed to be replaced there was paint spackle board concrete piles you name it it was present. Even the staff dressed as if they were cleaning and scrubbing floors. It was very disappointing and it was supposed to be a special day my husband had planned . The rooms were extremely noisy. It sounded like they were working in the room above us and that started about 1:30 in the morning. We have learned that before we book a non returnable fee room again that we will call the facility and make sure they are not under any type of construction. Even the area where we were eating was just covered up with sheets until it was time to eat. Very disturbing. Now we are going to think twice before we stay at another Hampton inn.

Although the facility is undergoing extensive renovation updates, it did not impact our comfort or the cleanliness. Breakfast was diverse, waffles, hot food, cereal, etc. This place will be our definite choice when visiting this area.

They are remodeling the units and we got to stay in a newly opened one. It was very nice. The staff was super helpful; I needed a needle and thread and they had small packets to hand out. Saved a missing button in an important visible place! The breakfast choices were very good - hot items as well as cold. Nice eating area. would stay there again if in the area. Nearby diner was a great place for an old fashinioned diner meal too. only thing I would suggest is for the pool tiles to be cleaned. Otherwise the area was good; lots of towels and good temperature, air and water.

The room was dirty. Underneath the skirting had old food and a sock from a previous guest. Spots and splashes on the walls behind the bed and toilet in the restroom. Breakfast was delicious and was complimentary.

Upon walking in to the room it smelled from stale smoke and musty. Although the room was clean, the bathroom was another story. I couldnt even take a shower it was so dirty. Plus they had a moldy shower mat in the tub. The tub was a step up to get in but I am disabled and cannot step up that far. My husband was giving me hints on how to shower. I told him it was discusting. The toilet paper holder was all rusted and falling off the wall and under the sink there was obvious black mold growing from under the paint job. The shower curtain rod looked like it had been broken from the wall and they tried to fix it. The shower head had mold on it. The water also smelled funny. I took pictures but I dont think there is a way to upload them on here. Just dont stay there. I always read reviews and for some reason I did not this time..My fault.

I maybe nit picking. Hotel is a good place to stay. Breakfast is the usual Hilton Breakfast. Nothing special. It actually has less options than other hotels i have been. We only stayed 2 days. Everything went fine. TV is big and i was able to watch Netflix. Room is in the smaller size compared to other Hilton brands. Well kept.

I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical at first choosing this hole because of other reviews I read online. Especially the reviews regarding the construction happening throughout the hotel. However, the experience I had was not like an experience that I read. The room I was in was clean, modern and updated. I was pleasantly greeting by the TV. The pool was clean and upkept. The breakfast was good every day. I can’t complain at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Have stayed here since it opened, probably 20 times over the years. Recent and ongoing refresh is a very welcome update. The new rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Clean, very neat and fashionable. Very needed and very welcomed! We will be back.

I booked a room at this hotel because of the wonderful reviews. My experience was way different! The staff gave the minimal amount of customer service to me. Laurie Moyer, the front desk clerk, was eating in the lobby between customers at the time of my check-in. I (accidently) smashed my nose when I swam in the pool and when I reported the incident, a different front desk clerk did not even ask me if I was okay! I do not remember her name. When I left to get some food, broken glass and rubble from construction were scattered in the walkway. The hazards were still there when I checked-out of the establishment. There was not any parking available in the back of the hotel because machinery and storage units took up the spaces. Moldy and badly bruised fruit were the special of the day for breakfast! Wallpaper is coming loose from the wall in the hallway on the first floor. There is a cat colony of thirty or more felines whom reside next to the establishment. Bring some cat food for your first or next visit!

I was told prior to coming there was no charge for the dog and once I got there there was a 75 dollar charge. I was told by a Gentlemen I talked to at a 1-800 number for Hampton Inn and I felt the person I talked to at the desk was quite rude when I checked in!!

We enjoyed our one night stay here and were happy to see the retro diner within walking distance. The beds are comfortable, parking is convenient, and the room was quiet. The only improvement could be the breakfast because the eggs and potatoes were barely warm.

Renovations were supposed to have been nearly complete, according to the website but breakfast area was in shambles so you had to grab your “meal” and return to your room. No waffle maker but had most if not all the rest. Loose floor tiles in lobby.

The lobby area was under repair as I believe it was being rebuilt. Breakfast was available, but we had to take it to our rooms. How are we still enjoyed our stay?

The staff was super nice! The room was very clean, the breakfast was great! Even though there was some remodeling going on the hotel didn't even looked like there was any going on! The beds were comfy, tv was a decent size!

Although the facility is undergoing extensive renovation updates, it did not impact our comfort or the cleanliness. Breakfast was diverse, waffles, hot food, cereal, etc. This place will be our definite choice when visiting this area.

When traveling we look for 4 things in a hotel…price, clean, comfortable, and breakfast. This hotel gave us all 4! Bonus was a really, really nice breakfast! I’m talking fresh fruit, real oatmeal, plus all the usuals!

Hampton Inn Pine Grove is one of my favorite places to stay. So easy to get to a newly renovated and updated. I would have to say the staff is my favorite, always cheerful, friendly and glad to see you. It’s nice to have the truck parking as well and the diner close by although I usually have breakfast at the hotel because it’s consistently good.

I made a mistake when booking a room for the night. I recognize I booked the following weekend instead of the same night I booked. I got to the hotel and immediately recognized MY error. The hotel staff was very nice and assured me that they'd allow a full refund when requested. I attempted to get it processed while still in their parking lot within a couple of minutes of leaving the lobby (they had no vacancies for the night I actually was traveling through). Despite the assurance from the hotel, no refund was given. Don't make a promise you don't even try to keep. Double check the dates - I don't know why the default is to go to a week in advance. It was late and I was exhausted. I recognize I should have double checked before booking, but again, don't make a promise that you can't/won't keep.

It was a great facility, the staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, easy on and off 81. Our only complaint was that it was very noisy during the night. We were on the 2nd floor and about 3-4 am it sounded like many people were walking and talking above us. Can’t figure out what that was.
