Clean rooms, friendly staff. My only bad experience was the elevator, seemed like only one was working and when everyone is trying to get down at the same time to head to the Steelers game it was a bit of a mess, i would say it took us about 10-15 mins.

Exceptional gym with a view of the linked indoor and outdoor pool. The hot tub is within the indoor portion of the pool area. Most all the staff, I interacted with, were kind, patient thorough and thoughtful. It’s worth it to pay for the breakfast; they offer everything from toast and bagels to an omelette station, various yogurts and even smoked salmon with sliced red onions and capers! So good. The bar and the restaurant are both nice and the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, the TV’s in the bar, have a blue tint to them and it’s really bright in the bar at night. The rooms are nice and the base rooms come with a shower or a bathtub with shower. The A/C can be noisy and the toilets waste a ton of water; most of the time, you’ll have to flush 2-3x to get everything down (and that’s just for #1). All in all, it’s usually reasonably priced for all the amenities you’re getting…

This property exceeded our expectations. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. Having the restaurant and the marketplace was convenient and had great hours. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food/ service was good. The marketplace was understandably priced. The check in/ out process was smooth and we got cookies so that’s always a plus lol The pool and the fitness center was well kept. The hot tub didn’t work but that’s really my only complaint. 20 min from PIT airport and 15 min from The Strip. Definitely recommend!

There were stains in the carpet of our room. The heater was loud and not maintaining 72 degrees. Both the pool and the fitness areas were being renovated. It's spring break; we were looking forward to a pool and a hot tub. My husband took two cold showers. That was the last straw. The staff were very polite despite the condition of the property.

I booked this hotel in part for the hot tub and exercise area. Both were broken when I arrived. The exercise area did get power back but that information didn't get relayed to me in time. The hot tub has been closed since December. The room was not fully cleaned and the sink drained slowly. Very dissapointing

I attended a Vietnam Vet reunion. We had a conference room for visiting. It had no air conditioning. Our President of the 196th unit went out and bought fans to try to keep the membership comfortable. My room looked like it had a water episode from the floor above. The carpet was wet and moldy in spots. It even had toad stools growing in the closet and in the corner. One positive that I will mention was a banquet that was held on our last day and the food was very good.

The lobby was fine and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was old and dirty with cracks in the ceiling. The baseboards were dusty and there was an old stained ring around the bathtub. For whatever reason the beds have tiny square pillows with old thin covers, rather than normal bed pillows. How this hotel is associated with Hilton is baffling.

The Double Tree by Hilton, GreenTree, is beautiful. The hotel is designed for families in mind. The rooms are recently remodeled. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. A larger refrigerator, a clean microwave, and a large flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The young man at the reception was extremely polite and helpful (Farid). The check in and out were both quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint that I have was the heat/AC. We could not turn the fan off and it was very, very loud. We finally found a way to manually turn it off by looking under the unit and finding the switch so that we can get some sleep.

Great older hotel that is starting to show age. Im sure in the 90's this place was top of the line, however now it's showing some ware here and there. No issues, and a fine place to stay indoor and outdoor joined pools are pretty cool. Nice business area as well. Easy to hop into Pittsburgh as well.

Great room. Great staff. The only issue I had was with the television. I was there for 5 days and would have liked to been able to log in to my streaming channels but the TV was outdated. I travel to Pittsburgh 3-5 times per year and this is a deciding factor on which hotel I stay in.

This was probably the worst Hilton I’ve ever been in. We got a room right by the pool and the window was broken? So we could hear what everyone in the pool was doing while we were trying to sleep. We always could hear sirens and traffic from the highway. Starbucks also took forever!! We waited 25 minutes for two iced lattes. Overall, 2.5/5. Would not stay here again unless I absolutely had no other option.

Easy checking and nice front desk staff. Room was awful. Large room but tiny little bathroom. No hooks or bars to hang towels near the shower or at the bathroom sink. No stopper in the sink - just a big hole. Insufficient lighting in the room - two single bulb lamps was the extent of the lighting. "Free" WiFi was completely unusable because they want you to upgrade to their paid WiFi - completely unacceptable in 2023 - functional WiFi is as essential as hot water and air conditioning. Speaking of air conditioning it was also totally crap. The AC unit was next to the bed and blew air directly at the bed - hi/low fan settings didn't work so it was like sleeping in wind tunnel. I will try to avoid this hotel my next visit to Pittsburgh.

I was so grateful they let us check in early cause I did sleep hardly at all on the flight. The bathroom's conditioner was low and cleaning crew was so amenable and quick to resolve. AND they have cookies. I only wish they'd honor the same rate on subsequent nights cause then we would have stayed longer.

