the carpets are dirty and smelly , they need to be cleaned also the smell of the hotel is horrible, the parking Garage is nasty and dirty . The trash in the trash Room is filthy ,most of things in the Hotel doesn't work , and the water pressure in the shower is low and when I first arrived I hadto wipe down the window and window sill and reclean my room it was so nasty and smelly. What they need to do is lower their prices the price isn't worth the stay at the Extended stay America .

Overall it was ok but a couple of times a day the whole room would shake for about 5 mins. At night, it would wake me up. The front desk staff told me it’s from their washer/dryer.

Hotel check in went well. Rooms are ok. There is no ice machine or drinking fountain but room does have ice cubes trays to make ice. The exercise room was dirty. No wipes or sanitizer to clean machines. Floor was dirty. Breakfast is just coffee and breakfast bars.

Pretty disappointed- dirty floors and bathroom- NO ICE MACHINE!!!! Are you kidding me!! Had to ask for everything in the kitchen - had no coffee cups!! NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!! People hanging in the parking lot - leaving their garbage!! Just gross!!

They offer good rooms with the convenience of a full sized fridge, microwave and stovetop. We were given a handicapped room for this last minute booking, so the room was spacious, but didn't have a sitting area or counter space in the bathroom. We did have a leather chair and an office chair with a nice sized table. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating, from the desk people to the cleaning staff and maintenance guy. There is a free grab and go breakfast featuring wrapped muffins, breakfast bars, plain oatmeal packets and coffee. Staff found me flavored oatmeal upon request. If you want a coffee pot in your room, bring your own. I was told by another guest that they didn't currently have any. They do have other kitchen items such as dishes, pots and pans, and towels available for use. They are conveniently located right off of major highways, about a half hour from Phili. They are affordable and offer a good value for your money.

My room was clean, but the bathroom tub was not clean at all. It looked like it had a dirt ring around the tub, and the drain area and handles to turn on the water were covered in built-up soap. Also, there were no supplies in the room to utilize the kitchen, no utensils, cookware, dishes, or even dish soap. I planned to have a prepared meal in my room, so I bought the prepared food, but there wasn't anything to serve the food on. Also, I was told that there was breakfast in the morning. At 7:45 am, the breakfast area was not neat and clean and only consisted of Nutragrain bars, oatmeal packs, and coffee. That is not breakfast and doesn't even make it as a continental breakfast. When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. I waited over 25 minutes for an employee to return to check me in. The entire hotel smelled like weed, even the room. My room was filthy and moldy, the toilet seat was coming off the hinges, the floor was so dirty my feet turned black, and the shower was not cleaned. The entire room smelled like weed. I will never stay here again.

When I arrived, there was no one to check me in. I waited over 25 minutes for an employee to return to check me in. The entire hotel smelled like weed, even the room. My room was filthy and moldy, the toilet seat was coming off the hinges, the floor was so dirty my feet turned black, and the shower was not cleaned. The entire room smelled like weed. I will never stay here again.

It was horrible I order a standard room with King size bed didn't get it they gave my room away.. then they gave me a handicap room which I'm not and I also had to kill roaches in the room and especially in the bathroom I'll never stay there again the manager Kim was nice said she will process my refund

The hotel was extremely dirty snd unkept. It too many attempts to even get into the room as the door knob was broken. The floors were sticky (my shoes stuck to it),mold around the bathtub and dirty sink, counter and refridgerator. Windows were filthy. I would even go near the beds. Lobby was dark and dingy. Several questionable individuals smoking right outside and surrounding hotel and entry way. Some in parking. I felt unsafe and the place was not sanitary and clean. For my safety (both cleanliness and questionable individuals and door lock). I immediately left and requested a refund.

The stay was fine and staff nice, but the furnishings were old and a bit damaged. The bathroom could have been cleaned more carefully as well. Pretty basic place but convenient and pet friendly. Wouldn't recommend for an extended stay though, ironically enough!

This property is in need of an update. My room was new in perhaps 1990? Missing everything like stoppers for drains, curling up floor covering, no knobs, stuff like that. Really really old and run down. Better options nearby.

The gentleman checking us in was fast and helpful. Unfortunately the lobby smelled of weed. The guests next to us (though there was an electrical closet between us) had their TV so loud that we could hear word for word in our room. We needed the front desk to address the situation, which they did. The guest did turn down the TV, but all through the night and until our 9:00 checkout we could still hear a TV…just not as loud as before. The sink was hard to turn on without the water spraying all over us. The vanity had a missing piece so we just saw the glue from where the piece should have been. The room itself was clean. Breakfast was the most limited I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There were a few muffins and some hot drinks.

Kids were playing soccer in their room above us from 11:30 pm to 6 am. Called front desk at 2 am to complain about constant noise, running and jumping. They did nothing. Will never stay here again.

