Excellent location and kind accommodating staff!! A few minor updates and repairs needed (broken towel rack, drawer staying open even after being closed, and very slow elevator) but nothing that takes away from convenience of this location, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Our room did not have a microwave, not sure if that's typical here, we were here for a lacrosse tournament.

Modern and Clean room, friendly staff, great parking, has basics such as microwave, fridge, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, etc, The shower is VERY nice and feels good due to their nice faucets. The courtyard is clean, has grills, fire pits, nice seating and enjoyable. About 45 min from Philadelphia Airport. I just wish they hd wrist bands instead of cards to open room door.

This place was great in almost every way. So good, in fact, that I searched for things to complain of. I found four, and it wasn't easy: 1. The door was awfully heavy and took a lot of effort to open; of course, that added to the quietude of the room. 2. There was a large (not full-length) mirror just inside the door. The bottom fifth or so was a wooden-looking insert that did nothing that I could determine; they could have had a bigger mirror. Of course, turning 180 degrees I discovered a full-length one. 3. The three bottles in the shower -- shampoo, body wash, and conditioner -- were hard to read the name of the substance on, and I had to hit the pump a bit to learn which was which. 4. There were some scratches around the inner shower room doorknob. THAT'S IT!! I loved everything about this place: friendly staff, good, if smallish (seven bar stools) well-stocked bar, extremely clean rooms and halls, comfy bed and sofa with ottoman, all immaculate, everything conveniently placed and functional, very quiet (we did not hear one sound from outside the room), good selection of choices on a decent sized TV, etc. I have no idea why I would ever be near Plymouth Meeting again, but if I am this is where I will stay. A true bargain.

It’s a nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants. The desk staff was very friendly. Our room had a balcony with chairs which was unexpected and great that looked over the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Easy check in and check out. Perfect nights rest due to not being able to hear other guest in the hotel. The hotel is near a shopping mall area with restaurants so you don't really have to travel far for last min things needed.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to visit family. It is very conveniently located. We like that it feels secluded yet easy access to Getmantown Pike and the Turnpike and Blue Route. The staff at the front desk are awesome.

Noisy guests and the room wasn’t cleaned. If that’s your policy it’s fine but it should be explained. I was charged $100 for incidentals. I had no charges and expected a credit. I called and was informed it takes 5 to 7 days for the credit to appear. I keep my credit card charges current and will likely need to pay the $100 in order to avoid interest charges only to see the credit appear on my next month bill. You should credit the incidentals in a more timely fashion.

This property is outstanding. My husband and I checked in w/ two small children very late at night and the staff members who greeted us were extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We could not have asked for more. Our room was impeccably clean and modern. We will stay here again the next time we’re in town. I highly recommend this property.

Overall good stay. Not happy about connecting to the hotel Internet and pretty sure I choose the free one. Upon checking out I was charged for the high speed at $5.25. When I questioned it at the front desk I was told the buttons are very close when choosing. No offer to remove the charge. Seems like a scam.

Hotel is fine, quietest I’ve stayed at in a while. There for business - wish there were a few more dining options either at property or walkable. The nearby mall is a bit of a hike.

It’s a nice hotel close to shopping and restaurants. The desk staff was very friendly. Our room had a balcony with chairs which was unexpected and great that looked over the beautifully landscaped courtyard.

We love staying at this hotel when we come to visit family. It is very conveniently located. We like that it feels secluded yet easy access to Getmantown Pike and the Turnpike and Blue Route. The staff at the front desk are awesome.

Excellent location and kind accommodating staff!! A few minor updates and repairs needed (broken towel rack, drawer staying open even after being closed, and very slow elevator) but nothing that takes away from convenience of this location, lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Our room did not have a microwave, not sure if that's typical here, we were here for a lacrosse tournament.

Our stay was very pleasant! Would have been really Would have been really nice for your breakfast to be included. My only discouragement is with a charge for a bottle of water $4.50 absolutely outrageous.

It was great, the only issue is they only offer Pork Products at the Restaurant. We don't eat it. The situation was rectified and I'm satisfied.

Came in late, the dining area was closed, and the convenience store had a poor selection of items to eat and the things they had were really not eatable once microwaved. Very disappointing after a long flight and nothing to eat for over 8 hours. The other issue was breakfast. The cost was horribly high I thought. $ 2.50 for one apple that is ridiculous. But it was a Starbuck so I should know to expect that.

This place was great in almost every way. So good, in fact, that I searched for things to complain of. I found four, and it wasn't easy: 1. The door was awfully heavy and took a lot of effort to open; of course, that added to the quietude of the room. 2. There was a large (not full-length) mirror just inside the door. The bottom fifth or so was a wooden-looking insert that did nothing that I could determine; they could have had a bigger mirror. Of course, turning 180 degrees I discovered a full-length one. 3. The three bottles in the shower -- shampoo, body wash, and conditioner -- were hard to read the name of the substance on, and I had to hit the pump a bit to learn which was which. 4. There were some scratches around the inner shower room doorknob. THAT'S IT!! I loved everything about this place: friendly staff, good, if smallish (seven bar stools) well-stocked bar, extremely clean rooms and halls, comfy bed and sofa with ottoman, all immaculate, everything conveniently placed and functional, very quiet (we did not hear one sound from outside the room), good selection of choices on a decent sized TV, etc. I have no idea why I would ever be near Plymouth Meeting again, but if I am this is where I will stay. A true bargain.

Excellent location. Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was a little pricey, but the food was very good. We’d go back if we had the opportunity.

I enjoyed the stay staff was nice I don’t know her name but a young lady that was working overnight Thursday night may 30th 2024 she was a pleasure she helped me out so much with everything! Thank you girl ! I had no problems with this hotel only thing is they didn’t have free breakfast !

Hotel is dated with signs of wear and tear and needs a renovation badly, however, my room was clean, the location was safe/convenient and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. I also enjoyed my check in experience with Taheera. She’s real sweet and y’all need to promote her into leadership immediately. Would stay again and would recommend.

It was great staying here. The staff was friendly and the check in process was smooth. The place is very clean and allows you to be out of the busy city and close enough to drive in or go to the malls nearby.

All the "things to do" tab and the walkable activities WERE NOT WALKABLE. You need a car while staying at this particular Courtyard Marriott. Everything you MUST drive to except the Bistro inside the Hotel which is directly in front of the check-in desk. It is SEVERELY OVERPRICED and its nothing but microwaveable dishes they unwrap in the back and warm-up in a toaster oven. Then the lil walk-in Market they have which contains junk food, candy, chips, soda and bottled water, gum ... that too is OVERPRICED. 1 soda, 20 oz bottle is $5. 1 small pack of Twizzlers is $6. If I weren't going through LOWS with my Diabetes, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT A DAMN THING AND I HAVE RECEIPTS TO PROVE PRICES. Thank God I took a Uber to Walmart 40 min drive to buy a 24pk of water and some junk of my own and some items to rat during my 1 week stay there. I only reserved a room here because of the walkable THINGS TO DO THAT HOTELS.COM mentioned which was a damn lie. NOTHING IS WALKABLE AT THIS HOTEL. YOU NEED A CAR!!!. Had I known, I'd stayed near the 30th St. Amtrak Train Station. DONOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU DRIVE. Staff friendly.