Double Tree by Hilton in Greentree was closed to patrons because of a power outage for a week, yet no one alerted me on my way to stay there. Not Double Tree, not Expedia. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. Someone dropped the ball.

The customer service in this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, our toilet overflowed spilling water onto the floor. I turned off the water, but had to use our towels to clean up the bathroom. Te maintenance man came promptly and fixed the toilet and said that he would notify housekeeping to replace our towels. After contacting the front desk, they stated they would bring our towels to the room, as we could not take showers before an appointment we had. We contacted the front desk many times and they told me they were out of towels. It took nearly three hours to receive towels and we nearly missed our appointment. I will consider other options next time as I frequently travel to Pittsburgh.

By far thee WORST check-in experience I have ever had. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was only one room under my name when I reserved and paid for two. I showed them my confirmation email from Expedia and was told that “Expedia does this all the time” and was basically told oh well and that I needed to “figure it out”. When I asked for the manager, she could not have been any more rude and unhelpful. They eventually gave us a second room, but the experience was so awful that it has really left a bad taste in our mouths.

Plenty of space for free parking. The room was very clean good sized. The team that cleaned our room was very friendly and cleaned our room very quickly. The front desk was very personable and helpful. Great location to do a lot of site seeing.

Really enjoyed our stay. So close to south side and downtown (13 min drive) for the price we much prefer staying here with free parking and just driving into town. We will be back.

This was a perfect 5 minutes from station square but right outside of the city chaos. The little town was quiet, nice, and relaxing. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and I liked the digital key for the rooms. It was a pleasant overnight stay.

Check in staff was extremely courteous. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there was no deferred maintenance in the room. Breakfast was absolutely awesome. Couldn't believe that there was someone on staff to custom make your omelet to order

Exceptional gym with a view of the linked indoor and outdoor pool. The hot tub is within the indoor portion of the pool area. Most all the staff, I interacted with, were kind, patient thorough and thoughtful. It’s worth it to pay for the breakfast; they offer everything from toast and bagels to an omelette station, various yogurts and even smoked salmon with sliced red onions and capers! So good. The bar and the restaurant are both nice and the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, the TV’s in the bar, have a blue tint to them and it’s really bright in the bar at night. The rooms are nice and the base rooms come with a shower or a bathtub with shower. The A/C can be noisy and the toilets waste a ton of water; most of the time, you’ll have to flush 2-3x to get everything down (and that’s just for #1). All in all, it’s usually reasonably priced for all the amenities you’re getting…

There is no breakfast buffet. Instead you can $18 per person to eat in the dinner or go to the bistro where they have a very limited selection of breakfast items at rather expensive prices. Also most of the fitness room equipment is in poor condition and our showers leaked water to the bathroom floor.

The staff is friendly. Everything is clean. Breakfast was great, there are options of having an omelet or waffle made for you. The swimming pool(s) is fantastic! You can swim indoor and continue to the outdoor! All around it was a fantastic get away!

This property exceeded our expectations. The AC worked great and the bed was comfortable. Having the restaurant and the marketplace was convenient and had great hours. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food/ service was good. The marketplace was understandably priced. The check in/ out process was smooth and we got cookies so that’s always a plus lol The pool and the fitness center was well kept. The hot tub didn’t work but that’s really my only complaint. 20 min from PIT airport and 15 min from The Strip. Definitely recommend!

I want to start with staff - the staff was so personal and accomodating. They did everything they can to resolve the below issues. Our first night: hotel is very appealing. The indoor/outdoor pool was gorgeous and amazing how they had it separated. A plus of this property. However, we decided to go into the hot tub following this. Alone from other people's empty alcoholic beverage cups being all over, a feminine hygiene product came floating up in the hot tub. We instantly got out, went to our room and showered. After showering, we had just assumed this was a one-off situation and let it slide. Until we laid in bed and the bed was soaking wet causing us to move rooms close to midnight. Once finally moved (into a conjoined room) our neighbors decided to come back to their room for their personal time in which we heard everything - we had to knock on their door asking them to please be quiet. Our next night, we came back to our room, said neighbors from earlier tried to come into our room from the conjoined door (actually shook our room from how hard they were pulling/pushing). I had to go down to the main desk and ask to be moved a SECOND TIME. Staff were very accommodating and understanding we did not feel safe in their hotel. However, they moved us just for us to get into the new room and see the ceiling was leaking. At this point we gave up and told ourselves to get through the night since we were departing the next morning. We will not be back - horrible stay.

Booked a king size room sent confirmation emails i had a king size room. Get to hotel told no king size available given queen size room and no apology or discount given. Asked about how to get transportation to stadium and staff was unable to give answers or obtain answers. Very disappointed and frustrating start to much anticipated weekend. Terrible hospitality and rude staff.