No remote, no shampoo, bathroom had molding ripped off sink, the room literally shook all night and into the morning due to the laundry room being under our room. We called front desk three times and they told us there was nothing they could do about our bed literally shaking . We didn’t sleep all night long. It was Absolutley awful.

Halls smelled like old Chinese restaurant. Room was unclean, telephone was greasy. Toilet bowl was filthy and stained. Awful place...

Horrible experience. Very unhappy. We reserved a room at the Plymouth Extended Stay hotel for one night on June 24. The desk clerk was horrible. She first said she saw the reservation but said they didn’t have a queen room available, when asked what they did have available, she asked who we reserved with. We said Expedia, she said she didn’t have any rooms. We reminded her of the reservation and she said “ I don’t have anything to do with expedia”.. it was after midnight, hotels were booked all around. Didn’t find a bed til 2:30 am. Horrible nasty desk clerk. Feel she was lying on top of it. Worst experience ever with Expedia and Extended stay.

We arrived around 10:30 pm and found no one at the front desk. We called and called into the back room. After about 10 minutes a woman came out to answer the phone. We asked if we could check in; the answer was no because the internet was not working. After waiting another 15 minutes, we decided to call Hotels.com and get a refund. This process took another 20 minutes. We would never recommend this hotel chain.

Check in was easy. They allow dogs for a small fee which is why I stay at this chain. Room was clean, no frills but you know that going in. Full fridge, microwave and stove top. Convenient location off the highway, and not far from stores and food.

I enjoyed my stay at this chain hotel. The service was good, the location was accessible, the room was very clean, and I found a really good deal on this hotel. Overall, I had a good experience.

They offer good rooms with the convenience of a full sized fridge, microwave and stovetop. We were given a handicapped room for this last minute booking, so the room was spacious, but didn't have a sitting area or counter space in the bathroom. We did have a leather chair and an office chair with a nice sized table. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating, from the desk people to the cleaning staff and maintenance guy. There is a free grab and go breakfast featuring wrapped muffins, breakfast bars, plain oatmeal packets and coffee. Staff found me flavored oatmeal upon request. If you want a coffee pot in your room, bring your own. I was told by another guest that they didn't currently have any. They do have other kitchen items such as dishes, pots and pans, and towels available for use. They are conveniently located right off of major highways, about a half hour from Phili. They are affordable and offer a good value for your money.

The room was huge and clean. The breakfast was just prepackaged oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, and Nutrigrain bars. No the best but it was free. I would stay there again because the price was right. The parking lot was safe and there was a mall with a nice theatre and restaurants about 1/2 mile away. All of the employees were nice.

Property address didn't take you to the place but hotel behind it. Hold fees due to other clients that stay longer not paying. Very outdated and smelled like smoke throughout.

Hotel check in went well. Rooms are ok. There is no ice machine or drinking fountain but room does have ice cubes trays to make ice. The exercise room was dirty. No wipes or sanitizer to clean machines. Floor was dirty. Breakfast is just coffee and breakfast bars.

We only stayed overnight, but the kitchen was sufficient for a longer stay. They had all sorts of dishes and kitchen items available on request. It was comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was nothing special, oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, or wrapped muffins. They did have regular brewed or decaf coffee packets or tea. Everything was clean.

Stayed 2 different times in the span of 10 days. It was okay. By 8am most of the breakfast offerings were empty - the hot water was lukewarm and the coffee was empty. You were out of cream... I don't need a luxurious hot bar but I do need a quick cup of joe. Otherwise, the facility reflects the price, which is fine by me.

We like the location, good crew attitude and was clean. Don’t like the breakfast was not even a continental and Bathroom needs some maintenances like paint walls. In general good place to sleep, I will return.

My room was clean, but the bathroom tub was not clean at all. It looked like it had a dirt ring around the tub, and the drain area and handles to turn on the water were covered in built-up soap. Also, there were no supplies in the room to utilize the kitchen, no utensils, cookware, dishes, or even dish soap. I planned to have a prepared meal in my room, so I bought the prepared food, but there wasn't anything to serve the food on. Also, I was told that there was breakfast in the morning. At 7:45 am, the breakfast area was not neat and clean and only consisted of Nutragrain bars, oatmeal packs, and coffee. That is not breakfast and doesn't even make it as a continental breakfast. This place needs some improvement.

I don’t feel the property is kept by well by the company . The building itself needs upgrades and the linen needs a to be replaced. Towel were miss matched . I have stayed a could times but this last time was the pits room 200 I understand that the clients are the pay twenty or thirty less but at some point you have to maintenance your investment and actually play the employees a living wage. The manager is accommodating and professional at all times . She deserves to have the support of the company making sure she has everything necessary.

The bed was comfortable with a sealed mattress cover and the right amount of covers. The towels were soft. The kitchen appliances all worked. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for getting on and off the highway. It's not far from Philly, but the traffic isn't bad. The room was a good value for the cost.
